Newk's Eatery ALWAYS treats me well. The young man waiting on me was polite, personable, friendly and patient. I had ordered my food, but remembered I needed to make a stop somewhere else first. The gentleman said he would put my order on hold until I returned. When I returned, he notified the cooks, and my order was prepared just as if I never left. I love this place! I am always pleased. P.S. I ordered a soup (tomato basil), salad (garden), sandwich (turkey and Swiss) combo & pepperoni, sausage pizza. I highly recommend them! read more

Not from the area and wasn't sure what to get. Thought I would give it a shot. Pizza was what I expected for the price. Nothing special but good. Fair amount of toppings and cooked properly. I think MOD Pizza or similar quick pizza styles are better. However, I was satisfied. Ordered a half shrimp Caesar salad to go along with the pizza. Fair price but that is all I can say positively about it. First, there was no Caesar dressing given with the salad as it was just cheese, lettuce, and shrimp as I requested no croutons. The shrimp had a coldness slimy bland flavor to it. On the menu and receipt it said Cajun shrimp but they tasted like they didn't even have any salt on them. I was originally thinking a 2 star review but felt the pizza at least qualified it for 3 stars. I may try the restaurant again if in a similar mood where I am hungry but not craving anything in particular. read more

Who puts mayo on a French Dip? I have lived and worked all over the world and have never had mayo slathered onto a French Dip, until now. Thanks for trying to kill me Newk's! Food allergies are serious but McKensie did not think so, when she answered the phone. $60 for food that is thrown out. You should be ashamed! I expect a refund and an apology. McKensie did not understand my anger and frustration was over her ignorance to food allergies and potential hospitalization or death. Super rude treatment, and I will spread the word. read more

Nice clean restaurant and tasty food, however order accuracy can improve. The last two times that we've had Newk's there was something wrong with our order. The first time we ordered to go and when we returned home we were missing an order of soup. Our next dine-in experience one of our salads was missing ingredients we ordered. read more

Great crawfish pepper jack soup - creamy and well balanced ratio of items in it Cobb salad was huge and fresh - added avocado and all textures were balanced- chicken is slivered, crunchy croutons Kiosk order/ mobile order/ in person order at this location Unfortunately they were out of their breadsticks and the staff did not have any smiles but note they got orders and service to me in a timely manner and with care read more

The food here is so good! My husband and I got the Newk's club and it was soo good! My mom and son got a salad and they both loved it! My daughter also got a kids Mac and cheese and it was as so good! The service was quick and everyone was so sweet. The only dislike was the pasta salad. It was good it just needed a bit more flavor for me. The fruit and potato salad were delicious! It was also very reasonably especially with the economy how it is. It was way cheaper for my family to hear than chick fila. And the food was 100 x times better. It was quiet in there not too loud. I also LOVED how they had infant swings and plenty of high chairs! It was also extremely clean! read more

I love the Spicy Shrimp pizza, paired with half Caesar salad it is a great meal. This location is always so helpful and my food is so good

Always fresh, mostly fast, and always friendly! Love this location. Good area and clean on the inside.

We decided to eat here since I was craving soup! I had my fingers crossed that they served half soup/sandwich and THEY DO! They even serve half salad/sandwich combo too. You could even buy a whole sandwich and get half of another side item. Lots of combinations depending on what you're feeling! Great to know so I don't have to scramble for Jason's deli or even Panera! We arrived about an hour before closing yet everything was stocked and tea tasted freshly made. Our food came out in a good amount of time. I ordered loaded potato soup with chicken bacon club sandwich for my half pair, I devoured it! It was so delicious. I saw they had a cheesesteak sandwich maybe I'll try next time, but the order I got tonight was on point. Thanks Newk's! My family enjoyed our meal together! read more

Sandwiches are okay. Bread isn't great and they only let you pick from white or wheat bread. Hot club sandwiches is ehhh. Lobster and crab bisque was mainly crab, I didn't get any lobster. My friends sandwich came out wrong and then they forgot about making her correct one. We had to flag someone down to ask for her sandwich. So while everyone already finished their meals, our friend just started hers. I think we probably won't come back here for lunch. read more

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Ordering was easy and simple. Pickup time was 10 minutes. Arrived at curbside parking in about 6 minutes. Sent message on the app saying I had arrived. Restaurant worker brought food outside. Everything was as ordered -- half chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo. The gumbo is fantastic. No seafood (don't like seafood) in the gumbo but plenty of flavors and spices. I will be ordering that again. read more

