I love Marco's pizza, i usually go to the location by Kroger in the Keller/N.Fort Worth area but i do love goin to this one in the Roanoke/Trophy Club area also. These guys are always great, polite and busy. My pie's are always made correctly and always hot. I will always be back for my pizza fixes. Keep up the good work and i'll see u next time.

Good food and nice clean small environment.

Nice and clean environment. Small dining area. The workers are nice. The food is good. The salad and pizza are tasty!

Love this place but this salad today that my wife looks forward to... very disappointing. This is unacceptable.

Thin bbq chicken, very good.

Tonight is the second time my family has ordered here. The on line ordering app allow you to customize your pizza and track your order. We prefer thin crust xtra done that is crispy and cut into squares. We enjoyed the Hawaiian and BBQ chicken as well as some custom order pizzas. All and all tasty pizza and very convenient.

We live nearby and wanted to try this place after we saw the positive YELP reviews. Once again,…read moreYELP for the win!! We started with the Arancini, a deep-fried ball of rice, pesto and mozzarella; rolled in bread crumbs. Never had anything like it before. It's amazing. Their tomato sauce is so fresh and salted perfectly. For your entrees, you "build your own"....choose your pasta, the sauce and the protein. My wife had the penne pasta, tomato sauce and meatballs. Very good. I chose the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce. Excellent. The bread is also terrific. Prices are fair. Service very attentive. It is a very minimalist dining room, boardering on spartan, but who cares, you can't eat ambience. We will definitely be back. Want to try their margherita pizza. Also saw another diner's entree of pasta with pesto sauce. This place lived up to its stellar YELP score!!

Pastaza in Trophy Club keeps things simple, and that choice pays off…read more The menu sticks to Italian basics. Nothing feels padded or overworked. What lands on the table tastes careful and confident, like a kitchen that knows when to stop. Sauces feel balanced. Pasta comes out cooked right, not rushed and not tired. Portions make sense. The dining room is clean every time I visit. That sounds minor, but it sets the tone. You trust the food before the first bite. Even the cheese pizza makes the case for the place. It looks plain. Then you taste it. The crust has structure without going stiff. The cheese melts evenly and carries real flavor, not just salt. It is the kind of pizza you keep eating without thinking about it, then notice the plate is empty. Pastaza does not chase trends. It focuses on doing familiar food well. That guardrail is likely why it works.

Essentially, the wait staff brings different pizza around and you either try a slice or pass. They will keep bringing pizza and salad until you tell them no more. The pizza was fun to try different types (Brazilian Salami, pepperoni, margarita, and desert pizza coconut creme, nutella. Sweet pizzas. The card was red and right away the pizza came. And that was the last time it was that fast. We waited in between every serving for a bit of time. At one point we sat for 10 mins waiting on more pizza. Once we finished and was ready for dessert that took forever. We asked for the dessert and the waiter said it'll be out shortly and didn't come back until we were ready to pay. It's a great concept and the pizza is good but could be done better.

(That's the one without the unbleached enriched white flour American products use.) I had the hand tossed original crust, specifically with white sauce, chicken, onion, mushrooms, asiago, mozzarella and parmesian. Delicioso! The house white wine in Cloe du Bois....very nice. The house red is Dark Horse cab. Jordan was my server. I loved her service, knowledge, and laid back professionalism. Her hair is gorgeous: long and black. She recognized me as soon as I walked in, despite being otherwise preoccupied. I appreciated that. While the inside is low-lighting, the ceilings are extremely high. There are several TVs tuned to sports. While there is a small patio out front along the street, the better one is the larger, covered patio (door found near the bar). There's a patio indoor/outdoor wooden Barton counter that is encompassed by the bar with raised windows on good weather days. There's plenty of tables on this back patio as well.

Bartender/Manager(?) took our drink order and brought garlic knots to snack on. Nice touch, guess this is like offering dinner rolls...? Either way, they were good and much appreciated. Decent selection of beers and even a few craft options avaliable too. Bar area was buzzing during our visit and it appears they have some drink specials throughout the week. They were showing the NFL game, so good spot to catch a game too. Seating is a mix of tables and booths, and a bar in the back corner. We ordered 2 personal pizza options (4 slices, 8 inch), 1 was a custom order and other was their menu offering with spicy marinara, sausage, jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. Pizzas arrived pretty quickly. The crust was larger than expected and was a little more doughy than expected. Not bad, just not what we were expecting for hand-tossed crust options. Toppings were appropriate, so no concerns there. The pizza was good, not great, no complaints...just average pizza, similar to what you might get from a delivery pizza place. The server was really good and seemed to be covering the entire place, and yet she stopped by multiple times to check on us and refill glasses. I think I'd like to give the location another try again in the future.

The first time that I came I wasn't too impressed with the green chile mac & cheese pizza but this next time after ordering something new, my expectations were blown away. We ordered the queen margherita pizza with the gluten free crust and the chicken parmesan pasta and everything was AMAZING. The pizza was cooked to just the right crisp with a very flavorful sauce, and the chicken parmesan had a perfectly cooked chicken with cheese on top and a delicious chicken alfredo pasta with 2 pieces of bread. The cooks were on it that night! Not only was our food amazing but our waiter did his job extremely well and was very personable. It was a 10/10 service and we will definitely be coming back!

We were brought upstairs to this little loft area, which felt....like we were being punished. Now we were only a 2 top, so I can understand that they may not have a spot or wanted us to take up a 4-top on a Saturday night, but it felt...CRAMPED up there. This place really does seem fun, but it was very hard to enjoy it up in the attic... As far as the restaurant, it was very clean and well kept, no issues with how everything looked. Nothing was really out of place, although it did feel like the upstairs was a storage area. We ordered the Killer Queso for an appetizer, which was served with fritos. Odd choice for fritos, but hey, all good, didnt take away from the appetizer. What took away from the appetizer was the fact that this felt like it was heated up from a can. The cheese was not really seasoned well and it was already clumpy, like it had been left out for a while. Then we ordered 2 pizzas; The Bees Knees (spicy red sauce, hot soppressata, fresh moz, basil, honey) and Local Goat & Fig (bacon, goat cheese, free moz, dried figs, balsamic glaze, basil). Here is where I continue to say that pizza is a very opinionated meal, so your taste may differ, but this was my take. Flavor was there, I liked the pizza, it had a nice crispy crust, however, as far as the bee's knees, there was no spicy that pizza at all, like zero heat. The Goat & Fig was good, like the flavors they put on that pizza. The crust did lack some flavor and could have used some olive oil maybe. There was a nice crispy to the crust, like I said, but ZERO crisp on the bottom of it, which is odd. they had a nice wood fired oven (at least I think it was wood, hard to tell from the attic). So you thin they could get a nice bottom, but hey, it is what it is. Drinks. Had a OB Hef and also a Prickly Pear Mule, both were DIVINE, best part of the evening! Staff. Well, lets just say, she started off like she was going to be fun, but really felt like we were annoying her to have been seated up there. I could understand with having to walk up and down a narrow staircase with food and drinks. She must have passed us 5-6 times and we had not touched any more of our pizza. She finally did bring us a box for it. Overall, price was not bad, the drinks were awesome, the service was meh and the meal was meh. I think that this place could be KILLING IT, and maybe it was just an off night, perhaps we will try it again with a bigger party to see how it is.
