Best donut shop around, the donuts are so good. They have a variety of options and we made our way through a number of them. Yeast and cake donuts are both superb. The owners are so kind and I hope others see this and take their business here. Other donut shops I have been to outside of Dallas don't compare and the Dallas donut shops are far more expensive. Excellent donuts at a fair price, what more can you ask for! read more

Walk into your average donut shop and you'll see basically the same assortment of donuts and things to eat. What sets this place apart is the quality and the amazing customer service. I don't think I've ever experienced such incredible CS at a donut shop before. We love coming here to get delicious donuts. The lady that serves us is always smiling and she will always throw in some donut holes. If you're looking for a great local donut shop, this is the place to be! read more

The best donuts! So fresh! I have lived in the area for 13 years. Ever since I tried Donut Paradise I have been ruined for every other donut place. We don't even bother to go anywhere else anymore as we know they would disappoint us! We would just look at each other and say "Not as good as Mrs. June's donuts!" Mrs. June is the owner and she's such a lovely person! She and her husband are there every single day serving up their best! They always throw in free donut holes. There are 4 tables you could sit at if you plan to eat there but of course you can take them home as well. We all have our favorites, mine are: blueberry cake, old fashioned (also called sour cream donut), cinnamon sugar twist, and you have to get a jalapeño sausage or a breakfast croissant sandwich with bacon eggs and cheese or sausage egg and cheese. Just a side note: some of the bright colored icings on the sprinkle donuts are flavored lemon orange or strawberry. My kids don't really like the flavored ones so I always make sure they aren't flavored when I'm ordering. You will love these donuts and the kind owner. The donuts are always fresh and they never taste like that nasty old oil that you might get at other places. read more

THE BEST IN DFW AREA. I have lived in the DFW area for 38 years and I have never found a better and more consistent donut spot than Donut Paradise. Roanoke is known far and wide for being a hot spot for good food and this place in an absolute gem! The owners, June and her husband Ken, are extremely kind and generous and my kids always love coming in and saying hi to June. The donuts are absolutely excellent and I've literally never had a bad one from here. My favorites are blueberry, old fashioned, choco choco cake, and cream cheese danish. Also, her breakfast croissants with egg, bacon, sausage, and cheese are amazing! Seriously, everything is good! I'm a food snob and I usually am very let down by donut shops... but like I said, this one is always good, it's the best. read more

I'm glad I live 1,200 miles away from Donut Paradise. If I lived within easy driving range in no time at all I'd be as big as a house. These donuts are all excellent and the range of flavors is extensive. My favorite is the Red Velvet Glazed, but I'm sure you'll find something you like, including Kolaches. Buyers get a discount if they buy a dozen donuts and as you can see in the photo below the very friendly owner tossed in a few free donut holes, I assume just because it was closing time (noon). That price included 4 chocolate milks, so take that into consideration. The donuts were all crammed into a tradition flip top box you'd normally get a dozen yeast donuts in, they were smashed together and being they were cake donuts they crumbled and fell apart when we attempted to take them out of the box. This was our first time trying Donuts House, my husband actually went quite a ways out of his way to try them, as he noticed them while conducting business at a near by establishment. For reference he drove from Keller-HasletRd and 377, but that's on us. The donuts all tasted the same, are we all tried each others bits and pieces still crumbled in the box. I'm not sure why they were all cake style, and to be fair we've been buying donuts on our own since the 1980's and it's a very typical experience to get a variety of different flavors and styles when ordering a variety or a mixed box. Of course he utilized the drive thru and was not aware of the situation until he got all the way home with the bounty of cake donuts lol. I can't imagine going so far out of our way and passing multiple other shops for a meh experience. With that pricing I would have expected a superior experience and product, one to rave about. There are a few different types of kolache, like plain sausage and with cheese and or bacon. I like the fact they have mini kolache, where each one is 40 cents, or you can geta dozen for 4 bucks. As for the donuts, they have your typical ones like maple bars, and blueberry donuts and etc. The coffee is really simple and they keep a pot outside for you. They also have a variety of different drinks as well.

The kolache is also very moist and buttery! The service is the first place you'd want to see in the morning! They really care about your order and never rush you or ignore you. If you need help deciding, they will help yo decide! Super nice and funny people. It's nice and quaint on the inside, but there are tables for you to take a seat and enjoy! It's located in a small center that is a bit hard to find if you're not used it, but parking is fairy simple. Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast stop!

I ordered a few different varieties of donuts and sausage rolls. I even tried their take on a sausage biscuit. Everything was delicious, soft, and warm. My hubby opted for custard filled donuts.
