The best part is the variety of bases they have for the bowls - acai, pitaya, coconut, green, banana, and mango.

Recently they changed their pricing structure and I'm really glad about it because you could wind up with a really pricey bowl quickly. The new pricing structure has set prices and is a better value. Let's face it you are essentially getting the same volume of food, so why be penalized for wanting more variety? Glad Nautical Bowls fixed this. My favorite combo is a custom bowl with Acai, Blue Majik, Coconut and Pitaya with Strawberries, Blueberries, Hempseeds, Granola and Honey. It's DELICIOUS! There is also a great loyalty program as well, so be sure to sign up for that. The service is always friendly and fast, so no complaints here whatsoever. There's a few tables and some games like Connect Four, so even though it's a small space, it still feels inviting. Definitely give Nautical Bowls a try. The product is great and it's a fast option if you want something different.

Truly, the açaí bowls are good, but the stand outs were the toasts and coffee options. Surprisingly the protein waffle was delicious. I've been turning my food journey upside down and eating more protein, animal fats, and even though this was fruit heavy, I enjoyed everything. We had some coffee connoisseurs and they liked the coffee here. The preparation of the toasts is really pretty and everything was eye appealing and fresh. I tasted the in house peanut butter and loved it. I can't wait to try more Toastique's in the future. We all had the immunity boost shot and enjoyed it. It had a nice tartness to it. Definitely walkable from Courtyard Marriott. Plenty of parking.

LOL Us millennials love our avocado toast, that's for sure! When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the bright dining room feel and the fresh plants. Paired with the noise of the blenders, the two didn't seem to match. There IS plenty of seating, but the smoothie blenders are too loud-- but I guess that can't be helped for this type of restaurant. I didn't like that you can't do half toast and half sandwich combo, so my order had too much food. I took it home. TBH, I was surprised with this soup of the day, for me it was couscous and mushroom. I thought it would be a chunky and bland "cream of" type of soup-- but it wasn't. It was so earthy and flavorful-- I loved it! I know this must have been made from scratch because it had oddly chopped garlic in it. That made it seem homemade.. I don't know how to explain how such a small detail made everything better (LOL??) I really loved it. My "Heart Throb" juice was so refreshing, I am a sucker for anything pomegranate! 5/5 for food, flavor and price based on the quality of ingredients and portion size and menu options 4/5 for noise

Not a bad restaurant. I didn't know it was a chain, maybe a franchise. There are a few features…read morethat make these types of restaurants easy to spot. They have the various different flavored tea. The Decor, cute, and effective. It's like there is a vibe of trying to be a local restaurant yet they are trying to survive in a corporate world. Now me being a T1D foodie means that I seek out meals comprised of meat and vegetables. Being a diabetic foodie is not fun or easy. My number one midday option is salad. If I were ever to be in a position in the restaurant world where I could Influence the menu, I would definitely make a true meal size salad a common option industry wide. In my opinion, ordering a salad isn't secret code for "I really don't want to eat." This is nothing against the original chophouse in particular because I have a hard time finding a salad at any restaurant that hits the spot. Yes, when we left the restaurant, I was still hungry. My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.
