Found out about this cute little shop in Willow Bend Mall from my mom! She and her friends went a while back and were given free macaroons/waffles as a thank you. She took me and it was a success! Lots of cool drink choices & dessert items. I ordered the Strawberry Coconut Milk - it was tasty and not too sweet - I loved the strawberry pieces at the bottom & think it'd have been even better with tapioca or some type of boba. It was really delicious! I usually go to the boba shop in the front of the mall but i decided to try it cause last time i was at the mall i saw how long the line was. I got the strawberry milk and tea with tapioca boba and it was wonderfully delicious ! It had real pieces of strawberries in it as well ! I can't wait to try their best seller, the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The workers were pretty friendly and they sell more than just boba, they had snacks and Perrier waters that adorned the shelves against the wall.The atmosphere was very warm and they played really catchy music as well. I have visited this boba tea shop before but today I returned and think they rose the price. Pretty much too pricey for a large House milk tea ($8.44 without boba). The tea is good but nothing too special or fancy for the price, while you can get the same quality or even better at other milk tea shops in the area with cheaper price for a large milk tea (average price in the area is $5-$6 for large regular with tea without boba). Also noted that the milk tea was pre-made and stored in the fridge instead of fresh brew tea and mix with milk per order like other places read more

Awesome little coffee and tea shop inside the Willow Bend mall towards the Macy's side (not too far from the central food court). There used to be some other typical boba shop here before, but this is way better! I tried the Uji matcha latte made with ceremonial grade matcha, and the quality is second and none despite the price lining up with the cheaper coffeeshops shops in the area. They seem to have a lot of home prepped desserts and pastries that I can't wait to try, and get this: the pricing is surprisingly fair! They have macarons for $1.50 a piece. I don't know anywhere else where you can get them that cheap and with this kind of quality. And finally, I love the decor! It feels nice and Zen in here. I know the malls are not the most fashionable place to be thanks to the likes of Amazon, but this place is definitely worth it, and it's great to support local small businesses that are doing such a nice job. read more

They have a decent product. I ordered a hot milk tea. I am alway very clear. I was given an iced milk tea. When I asked for a hot tea they said they don't have it. I am not from the Dallas area and this may be the norm there, but most places I have been to offer both. I would not have ordered if they would have told me this at the register. Inside Willowbend mall, through the doors between Equinox and Crate and Barrel. Tried the strawberry matcha tea. It was alright. It was too expensive ($11+ for a medium with a milk substitute) to be just alright, and hence the 3-star rating. At best, this is a $7 drink. read more

I love this place! The drinks here are very good and the customer service is always stellar. My go-to drink is taro milk tea with boba and I think it gets better everytime I go. My boyfriend loves their frappes his favorite being the cookies n cream. Recently, he tried the fruity pebbles frappe and it is now his favorite. There wasnt much marshmallow or chocolate pieces in the vietcoffee rocky road. Thai tea was playdough texture, I didnt like it. Flavor wasnt as close to thai tea. I would say hit and miss on some flavors.

I love durian, ube, viet rocky road, pedan coconut and thai tea ice cream.

He noted that it tasted like all lychee mixed with milk, no tea flavor. He did mention that he enjoyed the texture of his tapioca. All in all, I think we had a pleasant experience here.
