The price difference between a hot fudge sundae and a brownie sundae was dollar difference, so I chose the latter. After sampling the Cappuccino Crunch, it may be my new favorite especially if I need a dose of caffeine. Warm brownie sundaes can be risky for a shop. Combine a brownie warmed too long with scoops of ice cream not frigid enough, the result is a mess. Sadly, my brownie sundae ended up being brownie sludge before I finished it. The whipped cream melted by the time I got to a table. The store caters to drive-thru customers. Entering the store, the Drive Thru sign is hard to miss. My sundae was served in a takeout container; the chopped nuts in a separate container.

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations when I am trying to decide on a flavor. My only disappointment is that they do not offer any sugar free options. My husband is diabetic, so it would be wonderful to have something he could enjoy as well. Other than that, Handel's is fantastic and always a treat!

I heard her co-worker say her name when completing my order. Anyways, my reason for mentioning this girl is the way she carried her professionalism and leadership, I would've thought she was the manager if she didn't look like a teenager. She had so much knowledge about the store, and was so helpful when figuring out which flavor I should get out of the many flavors the store offers. I felt very welcomed; GREAT EXPERIENCE for this visit! I'd love for the girls working that day to be praised for their friendliness! Now I come to the reason for my 4 star rating. I came again with my grandchildren another day, and Symone wasn't working. I felt completely disregarded and like an intruder. All of the kids working were busy in conversation with one another that when I came in I believe I saw an eye roll by one of the employees (One even walked to the back of the store) . I wish that all the employees would be as nice as the girl that took my order the first time or my rating would be 5 stars. If you are reading this, just be aware that some of these workers are very rude. Great ice cream though!

When we got there, the place was a bit dirty and definitely not tidy. I went for a plain vanilla flavor then went to the toppings. The area was disgusting and unkept. They were out of fruit so right away I wasn't going to like my yogurt. My son was on the hunt for Oreos. Nope. Out too. I asked the person at the counter and he simply said they were out of a lot of stuff. The lack of toppings paired with the abundance of uncleanliness made me doubt my yogurt. Instead of finishing it, I thought it would be safer to dispose of the products. Total waste of time and money.
