solid 4 stars! We were just around the corner getting some korean noodles, and wanted to get something sweet... and with it being a hot day, this place was perfect. What i really like about the snow dessert is that its really fluffy... its not like shaved ice (think hawaiian style) but its like shaved milk which is very light and fluffy texture. We ended up getting the mango and strawberry bowl in a regular size, which was like 14 bucks or so. Normally the mango/strawberry comes with regular milk snow, but i asked if they could throw some matcha powder on top, hence the green snow you see in the picture. This definitely hit the spot, it was so good. And it was perfect to share between two people. They also have a lot of other flavors as well. I think for the snow base, it only comes with the following flavors: Regular milk, Matcha, Chocolate and injeolmi. As for the toppings, i think you need to stick with the predefined menu list... i don't think they are able to custom build a specific snow dish... Plenty of seating inside, and the interior decor is like a harry potter theme.

We ordered two large bowls: Wicked Half & Half (strawberry and mango) Wicked Green (matcha and red bean) Both were delicious. The texture is what really stood out--it's not your typical shaved ice but more like fluffy, creamy layers of condensed milk. The flavors were bold and balanced, and the portions were massive. Definitely shareable! (I dare anyone to eat a large by yourself.) Service was just okay. The staff member wasn't rude, but didn't seem particularly happy to be there either. Not a dealbreaker, just not memorable. The only real downside? The price. Those large bowls are close to $25 each after tax and tip, which feels steep for dessert. Also, I didn't experience this myself, but a heads-up--there are a handful of reviews mentioning the place closes earlier than the posted hours, so maybe don't plan your visit too close to closing time. Overall, Wicked Snow impressed me. Great flavors, fun vibe, and a unique twist on shaved ice--just be prepared to pay a premium for it. You may wanna pay for dinner and have your friend pick up the dessert tab here. :)
Tried Wicked Snow in Carrollton and ordered the regular size Wicked Gold. The shaved ice was very fine and milky, not overly sweet, and paired well with the red bean, mochi, nuts, and condensed milk. I liked that it felt more balanced and nutty rather than sugary, with good texture throughout. The portion was generous, and definitely enough for 3 people. It is nice that they provide small cups so friends can easily split one dessert.
This is a lovely shop for desserts and drinks after the savory foods in the Carrollton area. Each time I'm here, I try a new drink and leave impressed. During my first encounter in the winter, I was pleasantly warmed with the fragrant Korean Citron tea. Sweet, sour, well rounded Yuzu with hints of floral notes that leave you feeling warm and refreshed. Most recently, I got a chance to try the grapefruit tea and shared the mango shaved ice with friends. This was literally the BEST texture of shaved ice I've ever had. Smooth, finely blended and for lack of a better word, magic. The flavors of mango and condensed milk worked harmoniously with the texture to create perfection. Seating can be a bit tight depending on peak times but expected given how the quality of the desserts! There are small tables as well as a community long table. Visuals are put on display to make the selection experience seamless when ordering. Excellent service from the waiters!
Wow, the shaved ice is so amazing, the smoothest and tastiest shaved ice I've ever had, it's even better than the ones in Hawaii, this place will save you a trip to the Hawaiian islands! Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly! It's the best place to get something sweet after having a meal in the area! We order the Wicked Milk which had a lot of flavor and red beans, the red beans were on the bottom of the shaved ice too, and the Wicked Half & Half which has mangoes and strawberry (this one really didn't have that much flavor at all, I just taste the fruits and milk ice, not sweet at all), so if you like red beans, I would definitely order the Wicked Milk! It was a pretty busy with all the tables taken, thank goodness we had one!

