Such a nice little spot on Magnolia. During happy hour in a surprise storm, my family and I ducked inside after ice cream to share a $15 large half pepperoni and half chicken pizza with rosemary bread puffs. Our server, Hayden, was quick to let us know all about their in house sourdough that was easy to brag about. The littlest one in our party had a cheese pizza and a side salad, which did not have as many obvious carrots as she hoped, she expressed. Still, she very much enjoyed sharing bites with the table. The rest of us enjoyed the $5 tap beers and the $4 mimosa to round out a light dinner for 4.5 people under $100 with tip. Will definitely get the rosemary bread again!

It's 3 stars for now, but I'm willing to come back and try again. My dish was the gnocchi and it was barely warm, because it was waiting for my daughter's kid cheese pizza...that we didn't order....We ordered Mac and cheese. So they quickly made Mac and cheese that was really soupy because it was rushed...and overall I was just kind of disappointed. Especially since it was a rainy Tuesday, the restaurant wasn't slammed busy at all. The flavor of my dish was tasty, it was saucy, it just wasn't hot and that sucked. I am willing to come back and have my star rating changed.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Pie Tap for dinner while we were exploring the Fort Worth area. We wanted to try different pizzas and our server said we could split the pizza so we got half bbq and half salami. The salami was our favorite but the bbq chicken was still super good. My boyfriend also wanted to try the spicy rigatoni pasta and he liked it. The flavor was really good but the sauce was pretty liquidy rather than creamy and thicker like we expected. We were seated in their small outdoor section which was super cute and more secluded with trees and shade. It was pretty cute for a casual date night spot.

Service: Cody was such an entertaining and capable server. Joking and helpful he really uplifted the experience. Food: I was sad the eggs Benedict was not available. Changed to the breakfast sandwich- was spicier than I expected. Friend got the blueberry French toast- great flavor and huge! We also started with the bread puffs and goat cheese fondue. I'm not a goat cheese person so withholding my opinion on that part. The jalapeno jelly was delicious. The bread puffs warm and flavorful. Blackberry mimosa could use more Blackberry. Ambiance- industrial but warm. Courtyard in the middle with large tree.

Stopped in for a quick drink and app. The hummus was hands down the BEST I've ever had. Various olives, feta, toasted chickpea and what I believe was roasted red peppers with rainbow carrots, cucumber slices and the softest sourdough I've ever had. I would drive all the way from Weatherford JUST for this plate. I also had a Hugo spritz and their version deserves recognition. It was so refreshing! Please don't ever take these items off them menu.

This place is very good . Borderline 5 stars Went in for a quick dinner and got the prosciutto pizza and a smoked old fashioned . The cocktail was excellent - rich in flavour and not too sweet The pizza was very good - loads of fresh ricotta and arugula and descent amount of perschutto. The dough was also super yummy . Will come back for sure to try more options from the menu !

My friend and I spent the day in Fort Worth and decided to try PieTap -- and it absolutely did not disappoint! The decor inside is beautiful, with a cozy vibe, and there's a charming little outdoor area featuring an awesome tree that adds so much character. Our server, Quinn, was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive, checking in just the right amount without ever being too much. We both went with the lunch special -- 1/2 pie and a salad for just $12 (such a great deal!). Since we were celebrating, we treated ourselves to a couple of adult beverages. She had the Smoked Old Fashioned, and I went for the Espresso Martini -- both were excellent. Even better, the happy hour pricing during lunch (which is rare) made them only $7 each! We're already looking forward to going back. Definitely a new favorite spot in Fort Worth! Add it to the love list

Stopped by for lunch on Labor Day because they were having happy hour all day! The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of seating and bright open atmosphere! Sat at the bar and Service was wonderful! The food was so delicious! We had the honey chicken sandwich and the smash burger. The chicken sandwich had a great balance of flavor and the sourdough bread was so tasty! The burger was amazing! The flavor on that burger was spot on and the jalapeños gave it a great kick! The pineapple habanero margarita and blackberry smash both refreshing! Everything tasted so fresh and we can't wait to go back and try their pies!

Really enjoyed my first visit here for a group lunch. Nice layout and moderate space made it a relaxing time. Nice menu options from apps, salads, soup, to pizza pie. We liked the happy hour options. Server was friendly & attentive. My Expresso martini hit the spot. The arugula pizza was fresh and tasty was an amazing crust with just the right amount of crunch and softness as you bit in. I chose the half and half and also enjoyed the taste and quality of the Caesar salad. Definitely will go back to try more yummy bites & sips.

