OMG!! I regretted trying this place so late! Loved loved loved this place!! You can basically choose whichever frozen yogurt you like.. you can mix and match and choose a variety of flavors to try.. and you can then choose the toppings that you want and then pay the price based on the weight of the frozen yogurt! We chose a variety of flavors too including chocolate vanilla swirl, cookies and cream, strawberry, strawberry mango sorbet, and vanilla. They also had a variety of toppings... we added brownie, cookies, mnms, chocolate chips, and fresh strawberries! I just loved the holiday cup! This was self service and there was just one person who weighed the cup and you paid for it. It does have a pretty decent seating area for everyone! read more

Stopped by for the Earth Day promotion to get a BOGO "Dirt Cup" which was a chocolate froyo with cookie crumbs and gummy worms. The place was clean and organized and Emily was very helpful in taking my mobile order and getting it to us quickly. I felt $11 normally per cup was a bit steep for what we got, but I suppose if you're looking for an alternative for diary ice cream, this could be a nice spot to try read more

A solid frozen yogurt spot, though a lot of flavors are missing. Not much going on inside, and the workers are standard. The process is pretty typical, you get your yogurt and toppings to your hearts desire, and off you go. If you think frozen yogurt shop, this would be it. read more

Yogurtland's plain tart flavor is honestly the best. I come here from time to time literally because of my cravings for this specific flavor. The interaction with employees here is only when you pay so I like that it's simple. All toppings are well organized and clean. The place is spacious but one thing I hesitate in going to Yogurtland is its freezing inside. During summer, it's nice but during winter, its a no no. read more

They don't have sample cups for you to try the yogurt flavor you want. I've never been to a froyo place that doesn't have sample cups.

Clean environment. Customer service needs significant improvement (the owner) but the quality and pricing are decent.

Well, yogurtland has gone way down hill. Let me tell you, it used to be amazing and affordable. Now, it's eight bucks for a small and most flavors are out of stock(half the machines were out of order on our visit!) Next, why did I take the time to leave this review? Because how am I supposed to know what flavor I can get, without having a sample cup? They don't offer them anymore. So we guessed and got the basics, which stinks, maybe we wanted to try something new? Guess we can't do that anymore. Lastly, after telling me that they don't do sample cups anymore, the employee looked up and smiled as the nice friendly iPad asked me to leave a 15% tip... When the employee did nothing, not even provide me and my wife some sample cups. Ha. Eye contact, smile, and hit that skip button. Maybe I'll be back in a year. Maybe they will be bankrupt. I'll miss the tart flavor when they are gone. Sad day. read more

This is the only Yogurtland location we go to! Owners are so on top keeping this place clean!! Frozen yogurt stations are always wiped down, and toppings are kept tidy as well. Chairs are always put back immediately, and floors are swept consistently. We always get nice service from the cashiers! We always leave happy! read more

Sorry don't recommend this place. You get Yogurtland everywhere so they taste and look the same. No surprises there. But the discount of my ratings comes from the poor customer service. The kid behind counter jokes around with another worker and never looked like he was here to serve. Then when we asked if we could have sample size cups he laughed and said "we don't do it here". Well my kid just wanted to try before we buy, that's all..... plus they had 2-3 dispensers are out without any flavors. Anyway, not impressed and I hope the owner sees this and improves the service level. read more

My favorite frozen yogurt store ever. Yogurtland has been a staple in my life since I was a teenager and it first opened 18 years ago for many reasons 1. The prices have always been better than their competitors. While it is definitely more expensive now than in 2006, I still feel like I'm able to get a good amount for my dollar here but not always at other places I visit. 2. The toppings have always been top notch and I love that they usually have a few extra ones you don't typically find everywhere like jelly boba balls (not sure the actual name). 3. The yogurt is by far and away the best quality of all the places I've been, which is what really keeps me coming back. Not only are the flavors absolutely amazing but the consistency of the yogurt is kept perfect. If you come here you should definitely try the plain tart. It is insanely delicious and you might just fill your whole cup with it. Other favorites of mine are the red velvet batter and the cheesecake. But honestly, you cannot go wrong with any flavor. read more

