We often get Pressed at the office as our Friday night treat. Really enjoy a lot of their juice options, they taste natural and refreshing. My only qualm is that I wish the drinks had 0 added sugar. The blue pineapple probiotic lemonade, one of my favorites, has 4g of added sugar that it could definitely do without. Or the dragonfruit hydration drink with 21g of added sugar...insane!! I've been to this location a few times now and I've noticed a few things that are unsatisfactory. A main issue is that even when you order online and give them ample time your order will never be ready when you get there to pick it up. Not only will it not be ready they will have not even started on it yet. And not because they're super busy... but because they haven't been up by the register in so long that they haven't even noticed the online order came in so they have to look at the order and go make your bowl and pack up your juices you ordered. I order the same bowl every time I go and order online and it's yet to have even been started before I arrive. I have also noticed that there really needs to be two people working in the front of the store at peak hours instead of just one person. When it's just one person they don't work fast enough to get orders in and bowls made and things back up very quickly. If they had two people one could be putting in orders and the other could be completing them and then when all the orders are in the register person could jump in to finish making orders. Another things I have an issue with is this: I also noticed today when I got home that my bowl I always get has a new mystery white powder sprinkled on top of the fruit. It's never been made this way before so I thought maybe it was sugar? I tasted it and it had no flavor. I tried to call the store using the number on google to ask what this mystery powder is since it's never been put on my bowl before. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. First of all, it's an automated line and every time you try to reach the person in the store it just says after a few rings that they are busy and can't get to the phone then hangs up. I called MULTIPLE times. I won't be spending my money here anymore after having consistently unsatisfactory experiences. read more

I was looking forward to trying their vanilla freeze (plant based soft serve) unfortunately the machine wasn't working. However the acai machine was working and I ended up getting an acai bowl. For toppings I chose blueberries, strawberries, bananas and dark chocolate chips, unfortunately they were out of graham cracker toppings. I also got the beauty shot and elderberry shot. Since I work with kids, I'm always looking for an immunity booster and based on the Yelp Elite Week last month, I knew Pressed Juicery wouldn't dissapoint with their options. Rude Experience Arrived this morning at 7:58. I was there early so I waited by the door with no issue as they open at 8am. With a scowl on her face, the woman working there came to the door and simply unlocked it. Didn't open the door to welcome me to the establishment - the polite and customer service friendly thing to do. When I entered, she simply said "what can I get for you?" There was no good morning, welcome, common courtesy, please or thank you. Never once a thank you during this visit. I politely placed my order and paid. I quietly waited and enjoyed the ambience while she prepared my bowl. When it was completed, she simply slid the bowl across the counter and said nothing to me. Zero. Not even your bowl is ready. Not a whisper of acknowledgment that I was even present. I get it, people have bad days and maybe be having a tough time in life and that is unfortunate. But what has happened to customer service? What has happened to a smile on your face to welcome your customer? There needs to be some serious customer service training in this establishment. I hope they are looking at their reviews. I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse and picked it up from the store . The packaging was great and the instructions and labeling was on point I started drinking the juices and was pretty satisfied with the taste and balance . However after the first couple of bottles I just looked at the labels only to realize that most of the bottles had passed their BEST BEFORE DATE by about 3 days I would have recommended this place to everyone had this not been the case . It is hard to keep up in these times but it's not wise to sell perished products especially when it's raw and unprocessed food which can lead to bacteria. I personally like a good cleanse and pressed is my go to for that when I want a good reset for myself. The freezes do have a bit of a natural taste and not super sweet so add your sweet topping as desired. I really hate that I am so late writing this review, I visited Pressed over a month ago. When my daughter and I entered, we were greeted by a very friendly little cutie named Taylor. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions with a smile. Taylor seems to truly love her job and takes so much pride in what she does and it shows. The checkout process was very quick and hands free. My favorite right now is the elderberry lemonade, it is delicious! The apple cider vinegar/pineapple shots are great as well and really help with weight loss by suppressing your appetite however, they have been discontinued.