We originally wanted to take it home and they packed it really well in an insulated bag with ice but we ended up eating it in store. We got the regular mango strawberry which came out to be $17, which is on the higher end for dessert. A regular was just enough for my husband and I with our 3 toddlers though. It was so good aside from the mangos not being sweet but the snow was perfect. Not too sweet but super flavorful. It wasn't packed so there was plenty of seating and it was spacious inside. Wish the actual customer service was better but still would give it a 5 star for the dessert itself.
The ice here is incredibly soft, almost like a creamy ice cream that melts in your mouth. I'd say it's one of the creamiest bingsus I've tried so far. My group of three shared the regular size, opting for a half-and-half combination of strawberry and mango since they were craving fruit. It was a bit sweeter than I prefer, mainly due to the condensed milk, but I was expecting that. At $16 for a regular, it's definitely on the pricier side, but I'd be interested in trying their milk flavor or matcha next time. It was a bit chilly inside and having the ice didn't help. I would recommend bringing a jacket if you tend to get cold easily.
I've been craving Korean shaved ice for so so long, and finally had my craving satisfied here at wicked snow. They also offer croiffles, toast, coffees, and teas. Order at the counter, grab a table, and then wait for your buzzer to buzz to pick up your order from the front. There is plenty of seating inside, with individual restrooms in the back. I got the wicked gold, which is the shaved ice with multigrain powder, red bean, rice cake, and almond. I personally love a classic, non-fruit shaved ice, so this was the perfect simple combo (and not too sweet lol). The serving size for the regular size is more than enough to share with 2-3 people. I'm already planning my next trip back to try some of the other shaved ice options.
Almost embarrassed to say that I have been to this place 3 times this week and I live 20mins away.. that's 20mins without Dallas traffic. If that alone doesn't sell you on their Bingsu-- I'll continue Each time I have ordered the half mango half strawberry because why not get the best of both worlds? I ordered extra condense milk on the size and each time got a large to share with +1. It is extremely soft, sweet and flavorful. The fruit is fresh and the only thing I wish that they had a location right around the corner from me :) The atmosphere is very clean and organized there is a lot of open seating and tables to accommodate the big crowds and even the more intimate days. Definitely would recommend as there are only a handful of bingsu spots in DTX and this one is at the top of my list so far
We were in the area and I found this place when searching desserts ( so glad I did ). If you love bingsu, this is the spot . I got the wicked mango and my husband got the cinnamon toast croffle . Both were SOOO good . The tables were a bit dirty, but the place gets busy and we came within an hour of them closing so I guess it's to be expected . Either way, we would definitely come back . read more

Our favorite place for shaved ice! Portions are huge. Ice is delicate and creamy. Our favorite is the Wicked Gold that has soybean powder, mochi, and red bean. A small can feed 3 comfortably. Only complaint is this place is always busy (for a reason!) read more

Of course the ice cream and mangos are so yummy and you get a lot of ice cream! However its pretty pricey and not sure the value is as great. Service is good but nothing special. Will definitely continue to come back unless someone finally gets true Mango Shaved Ice again. read more

This is hands down the best shaved ice I've had in Texas. I'm lucky to be introduced to this place and I love how creative they are with these flavors. I really like the Vietnamese coffee flavored one - the combination of chocolate fudge and condensed milk add so much flavor to the shaved ice. read more
I got the wicked green, which is the matcha bingsoo. It tasted good, but the reason why I rated 3 stars was bc it didn't have a lot of matcha. It had a small sprinkle of it on the top, and that was it, which was disappointing. Another reason why I rated 3 stars is bc it's $15. That's pretty pricey imo. Other shops I've been to sell them around $10. However, interior is cute, and I appreciate that they have small cups for us to scoop the bingsoo into so that there isn't a mess. I didn't have to wait too long for the food to come and the cashier was nice. TLDR: cute place but it's expensive and don't set your expectations based on the displayed items read more

This place has become my go-to place for shaved ice! I feel like their fruit is great quality and they give more than some other places around the area. There's also a good amount of tables and places to sit. Service is always helpful when I go as well. I would recommend! read more
Yummmmmy! Perfect light but VERY filling summer desert! We were bummed that another shaved ice place was closed on Sunday and was very pleasantly surprised to find this place in the same shopping center. It was really crowded but we found a seat. We loved both our picks the Half & Half (with Cheesecake on the side) and the Coffee flavor Highly recommend! Definitely shareable! We needed up taking half the coffee to-go because it was just too much for just the two of us! read more

My favorite shaved iced locations in the area. I've eaten here before but got take out this time. I was impressed by their packaging. It was packed thoughtfully in an insulated bag with ice inside. It made it through a 30min drive without melting. I got the regular milk bingsoo. I prefer "snow" bingsoo over the typical ice. They give a generous amount of red bean. There is another layer under the snow that can't be seen under the photo. It's not drenched in condensed milk so it's not overly sweet. Perfect ratio of each ingredient. read more

