Two stars because the food is tasty. I placed a mobile order for pickup and went through the drive-thru. I could tell the team inside was overwhelmed, which I totally understand. When the window opened, the team member quickly asked for my name and handed me my pizza. I started to mention that the order also included a No Name Cake and two San Pellegrinos, but she closed the window after I said "cake." She returned a moment later with the cake, clearly in a rush, and immediately tried to close the window again--so I had to once more explain that the drinks were still missing. Her tone and body language made it clear she wasn't happy to be there, and the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. I get that it was a busy night, but a little courtesy goes a long way. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Been here four times in the last month trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. They cant be this bad four times in a row I thought to myself. The last time was actually the worst. Reasons: Topping quantity every time and the looks I have gotten for asking for extra. The motto is "Unlimited Toppings". When they start off with five pieces of pepperoni on an 11 inch pizza its all downhill from there. Anything you ask after that is now a normal topping. Ask again and you get the "Extra" topping. This place is a joke and it is from the management I think. The kids do not want to be there and act as if the walk in customer is a burden. They are too busy with mobile which makes sense that they would be used to 5 pieces of pepperoni. The mobile customer only sees that when it gets home. This place is doomed I think. read more

C''min MOD, you can do better! You hit it out of the park during your practice day just a week ago. Our second visit was still pretty good but last night was horrible. We were there around 7pm on Monday, so it wasn't as if you were preparing to close. This would be a 2 star review except that the pizza was good enough that I added a star back. No one was greeting people as they entered. I don't know if this was a "practice thing" that is no longer done, but we were in there for about 45 minutes and I heard one person greet someone that came in one time. One person. One time. Nobody was ready to begin our order and when they did come over, they seemed very uninterested in being there. There was a trail of some sort of salad dressing - it looked like an oil or vinaigrette - on the counter and approaching the customers side of the counter. Very sloppy and unsanitary. There were 3 or 4 toppings empty. In one case, the person grabbed some from behind them but didn't actually bring it over to fill the container - not great teamwork. This was the same person that had been uninterested in taking orders in the first place. Again, it wasn't approaching closing so chances were pretty darn good those ingredients would be used again that night. We finally made it through the line and went to get our drinks. Something had leaked all over that counter so we had to maneuver around it. Then, tables were dirty and not wiped down so we had to check a few before we found somewhere to sit. You have very little seating to begin with so please keep what you do have clean. For the entire time we were there, there were two employees sitting at a high top table. At least, I made the assumption that they were employees due to their MOD t-shirts. They were slouched over the table and playing on their phones. One of them had their entire left arm inside their shirt for the whole time, with it sometimes poked through the hole for the head. I have no idea what was going on there. A third person joined them - the same person that was disinterested in taking orders. So now there were 3 of them taking up space and giving bad first impressions to any new customers. At least that third person wasn't working with customers for a while. I'm giving 3 stars as opposed to the 2 that you would receive based on all of the above only because the pizzas were good. Also, there were a handful of employees that I could tell were trying to do a good job. I don't know if they were just still feeling inexperienced or if they were short staffed while others lazed around, but it looked like they just couldn't keep up with everything. We looked to see if we could determine who was the manager, but absolutely nobody stood out as the one in charge. I'm really disappointed in our experience and in you. We had been looking so forward to you opening (thus our 3 visits your first week alone!) but if this is what we can expect, we won't be back anytime soon. read more

Riley was honest about accidentally messing up a sauce, which I can totally see that happening with the sauce I get. I work in the area and am thrilled this location has opened. I really enjoy Mod Pizza; the selection, fast service and decent price. I come by this location almost weekly, most often on the way to work around 11 AM as they're opening, and sometimes afterwards on my way home and the pizza is fine everytime. This week I see there's cheddar now for the pies, yummy ! I see they're training more people so the manager is doing his part to keep his store up which I appreciate. read more