I haven't been here in forever since I'm supposed to cut back on sugar. But I was next door and needed a sweet treat. I was sad I didn't have any mango to go with my mango tart and reg tart yogurt. Great froyo. Flavors were outstanding just wished they had coffee flavor also. Otherwise my favorite was plain tart but all my family members enjoyed others. Ingredients were shocking since they were fresh and tasted really good vs other competitors. Awesome job yougurtland! read more

Sometimes I do miss the frozen yogurt craze that happened about a decade ago. I'm so sad that there aren't many frozen yogurt spots left in general, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a Yogurtland here. Compared to inflation, the price didn't increase as much as I thought. I remember froyo was usually 45-49 cents per ounce. It is currently 56 cents and ounce. My favorite flavor has always been and will be original tart and I was able to get a good bit along with the toppings. I don't know if it was due to COVID or policy change, but they do not provide sample cups anymore. Some of my favorite toppings are mochi, popping boba, and fresh strawberries. My total came out to around $4.50 which was more than reasonable for a dessert. It tasted great! I don't always crave froyo but when I do, I love the refreshing taste it has. I hope a 2.0 revival trend comes back because froyo is still some of the best desserte out there! read more

The cashier behind the counter is literally just standing there to collect a paycheck. I get that it is self serve but the sign on the machine says please tap only and when we asked was is it tap all he said was "I know". It's a popular place for kids so BEWARE of the ones that try tasting toppings using their fingers!!! Alert the Moms!! What a blast of refreshment. There are 22 different Asian fruit flavors in their own dispensers with over 30 different condiments (m&m, peanuts, sprinkles...etc) to choose from. The yogurt is weighed by the ounce. I combined combined green tea, coconut and lycee and added a multitude of condiments, It was to die for. Yum! I went here right around 11 and asked if I could have one of the limited edition Nintendo spoon, and the employee there told me I had to buy something. Fine by me, but then she said I was only allowed one spoon per cup of yogurt. No thank you, and she didn't even ask me if I wanted sample cups. I've been collecting yogurtland spoons since 2011 and I've never heard of such things as paying for yogurt in order to get the spoons or that you have to buy multiple cups of yogurt in order to get more than one spoon. Every time I go to yogurtland I would share it with my kids and we were allowed to take as many spoons as we wanted to for one cup of yogurt. I went around many yogurtlands and have asked them multiple times if I had to pay or buy something in order to get the spoons and they've all said no. Actually, I think it's just the employee of this place because I've talked to the manager before and he would give me the spoons whenever I asked for it. I went here around beginning of July and asked for two spoons, and he gave it to me. Without the necessary of a purchase. So I am not sure why this woman decided to make her own rules. If y'all are wondering why I'm going all over the place or many times a month: it's because a new spoon comes out at different times and different yogurtlands have different designs. This one had Luigi, Mario and Peach today. Most yogurtland does not have peach anymore since Luigi just came out and they're replaced the spoons. They have it here and she was the one I needed. I also need bowser since I was procrastinating and ended up missing my chance of getting one. Overall, the yogurt here is the best location. It's one of the original or is it the original? I forgot. But it's been opened the longest and the yogurt is always consistent here. If you're looking for a good yogurt place to eat~ then I would recommend here. This is the only yogurtland that I would get taro grind But that customer service tho.. Idk what happened. read more

We used to come here a lot, when they first opened 3 years ago. This location was super crowded and set off a lot of interests in yogurt store openings across DFW. I like that they have lots of different toppings (unusual back then - common these days) and they provide better quality froyo. I love their pistachio flavor yogurt. We still come here once in a while, but nowadays, there are so many Asian dessert places that Yogurtland has faded into the background. read more

