We picked up pizza from Marcos in Trophy Club last week. They had fresh crust and put plenty of cheese on it, which made the pizza so good! We'll be back in the future :) read more

We love Marcos! First time we ordered in desperation, flight got in late we were starving and Marcos was open. After that, we were sold .... When we want pizza, Marcos is our go to. Period. Crust is amazing, toppings perfect, price is reasonable .... Every time, amazing. We've never eaten at the restaurant (always delivery or takeout).... Maybe one day! read more

Absolutely unbelievable woke service said I was hostile to him after I came in at 10:45 and they close at 11 and I told him I wanted a pizza and he told me he couldn't do anything... And then I asked him what he was gonna do for me and he started calling the police the stupidest encounter I've ever had awful service read more

Caleb and "G" went out of their way to help us with 20 pizzas and salad for 40. The order was delivered early! The pizza was very good and the salads were fresh with many ingredients. We will definitely order from here again. Thanks guys! read more

I used to really like Marco's Pizza. Service was fast and the food was great. Something has changed now and the last 2 times I have gotten ill after having eaten their food. Ordering online has been hit and miss. Delivery is available sometimes, yet other times they just can't seem to get the job done right. I won't be a customer from now on. read more

This restaurant just can't get their orders straight and their excuse is always that there are only 2 employees on duty. Time for this restaurant to close. read more

Made a purchase for work. Had an issue with order online and the lady told me to cancel and re-Oder online then hung up on me. I called right back and the lady helped to place the re-order over the phone after I strongly asked (was not offered). The toppings on the delux was a disappointment compared to another regular location I go to (Tarrant)- they skimped out on the veggies. Shout out to the Tarrant location cuz it's consistently on point. The lady at this location did say they had a bunch of pizza orders this day-I get it but pls, make it right for each one. read more

The man serving food to us was so kind and nice. He cooked it perfectly and it was clean and nice inside. They also had very nice bathrooms with clean toilets, not gross like other local restaurants bathrooms. read more

That lady serving on this location was so mean. She has a bad day and detrimental to customers. She threw the order in front of me asking for napkins only. read more

The pizza is always great. Fresh and hot with great Customer service very time when have ordered pizza

Terrible experience. Ordered online & was quoted 30 minutes until delivery. 40 minutes later the app still said "constructing pizza". I called the store to get an ETA & they answered the phone but then immediately hung up on me. Several times. My husband finally had to drive there to get an update. read more

Consistently a disappointment! Today with company we ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Watching the Marcos updates it kept telling us 'your pizza is ready' but nothing about the delivery I scheduled and paid for. I called the store And they confirmed it was done but just waiting for a driver to deliver it. WTH?!?! AN HOUR AFTER the pizza noted it was ready someone FINALLY picks up our 4 pizzas for delivery! Nothing was hot and tasted like I was eating yesterdays pizza. What a waste and embarrassment. With all the choices - Done with these clowns! read more

Last holiday season I bought $500 worth of GiftCards for 10% off. Early this year, their gift card system was subject to fraud and my gift cards were depleted. This wasn't the individual location's problem but it did take me weeks to remedy with corporate. Finally, I got the gift cards replaced only for the store to tell me that they will not longer accept my gift cards. We were ordering a pizza a week on average. I'd say we were pretty good customers but we won't be going back since I'm sitting on hundreds of dollars in gift cards that they won't accept any longer. Bummer. read more

Love this place but this salad today that my wife looks forward to... very disappointing. This is unacceptable. read more

I love this pizza! How come nobody ever talks about this chain? This is the first and only Marco's I've ordered from so not sure if this particular one is amazing or if they're all equally amazing. Sandwiches are amazing too, pizza is great, salads are great. Try it now!!! Cancel any plans you have and order the "works" pizza on a thin crust and enjoy the best topping to bread ratio in the hemisphere. read more

