The food here is really good. The service and attention to basic details is not. I really wish it was!! Tonight I ordered a large Himalayan for pickup and got a small. My wife didn't know what I ordered so she didn't say anything, and she picked it up. This really shouldn't be hard. I'm surprised I even ordered here again, but the pizza really is good and I wanted to give it a chance. Last time was my wife's birthday which was August of last year (I was that scared to try again I waited almost 6 months.) I placed an online order, showed up for pickup at the time given, waited 20 minutes because they kept saying it's almost ready. After 20 minutes they came back and said they didn't even have the ingredients in stock for the pizza I ordered. They weren't even cooking it!! They gave me another pizza and that took another 30 minutes. All together I was sitting there for over an hour with my wife and newborn in the car waiting. COME ON PEOPLE. Train your teams!!! Upper management visit for a week, two weeks, whatever it takes!! Pay attention!! You're sitting on a gold mine with this location, the food is good, but you've got some serious issues here. read more

Not my favorite but an average pizza place on Keller Parkway. Pizza is fine. I liked the small pepperoni but it was too spicy for my kids and they picked the pepperonis off. The chicken was a complete miss and I wouldn't recommended it. There were a few issues with the ordering process. I ordered online for pickup but when I arrived only the pizza was on the ticket and not the chicken I paid for. The employee explained the online order only printed the pizza ticket to the kitchen so they needed time to complete the rest of the order. I agreed to return in 10 minutes, only to be asked to wait another 7 + minutes due to oven issues. Whatever the ticket and oven issue is, that needs to be addressed and fixed immediately. Despite the pick up issues I'm glad I didn't bring my kids with me, due to the tchotchke machines. Personal preference here, I think these cash grabs make any place they are housed look cheap but otherwise they do have ample seating and can accommodate groups. Employees were nice and apologetic for the delays, they seemed to be doing the best they could. read more

I had a bit of a mixed experience at Mountain Mike's Pizza. I was really excited to try their pizza since they offer so many unique flavors that definitely make you want to come back and explore the menu. Unfortunately, our visit didn't go quite as planned. We ordered a medium pizza (with no customizations), but the staff accidentally made a small instead. Mistakes happen, and they were polite about it, but it did mean waiting an extra 15-20 minutes for the correct order. When we finally got our pizza home, the first bite was great -- but the second was undercooked and doughy. The whole pizza was severely undercooked, which made it impossible to eat. On a positive note, I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond, offering a credit toward my next order. I really appreciated that gesture and plan to give them another try soon. Hopefully next time the experience will better reflect the quality and creativity their menu promises. I'll update once I do. read more

Well, dang it!!! The first few times here was the best pizza I have ever had, then .... the consistency is random. Last pizza duo we had, last Saturday: my Mt. Veggiemore was not so great (wow, wouldhave been better off with Dominos! Way better off with Joe's). My wife's Mt. McKinley she said was very VERY good, but the previous time was mediocre. Soooooooooo, dang it, I have to drop the rating. I do not want to steer anyone wrong with my previous review. (Sad). Maybe it can be amazing! Maybe not so much. We have picked up pizza here a couple of times. Quick and delicious! If you do not need gluten-free, it's a great place for an old school pizza buffet lunch like Pizza Hut used to do, but with better pizza. They do offer gluten-free pizza on the menu though. read more

The pizza was amazing. Stay away from the "NOT not garlic knots." Having never been to this restaurant, we asked about them. The very polite but not helpful young lady behind the counter said they are like garlic knots. She is 1,000,000% wrong. First off, it's must definitely NOT a garlic knot. It's not even close to a garlic knot. It is a square and it is full of cheese. Garlic knots are never stuffed with cheese. They are a long rope of dough that is tied into a knot. Please see my photo. As I stated at the beginning, the pizza was amazing. We ordered the small which is 10 small slices, but that was plenty for both of us as it was much later in the evening due to a little medical emergency. The next time we are in Keller, we will definitely stop again, but we will avoid the not garlic knots. read more

Mountain Mikes is my favorite pizza place. Brings me back to my childhood memories. The traditional curly pepperoni and the exact right amount of sauce and cheese. I don't even need more on this pizza cause it's that good. Mountain Mikes knows how to do it right and is always consistent. I would say the only thing that keeps us from ordering for a big group is the price so we just treat this as a special treat when it's just immediate family. We will be forever customers! read more

Wow. Was looking for a new pizza buffet place to try and saw this. First, only lunch is buffet. Disappointing. Second, the price. It's steep. Third, the flavor. Meh. Toppings looked like they'd be delicious in combination but the veggies remained largely raw on the pizza. And the crust was just bland. And the sauce had no distinguishing flavors. So, bottom line, we had a very expensive tomatoey salad on crust with two expensive side salads. That came to nearly $40. I can get tried and true places with a lot more food and a lot more flavor elsewhere. And will. The staff saved this rating. Very friendly. Welcomed us in. But the price and quality dragged it down. We were so excited to try this place as we've seen good reviews and have driven by many times. We left very disappointed. The girl at the front was very helpful and kind! We tried the BBQ at the Ranch pizza and Pike's Peak pizza and they both just lacked flavor. The salad bar was subpar. I've been here twice. Pizza has been GREAT both times. The order/pick up experience is 2/10. First trip, I arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time. I waited another 15 minutes once I arrived. I figured this was normal for a new restaurant; no big deal. I ordered again a couple months later and it was worse. Arrived a few minutes after my estimated pickup time. Was told it would be another 10. Came back 12 min later. Was told to wait 5 more minutes. Waited another 15 minutes. They forgot a 2L. Got to my car and checked the order; I got 2 cheese sticks instead of a cheese stick and a pizza. They apologized and asked if I'd wait 5 minutes while they cook another pizza. Guess how long it took? I'll never know bc at the 8 min mark, when I was told "it will just take a few more minutes," I asked for a refund on that pizza and left. It's a shame because the pizza is 10/10. There are too many great pizza options in Keller to tolerate such poor internal operations. Service was ok Crust thicker then I like, but personal preference. Toppings were decent. My issue was this; i had a 12 inch with three toppings, my wife had the .10 inch vegetable pizza. One lemonade and our bill was $53.00. There are better pizza places in the area for a lot less money'. Far too expensive. Hope they wake up. read more

This is legit THE best pizza I've ever had! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The pepperoni is DELISH. The mozz cheese is SO fresh and the crust is *chef's kiss* perfect! I also got a garden salad -- serving size was large and the Italian dressing was tasty. So so so glad that this is right around the corner from my house. They only had 1 employee, and processed the online orders first, leaving me in line for 20 minutes. Well, I'm glad, because I got a great pizza for only a dollar more. Lots more choices.
