The conditions in the kitchen and dining area are unacceptable and pose an active health hazard to anyone who steps inside: Severe Pest Issues: There is a full-blown cockroach infestation in the back of house. Zero Food Safety Protocols: Kitchen staff do not wear gloves, hand hygiene is ignored, and cross-contamination is happening constantly. Gross Structural & Water Leaks: Heavy mold is growing throughout the facility. Water actively leaks directly into the main dining area, and the walk-in cooler is constantly leaking and flooding, meaning food isn't even being kept at safe temperatures. On top of the dangerous health violations, management is completely negligent. Rather than fixing leaks, addressing mold, or calling an exterminator, leadership ignores basic safety standards to cut costs. To make matters worse, management retaliates against workers, wrongfully terminating staff who speak up about these unsafe working conditions. This place needs an immediate visit from the local Health Department and OSHA. Avoid at all costs for your own safety!