Improperly made order- no biggie, it happens. Telling me you won't remake it and on top of that refusing to give me the name and number of the manager so we could work it out- unacceptable! I'm so disappointed as we usually order from them weekly. No mas! Ps- this was over 3 sub sandwiches, not a large catering order or 10 pizzas. I've been in the pizza business and as the owner I'd have been completely embarrassed at the actions and reactions of the employees. If someone knows how to contact the manager or better yet the owner I'd be happy to speak with them and explain what happened! read more

the delivery after two hour also didn't delivered im so disappointed not also wasted my money but also slots of time now marco pizza is my least favourite pizza restaurant read more

If there is half star, I would give half star. I tried it because since my friends suggested. If you like more curst than pizza, Marco's Pizza is for you. I ordered Extra Large Pizza, and it is not even large. My pizza consists of one quarter of crust. If it wasn't too late, I would have returned it. Their 2 person salad portion is actually for 1 person portion. Also, napkins must be really expensive. They only gave me 2 pieces of napkins for Extra Large Pizza. read more

Never had a complaint for Marco's pizza until now. Ordered pizza to pickup and received it like this. Cheese slid off pizza like if they had dropped it. Grease was leaking out of box which is something that had never happened before. Crust tasted undercooked from inside. Then I call next day to talk to manager about it and he says "things happen." Like are you serious? You're a manager but have that attitude towards your customers? Very rude manager didn't even get his name right cause when we asked for it he mumbled it and said "talk to corporate" very confident like he's normally rude to customers and gets away with it. Disgusting. read more

Tonight we ordered the XL Deluxe. It was amazing! We loved all of the fresh toppings and pizza sauce. Pizza was not greasy or slimy--which is my biggest issue with some of the other local options. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered carry out--the restaurant was clean and had a few booths if you want to stop in to eat. read more

Fast hot tasty! Did not have to wait long! Feeding teenagers with Marco's pizza is the bomb!

Being a bit of pizza expert I can proudly say that Marcos pizza is top notch. I loved the customer service. The ingredients are really fresh. They were able to accommodate and deliver my order fast and hot. I would recommend them to anyone. If you haven't had Marcos yet. You neeeeeed to try the cheese with sausage and onion and a side of jalapeño ranch. I also highly recommend the pizza bowl for When you're craving pizza but on a diet. read more

Great service and legendary pizza! Num Num...our weekly go to. Worth the little extra vs the other guys.

How can anyone give Marcos pizza more than one star. It is generic and just bad. Take some white bread and put ketchup and American cheese on it and toast. It's as good, if nothing else. Another pizza chain that serves anything but good pizza. read more

Leaving this review because not only does this place have amazing pizza, but also because my plan ahead order got here at the exact time that I requested it to be here. Like, at 745pm on the dot. I had to do an emergency review here 5 minutes later because I was so impressed. Now I'm going to go bring this to my husband who's at work at Peterbilt for his Birthday. Thank you!! It looks amazing!! :) read more

Great pizza and good prices! Love that you can customize your crust! This has become our go-to pizza place!

When me and a group of friends went by on Friday we went in and bought a large pepperoni pizza and a small gluten free pizza for a different friend. The wait was around a hour but we didn't mind as long as we got our food. When the wait was over we got our food and the one gluten free pizza was just normal, we went and asked if we could get a gluten free one and the person at the counter started to get mad at us because we didn't have our receipt and didn't offer a remake of the pizza or anything. Will not be going back read more

Was really great pizza and bread sticks good personality in the store too very satisfied

We have only had pizza and it was a take out order. The order was accurate and the staff was very nice to deal with. We ordered 3 pizzas with different toppings, red sauce with 1- thin and 2-Roma crust. The thin crust pizza was so dry it was hard to eat because it was so crunchy. Oh did I say DRY? The Roma pizza were not as bad as the thin crust but the they were still dry. Ugh!! We are still looking for a good pizza pie in Roanoke Texas! read more