Wicked Snow is the best place in Carrollton for Korean snow shaved ice. Perfect for when you've had a heavy meal but are craving for dessert that is light. Their snow shaved ice is powdery and soaks up condensed milk very well. I always opt for Wicked Half & Half which is their mango and strawberry combo. They don't skimp on fruit toppings and make sure to layer the inside of the snow as well. Regular size is big enough to feed up to three people. Wicked Snow is often packed in the evening so you may have a hard time finding a seating or it may be too loud for an intimate conversation. Besides the shaved snow, their croiffles (waffle and croissant hybrid) are absolute hidden gems. I highly recommend their berry waffle, which comes with warm, flaky waffle with ample amount of berries, syrup, scoop of vanilla ice cream and their house made berry compote. One of my favorite dessert spots in DFW! This gem has a unique form of snow ice that makes it one of a kind. I have no clue how they do it, but it is so light and soft (like literal snow). Every bite is evenly coated with condensed milk and fruit, which makes it a wonderfully balanced dessert! They have a lot of snow flavors, as well as other sweets (e.g., cookies, macaroons, etc.) and coffees to choose from. read more

Wicked Snow is easy to get to with tons of parking and lots of indoor seating. The inner decor is fairly sophisticated and modern but lends itself well to casual dining. The waitstaff was very friendly and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted, even though we were being very indecisive. The wait was not unreasonable considering we not only ordered shaved ice but also a croffle, which was made to order. The shaved ice was AMAZING! I have eaten a lot of shaved ice, with both traditional and non-traditional toppings and flavors, but Wicked Snow's Wicked Berry shaved ice has no equal! The ice is very fine and melts in your mouth (but not in your stainless steel bowl). It is combined with layers of creamy condensed milk and berry sauce and topped with a heaping serving of fresh blueberries and raspberries, as well as delicate but scrumptious cheesecake bites. The regular is a generous serving and is plenty enough to feed 2-3 people. The croffle was also quite good, but, it was honestly overshadowed by the shaved ice and ultimately was not that memorable to me. It was made fresh and arrived to our table warm, topped with caramel sauce, sliced almonds, walnuts, powered sugar, and ice cream. I would definitely recommend Wicked Snow, and I can't wait to return on my next trip to Dallas! read more

I was in a bit of a bingsu craze and went to Snow City the day prior to Wicked Snow. They're both great bingsu, but I think Wicked's quality of the snow was a bit higher so I'd head to Wicked Snow next time. I think Wicked's snow has a bit of a milky taste so even when there is no topping or drizzle on top, it still tastes great. Wicked is pretty expensive though so perhaps more of an occasional treat, but definitely one I'll come back for. read more

I still maintain I'm not the biggest shaved ice/snow person, but this was pretty yummy! Not too painfully sweet and the fruits were very fresh and juicy! Super popular place, very packed. Service was excellent--they somehow messed up our first order (we didn't even realize) and they hurriedly took it back and remade it. read more
We came here for a little dessert after eating lunch at Cho Dang since it was a fiery 107 degrees outside and needed something to cool ourselves down. They have a good variety of bingsoo (shave ice) as well as drinks on the menu including tea, coffee, smoothies, and juice! The bingsoo was very powdery, and the large probably is better for a group of 4+. We had 3 people and couldn't finish the large so I would recommend the regular size for parties of 2-3. The half and half is drenched with condensed milk which was delicious and topped with a generous amount of strawberries and mango. The shaved milk ice is nice and powdery and very fine so it just melts in your mouth! I'm from the Bay Area and this is better than any shave ice we have in NorCal so far... definitely recommend stopping by! read more
Still new to Dallas and surrounding cities, this was the best bingsu I've had. I love sweets but with no extra topping, the sweetness level was perfect. There's matcha and red bean in the middle so the flavors are there with every bite. The order came out quickly even though it was busy for a Thursday evening. There's a lot of seatings inside as well to sit and enjoy. The regular size is great to share between 2. Green matcha 10/10 read more

The best Korean ice in carrolton! I come almost every time I'm in the area and love it! Lots of seating and great atmosphere to enjoy some good dessert or even study because they have coffee too! I highly recommend coming here and am glad it was recommended to me by a friend because it is worth the sometimes wait and price! read more

Their Korean shaved ice (bingsu/bingsoo) was delicious! We tried the half mango half strawberry. The shaved ice was soo incredibly smooth and velvety, with the perfect amount of sweetness. The regular size was plenty for two. The pricing is a little higher compared to other local bingsu stores, but the friendly faces and fresh fruit made it worth it! read more
