I'm a regular at this smoothie king and it's been good, nothing extraordinary. When I walked in most recently, the place did smell a bit dirty and the people working seemed rushed for no particular reason. I ordered the strawberry gladiator and it was okay. It could've just been a bad day, they were still very nice and the service overall was fine. read more

Smoothie King - Inside - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Southlake, Texas

It smells really bad inside the establishment and there were several dead cockroaches on the floor. Just dirty.

Upon entering the store there was a terrible smell. Smells like dirty floor drains. There were two people waiting for smoothies when we got in. The only employee on shift was working on their smoothies. When they were done she quickly took our order, however we then watched the employee text on her phone for literally five minutes right in front is us while not making the one smoothie we ordered with no other customers in here. Then a party of three walked in. She continued to text for one or two minutes. While they waited to order. They said they were ready and she told them to wait a second while she finished texting. Then she made our smoothie. She then gave it to us and continued texting before taking their order. read more

The guy in the counter for self checkout is correcting everyone with no manners at all. This wil be my last to shop at this store. The counter guy needs to have a crash course of how to deal with customers. Otherwise you will be losing a lot of customers. read more

Place smelled bad, felt dirty and run down. Took longer than it should to get a smoothie and it being very hot inside made waiting even less pleasant. Smoothie was fine when it came out. read more

Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT use the app to order in the morning. This Southlake Smoothie King has failed to open on time twice in the last 3 weeks. The app takes your money, but the store is dark, doors are locked, and no one answers the phone. It's ridiculous that a business can't open at its posted 7:00 AM time. Customers shouldn't have to chase refunds because employees can't show up for work. The only bright spot is one hard-working employee who picks up the slack when others don't show -- he should be running the place. Whoever owns this location needs to fix this immediately. read more

It was so hot (like 90 inside) and it took 30 min to get my order!! The orders were filled out of order and the place was a mess!

All the workers here suck. They don't know how to make a smoothie and it takes them 30 minutes to complete one. My smoothie never taste good anymore and they never make it how I ask. Over this fucking place. Get y'all's shit together read more

I go to Smoothie King at least 3 times per week. This past Friday I went to this location, I was told by the person taking orders that Smoothie King doesn't offer "free upsize" anymore. I used my rewards to make up the difference. I needed to go, after leaving the store I confirmed I had received both an email & a promo on my phone app. I read on reviews, that the store doesn't answer the phone, that's correct, I witnessed this when I was there waiting for my order and I called several times regarding no more Friday upsize. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Southlake, Texas

Cason and Nathaniel are amazing!! The smoothie tastes great and there great at their jobs. These guys just started working here and there already pros! Definitely recommend coming here read more

This smoothie was the most disgusting thing I've pretty much ever had. It tasted like watery plastic. I don't know how it's possible to taste like that when made with real fruit, it was completely inedible. Something is seriously wrong here. read more

The biggest annoyance of this location is that they do not answer the phone, and it isn't the first time. The young lady said someone lost the phone yesterday, probably cordless, so I could not place an order ahead of time, so another 10 min delay to get somewhere else on time. Everyone is using an ordering app of some sort these days, and you can't even verify they are open for business at 10am on a Sunday (5/19/24). I hate signing up for an app for every place I shop at. For a few places, it sounds like not a big deal, but it's gotten out of control. read more

This morning to get a smoothie, the interior is dirty and rundown. The (very) young girl working there looked like a beer in headlights when I asked for a smoothie with protein added in it. She literally said nothing, and only stared at me. a young man came out from the back and then completed the order. The young girl never apologized or said anything beyond the initial ordertaking. Not up to Southlake standards. read more

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years and had great service. Within the last couple of months the service has declined tremendously. It appears all the old staff is gone. Now you can expect long wait and incorrect orders. This will be my last visit. Good luck! read more

Starting with good... fabulous blend taste and texture! I got the peach and mango. Really great! My daughter got the strawberry and peach which was excellent as well. The not so good...the 2 guys behind the counter are having a bad day or really suck at customer service. I think they need a hug. Grumpy and short answer like they don't want to be there. Acted the same to the person in front of me and after us. Nice location and the have the pb2 chocolate! Oh now walked in a cute tenage girl..oh how the smile came around with a good attitude now. read more

Smoothie King - Nutritional supplements - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Southlake, Texas

Smoothie king advertised it at select locations for Veterans Day they would give veterans and active duty military a free 20 ounce smoothie. This location does not support veterans. If you're a veteran I would tell you don't give them your business read more

Very friendly staff, clean facility, and a great way to start the day. Thanks Smoothie King!