Normally I think 3 stars, A-OK, rating would do it, but I had a flavor I had not had before, and I liked it - Root Beer Float. Very good root beer flavor and creamy goodness. High price for mediocre product! I chose chocolate, and 2 mango flavors: Choc was tasteless, and just for the novelty, and a minimum of taste and texture, I give a 1/2 star for the orange-colored mango flavor; the other mango was 'blah'. Towards my negative rating, super-negative '1' for this establishment for NOT POSTING THEIR PRICE(S) - what is this; 'best selling practices 101' (sarc)? --- Ordinary Greek yogurt from the supermarket is better tasting, and of better quality, even nonfat (and not mentioning price) ! read more

How is it that I have not reviewed this location yet??!?!?! Been coming here the most out of all the other Yogurtland in the area, and yet, I been slacking off lol. Not all Yogurtland carry the same flavors. Each caters to the demography where it's located. For this one, it's my favorite since they have the Asian flavors: taro, green tea, and coconut. Located within the H Mart Shopping area, it's a great location to people watch if you decide to sit outside at couple of the few tables that they have. Don't forget to get the app and sign up for their reward program to earn point and free oz. read more

Fro-Yo at its best. Yay and Nay. + Yay for self-service. $.30 /ounce + Yay for choosing your own toppings: I'd say there were like 25-30 options, from cereal to candy to fruit to mochi...etc. + Yay for 10+ flavors in yogurt + Yay for that bio-degradable awesome pink spoon! Hah. + Yay for an interactive experience. - Nay for not all 10+ flavors of yogurt was good. For example, pistachio doesn't even taste like pistachio. Some of it seemed too watered down and way too sweet. I got regular yogurt tart and chocolate (made with real ghiradelli). - Nay for the regular yogurt tart was too sweet and tarty compared to Berry Berry and PinkBerry. I still like PinkBerry's regular yogurt better. Not a bad try though. read more

This yogurt place is really great and fun! The store is located in the same complex as H-Mart. The concept is very simple; serve your own yogurt, add desired topping, and pay at 30c/oz. Since the franchise originates in California, some of the flavors include cheesecake, mango, pistachio, and green tea. They also have the classic tart yogurt with plain and blueberry flavors. Even the toppings are unusual like cookie dough, cheesecake bits, and brownie bits. If you want to get creative with your desert, you definitely have to come here! read more

I always find it REALLY strange when a place has 13 different types of yogurt---but only want you to take 1 or 2 tasting cups. Can someone explain that to me? Like seriously---why do owners make you feel like you're trying to take advantage or rob them when you literally just want to figure out what you want? Anyway, my mom, sister and i came in here and left with our cups of yogurt. Pretty mediocre. Nothing too special, I'd try some other places that have better dessert options within this complex itself. read more

Not sure if it's because of its location in the Hmart plaza, but this location tends to have those elusive "Asian flavors" that don't pop up in other locations as often-- think green tea and taro :D (can you also bring the soybean flavor pwrease?). Right now they have their Candy Crush promo, so definitely sample the Maple Donut-- super sweet but delish! The service is fantastic! I love, love, love, love Yogurtland. LOVE. You may not understand what the big deal is about frozen yogurt - but let me tell you, this is not like the frozen yogurt craze of the 1970s and 1980s. The flavors are MIND BLOWING. Seriously. Don't believe me? Go there and try FREE SAMPLES. Seriously - great stuff. My favorite is still the plain tart, but I'm amazed at the other flavors and they rotate some of the flavors regularly. You pay by the weight - so you only pay for what you want. Tasting cups available on request - although they started having them up at the front to help yourself which is nice. Great add-ons ranging from pure junkfood (oreos, gummy bears, broken pieces or Reese's peanut butter cups, white chocolate syrup, etc.) to fresh fruit like kiwi, strawberries, blackberries, and other healthy add-ons such as sliced roasted almonds and shredded coconut. This location replaced their strawberry pop boba with some other flavor that tastes a bit like medicine, which is disappointing. That was the only 'junk' I liked to put on my yogurt other than the fresh fruit and almonds. Something for everyone here. They even have some in sugar free for those with sugar issues or who are trying to diet. read more