Ok i finally went back to try another item. This time i went for the new pizza, the BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was really tasty and had just the rite amount of ingredients on it for the size. The only thing i didn't really care for was the crust. Tasteless and way to floury for my taste. I guess this is one restaurant that is just not for me. read more

love Newk's! The shrimp arugula salad is amazing! The staff are nice as can be! Always a great experience at Newk's

We used to frequent this place and it was one of our favorites! For whatever reason, we have not been here in about a year. Friday night and we got home too late to cook. And decided to order take out from Newks. I attempted to order online but it wasn't working so I called in and a computer robot AI took my order. It was cumbersome at first as I had 4 meals to order. Me and the robot agreed on an order and it was submitted. I arrived and went in, waited several min and a young girl eventually greeted me. I said I had an order to get and she pointed to a rack and started to walk away. I stopped her and said it wasn't paid for as I was sure my order was the one right next to her. During this odd exchange another customer (lady) walks in and an newks employee appears and interrupts my checkout process asking me if "she was with me" it was so weird I really just ignored him hoping he would figure it out and help his customer. I felt like if I stopped talking to the girl checking me out she may get bored and walk off again! I couldn't risk it. If you can navigate the artificial intelligence and survive the low level customer service human experience, the food is really good. 2/5 stars for the process plus one for the food. 3/5 stars total. If I eat here again, I need to remember to dine in only. read more

This is my favorite sandwich shop, and if I could ever get over ordering the delicious Q sandwich, I will try the other eats they offer! The Q stole my heart via my belly, and I have to admit, I can't stop thinking about it. I really appreciate the fact I can choose my side item too, sometimes I go super healthy and get the fruit cut, and other times I gotta have my Cheetos. Did you know some sandwich shops don't even give you a side item?!? One more reason to check out the menu at Newks! read more

Another absolutely delicious meal from Newk's, I just hate they closed the one that was closer to me, but still worth the trip. Great service, and easy to order from the app, easy to park and check in on the app for the food to e delivered to me. read more

I've had Newks from other locations. I ordered a pizza and Mac and cheese and they all tasted the same. Like a burnt oven. There was no flavor, I also ordered for curbside pickup, but it seemed no one was doing curbside? I had to go in and get my food, which i don't mind. But it would have been nice to know beforehand. Not sure how long my food was left to get picked up. If someone checks in and they're told someone will be right out, there should be some communication. I could look past all that if the food was good. Weird aftertaste. read more

Always fresh and good service. Atmosphere is very clean and we enjoy eating there. We will go back.

Great experience as always! Food was great...ready when I got there to pick it up...excellent customer service!

I use to live this location but I won't be returning here again. I arrived at 2 pm and ordered a sandwich and fruit cup to go. The dining room was less then 20% full, I sat down and waited for my order and observed. The kitchen staff were all standing around talking and no one was making orders. Almost 25 minutes later after I checked with the girl at the register as to where my order was they finally started the order. The manager was sitting in a booth near by chatting with someone ignoring the situation. The only reason for the 2 stars is my sandwich and fruit cup were good when I finally got them and rushed home to quickly eat and get back to work. read more

Felt very uncomfortable , had a very racist vibe from the very beginning. First time at Newk's and didnt know how to order. There was a register but no one there. I approached the kitchen bar but was ignored. I just wanted to ask how to order. Waited a minute and turned away guy came right after me and they greeted him and asked if they could help him. I felt so degraded by that. Everyone after that got greeted when they walked in. Everyone working there was Caucasian and every customer that walked in was caucasian. Im Hispanic by the way. :( read more

My friends had talked about this place for like a year, and I finally decided to branch out and try something new. I'm so mad at myself for putting it off for so long. I LOVE a good sandwich, and Newks was SO good. I got the portobella veggie sandwich and g*d D*MN it was good. I was anxious when I first walked in, but they have a giant menu, and the staff were calm and comforting. The food came out fast, and as I left, the register person said "bye sally!" And it was so wholesome. I loved it. read more

I LOVE Newk's food. However, our visit to this location was subpar. Food was great, fast and fresh. We couldn't find a table despite many open ones because 8-10 we not bussed. Slow service, food was okay. The only good part was the breadsticks and the cool cups they give you. Overall it's overpriced.