No pics of food because we were enjoying the food a yapping. Caught the happy hr and had a pineapple habanera margarita for $7 it was delicious! Small pizzas were $7 as well. Great food. Decor is beautiful. Our waiter was excellent and so attentive to our needs and all the splitting checks! Top notch service for sure. There's free parking in the back but I hear weekends can be busy and hard to find a spot. Over all- great experience!

Nice visit. Sat at the bar and received excellent attentive service while deciding on a beer and an appetizer. Beer selection includes some of the most popular local-"ish" ones. The arancini was creamy and the smoked mozzarella and mushrooms added nice flavor. But that crushed tomato sauce? OMG. So simple, but just perfect. Ordered the salad and prosciutto pizza to take home. Both were tasty, but the amount of prosciutto was really sparse, not looking at all like previous pics posted. Looks like they have some good lunch specials.

We poke our heads in (accidentally going through the exit door. the front door is well camouflaged) and just found a wonderful very chilled out bar. Haven't been to a speakeasy in a long time. It was dark lighting with ambient black lights and string lights to keep it dim but you wont struggle to see through. Music was not super loud and the chairs were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was laid out to just have drinks and lounge while talking with friends. No food, which is fine. You have plenty of options on the same block for that. This place is just for drinks and conversation. The seasonal menu was awesome. It iss a bar so they of course can make anything you request if you don't want a specialty cocktail. I got my favorite, a moscow mule but they had a brazilian mule on the specialty menu. I never had that before and ordered it on the spot. It was grapefruit vodka with lime, lots of fine pellett nugget ice (the really good kind) with ginger beer and condensed milk. My god it was great, they told me how they made it because i never saw milk added to this before. It was a delicious limeade that almost was slushy like, creamy and with tangy vodka. Plus they actually served it in a proper copper mug. Best mixed drink ive had period and a cool twist on my favorite standard moscow mule. The place is now going to become a frequent haunt for us. Its very laid back, relaxed, with fantastic ambiance. It doesn't get jammed packed and is not meant to get wild in. We went there around 7pm on a friday night with about 8 or so others already there with their drinks. It did pick up later with 15-20 people in there but still spacious and comfortable. It genuinely was just a nice bar to have drinks and conversations with friends. Nice music that isn't too loud so you can talk with normal voice levels. The bartenders we had were super nice and charismatic. The drinks were not expensive, a respectable 13 bucks for my mule. If you have a bill over 40 dollars they automatically add 20% gratuity to it so keep that in mind when you are tipping. And after 8pm everything had 20% gratuity added to the bill. But the service is so damn good that you will probably still want to tip on top of that anyways. I loved it so much i actually made a yelp account just to post a review. TLDR super cool speakeasy type joint, cool aesthetics and laundry theme. Not loud, good for drinks and chit chat, cool well crafted specialty cocktails that don't break the bank. Good bartenders. Good times. Cozy seats that encourage you to hang out and talk even with folks you haven't met before and dim without being dark lighting. Clean bathroom too and quick charismatic service. Hit this place up for sure even just for the novelty of it. It was a wonderful surprise bar for a date night. Pro tip for this area in general. all paid parking, some place validates some do not, i am unsure if they do here but there is paid parking right out front and also a paid lot literally across the street. But i don't even bother. About a block and a half away northeast is a big shopping complex with a target. i just park there for free and walk. its a short nice walk and doesn't cost 20 bucks.

The noise level was extremely high...we literally had to yell just to have a conversation with each other. Service was also very slow. It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar. We ended up leaving within about five minutes. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype for us....between the noise, long wait times, and how we were treated, it just wasn't enjoyable. For comparison, the bar next door, Archibald, felt much more welcoming. Maybe regulars have a different experience, but as first-time guests, we were not impressed.

The burger was definitely good. It's messy since there are some more toppings prone to falling out. I will say that in terms of taste, it was a bit too sweet for my preference. I think it was the combination of carmelized onions and bacon jam that made it too much for me that it overwhelmed the savoriness that I'd prefer to be the main flavor with the burger. We ordered nachos as an appetizer to split, along with two beers and a kids meal. What arrived was Motley Crue waking from a drug binge, raiding the pantry and trash, then declaring "let's do it." What was supposed to be nachos was anything but. The only explanation is someone who had never seen nachos tried to recreate them after hearing a rumor from someone at a Lowe's parking lot. The "chips" were not tortilla chips. They were rectangular strips of pale, flimsy material that looked like scraps of drywall film pulled out of a new construction site. An albino drywall experiment that somehow escaped the kitchen and landed on a plate. The entire thing was covered in barbecue sauce, with some mystery white liquid poured over the top. We assume it was supposed to be queso, but it definitely was not queso. Calling it queso feels disrespectful to actual queso. We ate maybe a quarter of it and decided we needed to leave before things got worse. Six hours later, we received an unannounced encore performance in the bathroom.
