I've been here several times since I've learned of this Feng Cha location. I'm still not the biggest fan of the boba balls but the creme brulee dirty boba is a top tier drink and the cheese foam that they put on top takes it over the top. I'm always greeted when I come in and my drink are quickly made, but not all my drinks are created equal. I've had my drink made by several different people and Brandon makes it the best, shout out to him! My friends and I enjoyed our visit to Feng Cha! The space is spacious and tastefully decorated, with lots of seating choices. The ordering experience was quick and easy. I used their online ordering kiosk at the back of the shop to place my order. There was a large variety of boba tea options and lots of ways to customize your order including ice amount, sweetness level, and add-on customization. We did have to wait around 10 minutes for our order, but there was a large party ahead of us, so it was no fault of the friendly staff! I ordered a dirty creme brulee, half sweet, with boba. I am glad I got the half sweetness because it was still very sweet. But the drink was very creamy, tasty, and the boba had the perfect texture. I would go back! read more

Great and simple business. My friends and I stopped by to get a drink after our meal. We ordered on the kiosk and the drinks came out perfect. I typically don't like fengcha drinks but I tried the creme Brule brown sugar boba milk drink and it was very good. Creamy sweet good boba and out of all the ones I've tried I like this the best! I went to this Feng cha thinking it was gonna be a cute little boba shop, but no when I walked in they were playing inpropriate music containing the language F**K, next there was a thing on the tv that said Fairy P***y. Next when my boba was ready I asked for an extra straw and the girl gave me a stink look and when she grabbed an extra straw she slammed it against the table. Horrible would not recommend read more

Nice atmosphere, fast service, and great food. The ginger milk tea has chunks of actual ginger in it so it is delicious. The milk foam cakes are definitely worth it. These are kind of like a sponge cake with milk foam on them. I had the chocolate taro which had great taro flavor. read more

In the past, I've tried a few drinks from their menu, but they've always been just okay. However, I decided to give Feng Cha another chance and visited with a friend recently. I've tried many drinks from their menu, but the one that really stood out this time was the Summer Melon. This drink is absolutely refreshing and perfect for the hot Texas weather. No greetings or anything which I'm ok with. Ordered 4 drinks, all with less ice and what we received was... look at the pics. It literally took 20 mins, no exaggeration. I've come here occasionally for the last 5 years and this has to be their worst employee. I asked about the amount of drinks and he just said that I ordered less ice. Told him I've always ordered drinks here with less ice and never resulted in this. He gave a non-response, in fact he barely responded, it was incoherent. Additionally the top cover of all the drinks were way off (check pics). If you see the first drink come out this way... ADJUST THE MACHINE BEFORE DOING THE REST! He said it should be sealed fine and he wasn't sure what the issue was. I gently shook the drink to mix up the contents like I always do with all drinks from all places, and it leaked out and got on my hands. He didn't offer to redo the tops or anything. He didn't apologize, he didn't try to make it right, NOTHING. Was so frustrated I decided to leave. Gave 3 stars instead of less because this place was fine previous times I came. However it's been steadily getting worse and worse.

After a satisfying lunch at the food court and some grocery shopping, we were on our way back to San Antonio and made sure to stop by The Alley for our croffle and bubble tea fix. It was a relatively quiet afternoon when we arrived, so we took our time ordering at the kiosk. We prefer using the kiosk because it gives us a chance to make sure our orders are accurate and browse through the different flavors and options we might want to try. After finishing our selections, I was ready to pay when the kiosk suddenly frozen on the payment screen. I tried getting the attention of one of the young ladies at the counter, but unfortunately, she didn't seem interested in helping. In fact, her response and demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed that I was asking for assistance. The young customer she was helping at the cash register actually tried to help me instead, but the kiosk was completely frozen at that point. Thankfully, another young lady at the counter, Wee, noticed what was happening. She approached me with a smile and immediately asked her coworker Caleb (I believe he was the manager) for help. Caleb was great. As soon as he finished what he was doing, he came around the counter and tried to fix the kiosk himself. He remained friendly and calm throughout the whole thing. He also asked Wee to take a picture of the orders displayed on the kiosk so she could ring them up at the register. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of our order. By this point, more customers had started coming in and the store suddenly became much busier. Despite that, Wee and Caleb continued to be attentive and helpful. Once we received our to-go order, we left happy--not only because the croffles and bubble tea were great, but also because of the customer service and positive interactions we had with Wee and Caleb. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I do want to mention that the other young lady at the cashier wearing the white shirt really stood out for the wrong reasons. Her attitude came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially when I was simply asking for help with a frozen kiosk. One less star rating for that. Overall, though, Wee and Caleb deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Thank you both for stepping in, being patient, and making sure we were taken care of. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area and craving our The Alley fix!

We both had a stomach ache for the rest of the night, untypical we don't drink boba frequently and when we do it's a spot we trust.... Just look at the owners and where they're from will tell you a lot about if what they're selling is... trusting. It's common sense you wouldn't buy Korean food from Mexicans. I will be sticking to authentic bobas spots from owners that care about quality not just starting a business to make money with 0 value to the product.

With a boba place every few blocks in Frisco, how can you sort through the good ones? The quality of the tea flavor is what sets this one apart. My wife loves their brown sugar milk tea and she is very particular with her milk teas...she gets it 100% sweet and I think it is VERY sweet. I get the taro at 50% and it is perfect. Give it a try. No frills, friendly staff, and excellent teas.

The barista was nice and makes the drink really quick. The place is clean and very minimalistic interior. Personally, I think the ambiance is quite a let down. Limited sitting.