This was my first visit to Smoothie King and it was what I expected other than the fact that there were so many choices and varieties to choose from. I settled on Mangofest as it reminded me of a smoothie drank I had in India. You can add enhancers to any Smoothie and customize it and make it skinny where they leave out the sugar. My drink was less than 400 calories and really tasty. Give them a try. read more

I see what previous reviewers mean. One young adult behind the counter having to do everything. It happened today too. I went in right behind one person. After me three more people came in. The worker was polite and worked hard to get everyone taken care of. I got the strawberry gladiator with double almonds. I don't like all that sweet syrup sugar stuff to add calories and spike up my blood sugar. The gladiator is a powder to start with. In past visits they had to really blend my drink to get the almonds crushed and smooth but maybe they got a better machine because my wait was short and my drink was smooth. They give you an option for styrofoam or plastic cups now. I opted for the same old styrofoam. I'm not sure of the benefit for either though. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible customer service. We walked in and asked for a recommendation on their favorite drink and both the boys working stared at us blankly and had a complete attitude. Will never be going back and I would advise you do the same. read more

The worst customer service. I stood inside for over 10 minutes and was ignored by employees even the Manager Jullian. They took orders thru drive thru and ignored my standing inside. I asked Jillian if it was quicker to go thru drive thru and she said yes? Why have a lobby?? I'll never come back to this location read more

Unfortunately my smoothie and the one belonging to the woman in front of me were both made wrong. Also I found this place insanely overpriced. The flavor of mine was atrocious and tasted only like fake sugar. Yikes. read more

Update: came back and again good customer service, the people behind the counter were nice. Smoothies are solid. Got keto champ chocolate, which was fine considering it's keto. It's not gonna be as great as other smoothies but the others have ridiculous amounts of sugar, so for keto standards, it's good. I didn't experience bad service like other reviewers, but the smoothie did suck lol. I got a chocolate gladiator and it was a way too watery; the texture was straight up water with a chunk of soft ice. Flavor was barely there, like a watered down version of what it's supposed to be. The guy behind the counter seemed nice though. read more

I placed an online order at 2:08pm with the pickup time listed as 2:18. I arrived at 2:20 and my smoothie was not ready till 2:48. There was only girl working which I understand but she was not moving with any sense of urgency at all. Smoothie was good when I finally got it. read more

I'm originally from back west, so iv never heard of this place before and thought that i'd give it a shot. First off, I think the sizes of the smoothies are pretty impressive. I got a medium smoothie without checking the menu and this thing is like 32 ounces! And it was cheaper than jamba juice. I got the mixed berry smoothie, and I was a little disappointed because the flavor was not there, it tasted mostly of water. Maybe it was just that smoothie, but I'm not sure. Place also smelled of chlorine, not that I don't like the smell, it just struck me as kind of odd. But I will probably come back and try something different! Lots of healthy options. read more

I have waited and waited to review this smoothie king to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not sure who the franchise owner is but it's time to sell it...it is obvious they don't care about running a business. Last time I came I waited 40 minutes and never even ordered as one young overwhelmed worker tried to take orders from patrons and online + make smoothies, clean and cash out customers. Needless to say I left. Today - same thing three weeks later. read more

It had been years since I had been to a Smoothie King so I decided to give this one a chance. Something about unhealthy old-school Jamba Juice turned me off chain type places like this. Although the menu is a bit overwhelming and needs to be simplified, I was able to pick out a protein enriched smoothie which I added spinach to for $1. The consistency was excellent and I craved one the next day. Perfect post workout, just be careful of the sugar content of many of them! read more

