Such a cute little place. Has boba, smoothies, taiyaki and bingsu. There's art and charm everywhere and old board games to play. Bf and I got a strawberry smoothie and chocolate shaved ice, both regular. Chocolate shaved ice tasted good, but was a bit hard to eat in the cup (we made a mess). There was a few toppings in it that I normally enjoy like Kit Kats and Cocoa Puffs that I don't think really worked in bingsu. The strawberry smoothie was a bit stronger than I'm used to, so expect that. Would return overall. It would be a great place to do remote work during the day honestly! read more

Really enjoyed the drinks I got. The tropical Fresca is similar to a carbonated kumquat drink. I also got their wintermelon drink. I love that we can adjust the sweetness. I'm looking forward to trying their honeydew shaved ice next time. read more

The store and menu is overall alot smaller than I expected the place to be, but still cute. The staff was friendly but service was pretty slow. Took 10 plus minutes for us to receive our order, which was strawberry mango shaved iced and two taiyakis... so if you're in a rush not sure if this would be the ideal stop. We thought the taiyakis were good - fresh and warm. The shaved iced was different because they added jelly into it and maybe jelly juice... so the dessert was a lot more liquidy than we prefer for a normal bingsoo/shaved iced dessert. I don't think I would order it again if we can back to visit. We'd probably try their tea drinks as they looked really good and have beautiful presentation. read more

This place has been on my list for the longest! Got the Mermaid Lemonade with mango jelly and the Honeydew Shaved Ice in a cup. Didn't care much for the mermaid lemonade because it was too sour. I can't believe this place has been around for 5 years and I never tried it. The mango shaved ice is really good and the portions are really generous! I really recommend it in this heat since it's really refreshing. The Tiger Milk Tea is really good too. Recently gone in with my little sister who decided to drop in from OKC with her friends for their birthday and someone had found this on their apps. This place is absolutely delicious and small on the inside. Service was exceptional with the owner behind the counter running things like a well oiled machine. But let's get down to why we're really here. The Raj talk. Upon entering this cafe; you'll see an area with a bunch of board games so this will automatically tell you that it'll be great the family and especially the tykes. They make their bingsu in house alongside their own special batter for Taiyaki aka stuffed fish waffles. The flavors on their Zap Banner had different things from mango, strawberries, and Honeydew. As a recent come to jesus love of melons, I got the pretty green melon. This semi-hot day in DFW had worn me out to exhaustion and this was an excellent pick me up. The Bingsu was super refreshing, with balls of melon on top AND the bottom of this flavorful shaved ice. The rainbow jellies and cereal topping definitely made this place stand out so much more compared to any of it's competitors and I will 10/10 recommend this place. I got the regular cup but if you get the large size; share it with the family because this was almost overwhelming for me. All in all. Shaved ice 4/5 it was really good!! But everything else I had was not good at all.. The tayaki I had tasted raw inside and there was literally no custard. Idk if the custard melted into it or something but it was just a big raw doughy inside. I would not reccomend the tayaki. It's better at cocohodo or I heard that new somisomi place in Frisco is good. The jasmin milk tea tasted like they brewed jasmin tea and poured milk over it. I didnt like it and wouldn't recommend it. Nothing too special and something I could just make at home but if you like it like this then maybe you will like it better. So get the shaved ice but idk about other stuff here. I'm teetering between 3 and 4 stars for Heavenly Kup but because they're new and I see the potential, I'll bump it up to 4 stars. Came here because I have an unhealthy obsession with taiyaki (Japanese fish-shaped cake with your choice of filling). They are made fresh so it does take awhile for them to come out. I ordered one custard-filled taiyaki and the staff made me two to compensate for the long wait. I really enjoyed the warm, custard filling. Their shaved ice needs some work in terms of flavor. The texture is absolutely SPOT ON though. I'm super picky about my shaved ice/snow and Heavenly Kup's is similar to those I've had in California. The shaved ice is as light and fluffy as actual snow plus it's super soft. I really fell in love with the texture. Unfortunately it was missing some condensed milk. What good is shaved ice if it tastes like nothing? Not sure if the staff didn't put enough or if they just forgot it all together. This is a simple fix though. Hopefully next time they'll have the ratio of condensed milk to shaved ice down. read more

Been wanting to try this place for over a year now and finally got a chance to. Honey brick toast and taiyaki was the my main reason for coming here. I ordered custard and redbean the custard was my favorite, warm and full of custard and the red bean was sweet redbeans. The brick toast was full of honey throughout crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. It's best eaten with the cream and strawberries together. I could do without the chocolate. I also had a mango and honeydew shaved ice which the owner made special because we traveled so far to get there. The fruit was a little hard and a bit overly sweet with the syrup for my taste and the snow was ok, it tasted more like ice cream. We were looking for some authentic korean bingsu options and saw this option on yelp so wanted to give it a try! Some of the flavors we got were mango, taro, and oreo shaved ice in a cup. We also got two different drinks: mocha boba and one of tea mixtures. The oreo option was flavorful and a good mixture of the shaved ice / cookies and flavor. I didn't really like the mango option too much because I felt that it lacked flavor...I didnt read that you could add ice cream and things like that to it until after we ordered but its possible that it could have made the mango one better. The bingsu also took quite a long time so keep that in mind if you're trying to get quickly in and out with a larger group. We noticed that others who ordered after us were getting their orders of drinks first but I'm sure its because we got the bingsu options instead of boba drinks. Woooow. That shaved ice was superb. This is probably one of the best shaved ice I've ever had. The consistency of the ice was genuinely like the fine powdered snow you see on a clear winter morning after a night of snowstorm. It is so fluffy and powdery... amazing! The honeydew itself was also delicious: soft and sweet . The only extraction I have for the shaved ice is that the syrup was a tad to sweet for my liking. Maybe if they added a bit of sour tang into the syrup, I would for sure be changing this rating to a 5/5!!! As for the Honey Toast, let's be real. How aesthetic is that! So gorgeous, you can practically taste it through the screen! But as for the actual toast itself, I gotta say, I was a little bit disappointed. The toast wasn't as crunchy on the outside as I'd have liked, and could have done with a little bit more honey soaked throughout the bread. There were some parts where I was eating just pure white bread with no flavour. That was a little bit of a let down. I was nearby and decided to try it out. I loved it. I saw the Honeydew Shaved Ice in a picture on the wall and I knew I had to try it. The sweet owner was the only one working and she was excited to tell us about all the different desserts she has and more that she's planning to add, such as cheese taiyaki and honey toast. I can't wait to try the honey toast! I haven't found one in Dallas that I really liked yet. She boasts about getting the bread loaf from a local Korean bakery. So that's the secret! I couldn't find a whole loaf of bread to try to make my own. The owner also very proud to say that the ice cream she uses is from the local Henry's homemade ice cream from Plano and that she uses organic honey. She seems to love what she does, which I think is awesome! We tried the honey bingsoo. It was pretty tasty. The honeydew flavor was prominent and the fruit itself was very fresh.
