They also have the option to write a note of encouragement or inspiration to someone suffering from mental illness. I thought that was a sweet gesture and liked participating in that. Th husband surprised me by stopping by Legacy Cakes to pick up my birthday cake before headed to the big celebration with my children. The cake my husband had them make was enough for 35 people and there were only 12 of us so we had a lot left over. The cake was red velvet with butter-creme frosting.