I hate giving places low stars, but I'm hoping this alerts the management that they are painfully understaffed. The place is clean and the kids that do work here (well it's usually one overwhelmed kid running the place on their own when there's 12 people in line for a smoothie) are nice, but they are always alone! I came on a Friday at 12:30 after texting in my orders 20 minutes prior to arrival and the young guy said "sorry I haven't been able to get to it". 18 minutes to get a smoothie. These kids are busting their butts too, they don't stop for a second to try and get everyone accommodated but in the time frame I could've bought a steak at Perry's. Same thing happened the next day when I came in for a meal replacement shake, I walked in at 12:30 didn't get my smoothie till 12:55. Smoothie! Not prime rib. Not paella. Smoothie. Please staff correctly management. read more

0 starts if I could!! This is the WORST Place ever!!! I ordered a smoothie with a group of friends and I specifically asked for a Strawbery ONLY smoothie and they had the audacity to add bananas to it!!! I am allergic to bananas and you all will be hearing from my lawyer soon!!! read more

Terrible Ownership / Mgmt issue NOT Staff. Poor kid behind the counter was by themselves, huge lines and overwhelmed. Us customers wishing we could help and trying to lift up someone like this breaks my heart. I've been here before when it's 1 person and long lines often so it's not a single instance clearly. Young people trying to work shouldn't be put in this position. Get the right amount of help for these kids and for your own business interest if nothing else. read more

I saw online they were reopening on the 26th and I came today 12/28 and the doors were closed. They weren't open. Fake advertising!!!

This smoothie king is horrible!!! They close at 9pm, I came in at 930am & they turned me away. They didn't wanna clean up, they told me they were closed but the doors were open & business hours close at 9pm. I couldn't understand why I was being turned away. I'll never go here again! The "manager" w the dreads a short guy was horrible & they thought it was funny! read more

I wouldn't suggest going to this location. The place kind of smells like mop water. The staff here have their nasty used smoothie cuts all over the prepping counter. The nasty blonde cashier didn't wash her hands, took my money and then tried to finish making my smoothie . I actually came to this location to buy protein and the go stack containers. But left without both. I"ll spend my $ somewhere else. One more thing, my damn Positively Peachy Smoothie does not take peachy at all read more

Smoothie King - Wouldn't recommend - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Southlake, Texas

Great recommendation, great service, no complaints at all. Super friendly, very clean store, I'd recommend to anyone

Just picked up my 32oz smoothie and paid for extra's to be put in. They didn't even fill it up all the way. 1" from the top, that's not 32 oz. Disappointed. read more

Didn't have phone on, called multiple times and no answer. Not only this they don't have voicemail set up. Not that big of a deal but everyone who works there is pretty rude whenever I go inside, which is every time since I can't call ahead for curbside. read more

Never ever give this place business. They "open" at 7:00am and I left my house early for work planning to get a smoothie for breakfast at 9:00am and both doors were locked. I saw two workers sitting on their phones in the back and one tried to sneak around out back and when I asked if they were open she really quickly said no and ran away back inside on her phone. read more

Most unfriendly guy that does the smoothies in the morning. I know its early but be a bit more chipper! Say hi, good morning, or SOMETHING. Some sort of acknowledgement besides saying "your total is 4.32." Other locations also recommend adding strawberries to smoothies to make them sweeter. Maybe its marketing to make more money but their recommendations are always spot on! .....not this guy though. Is a little friendliness to much to ask? read more

Haven't tried my smoothie yet but a worker was very rude and not helpful at all. From out of town- not familiar with menu or area. Worker very rude when I was ordering as guess I wasn't ordering fast enough. Then, I needed a spoon as my daughter just had wisdom teeth out. They were out of spoons and very rude about it. Couldn't tell me where I could get a spoon nearby. Lady in line told me Starbucks was across the street. Would pick another place just due to customer service. read more