I know this location just opened and I'm not sure how long, but wow this service was awful! I'm not one to review and I give a lot of grace to food service employees, but we were in line 40 minutes only to be told they were very low on mozzarella cheese... we decided to see what we could get since we're tired and hungry from a long day. We were able to get a small amount of mozzarella, globs of ricotta and half cooked pizzas that were cold since there was no real leadership in that place. They also had half of the ingredients not out all because they had no system going. I've worked in the food business when I was a teen as well and I have never seen such chaos. Too many young teens working and some employees were in there TRYING, but then they would just sit and argue and play the blame game. A few of the kids in there had terrible attitudes after we were both very kind and patient with them as well. Our pizzas sat after barely being cooked for another 10 minutes and we couldn't even get ranch. After all that wait not one of our pizzas we're comped or discounted.. pictures below have bites so we made sure it was decent enough before trying to pick up something else. We also came home, added our own mozzarella and had to cook them. Get some real leaders here!! I get it, it was busy and you run out of things but some kind of error happened to run out of mozzarella on a Saturday night. This is coming from someone who LOVES MOD and was so excited to have location up the road... can't believe we paid $24 on this. Will try in a couple of weeks and report back. This restaurant has really great food. The food taste really good and the pizza is not burnt on the bottom. The service is not good though. The servers moved really slow making the food. So the line got super long. They also ran completely out of tomatoes like there was none in the back either. But cooking the pizza was really fast and came out super good. The atmosphere of the place was great it is very nice inside and all of the drinks were filled up. Overall this place is good and would definitely recommend if you like a good pizza and won't mind the wait. read more

We were there at 6:30 pm tonight. There were about 8 people working and only 1-2 customers sitting and eating. Most of the tables were dirty. The food in the bins to put on the pizzas were mostly empty. There were boxes on the floor from items the workers had unboxed. Dirty dishes were covering the bulk of the counter under the straw/ napkin area. We had to ask for more tomatoes on the Margherita pizza. After we rec'd the pizza done, we realized there was no basil on it. When I went back to the counter, they said sorry- I think we are out. After we ordered our pizza and salad the server took a phone call and we stood there for 5 mins, while at least 3 others were standing and could have helped her to checked us out. She seemed very put out and not very kind. Needless to say for $46 we can spend that at a different place that is clean and friendly. Not sure who the manager was, but they all need better training. This place has a lot of potential, but sadly won't last long at this rate. read more

I know this location opened not too long ago but the staff definitely needs more training. We ordered four pizzas which were each build your own. The girl behind the counter decided to add a olives to my pizza even though I didn't ask for them and there was so much cheese on our pepperoni pizza the crust was not cooked and it came out as one gooey mess. We asked them to cook it more but the cheese just slid off the crust. The person taking pizzas out of the oven dropped one in the floor and the manager thought it was necessary to have him pose in front of oven while she snapped a picture on her phone. This is all happening while two other customers are waiting for their pizzas to be cut. The garbage was completely full and apparent that no one was taking out the trash or refilling the Parmesan cheese or red pepper packets as those were empty. The place was not that busy on a Thursday at 8pm and most of the staff was standing around talking to each other. If I was the owner of this establishment I would not be happy. We were disappointed and won't be back. read more

This is my favorite pizza place to eat. Fresh food and very friendly people. One time the cashier wrung us up for four pizza's instead of three. When we went back up to tell him his mistake, he quickly corrected it and gave us our money back. And a few minutes later gave me a free pizza card and a no name cake. Great service!! read more

The phone system is an exercise in sheer madness, rivaled only by the airlines. I recommend that you verify your order before leaving. Not only were we shorted an entire pizza (that we fortunately caught), but also a wrong pizza (that we unfortunately did not catch). For $10 per pizza I'm not sure juice justifies the squeeze. 2.5 stars is the early score here for now. read more

Not sure what's going on at this location. I'm local and have placed orders 7-8 times. It's either really good, or it's burnt. They don't know the difference between chopped garlic and roasted garlic. One time they were closed due to staffing issues. I usually place orders online. They were not taking orders online yesterday so I drove up there. They were closed, but there were workers inside. Checked today and still no online ordering. read more

Walked in. Kind of warm in restaurant. Had a mechanical noise that was quite load. Something to do with soda machine or ice I am guessing. Place looked messy. I never even ordered. I've worked and eaten at most pizza places that are known. I even make homemade pizza at home with my kids. Not only is it completely overpriced for the size it wasn't even good. It was completely average and underwhelming I will never be eating this pizza again. I feel like the commercial was overselling their pizzas.
