This is the closest Boba place to me so we come here regularly. They have a nice selection of options and most of the time are very helpful if I want to try something new. Downside is no kid size drinks and my kids love the drinks but never finish theirs. Recently, they have been asking for a tip. They offer a wide variety of tea, coffee, smoothies, slushies, frappioca (frozen coffee with tapioca), and offer Pu-Erh tea, which I haven't tried, however I have heard of its health benefits. Came here on a random Sunday afternoon after prepping all the crawfish and corn and potatoes for my family crawfish boil I was going to do that Sunday. I visited this establishment for some Boba. This is like the DYI creating your recipe. Basically, if it's messed up, you're to blame (similar to genghis grill) You have to choose 5 steps and options. There is no basic list of teas and boba to choose from. It took a long time to order, for the cashier to translate our needs to reality. Reality bites. I also ordered macaroons. Save your money. I took a big bite and it was hard as a rock because they brought it straight out of the freezer. The owner did try to step in and help the cashier and offered to remake our drinks. I was craving a boba drink so stopped in and this was a first visit for me here or for any Teapioca location. The location was very clean and has a nice seating area with plenty of space however I was taking mine to go. The menu is a wealth of options! Initially I was thinking fruity because I wanted boba but saw that they had vietnamese coffee and was sold! They have a regular and bold option, since this should be a more bold coffee I went with the bold and that was a good choice. It was pretty spot on for a Vietnamese coffee on flavor. I would very much get it again! Delicious!! Now the ice they add is a small size ice which makes getting the boba VS ice in your straw a struggle. Any advice I have is to do a larger ice so you aren't struggling to get the boba out. Boba doesn't go in vietnamese coffee so I may have caused this problem myself lol and the other boba drinks may be created more for success so I'm definitely not knocking any stars for my strange drink concoction! The service was quick yet I was the only person in there. I would definitely make a trip back to try another drink where I can get the boba out teehee. I came here during their soft opening, when they offered 25% off all drinks. I got a white tea (because what even is white tea) with peach flavoring 75% sweet. I really enjoyed my drink and knew I would be coming back here in the future. Decor is unique, with limited seating, despite enough space. No games. No large tables for big groups. Plenty of parking out front. Note: They allow you to get sugar levels of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 125%. No idea what kind of monster would get 125% sweet but you do you man. Price is competitive with, or possibly a little more expensive than, other boba places in Lewisville/Carrollton area. I personally have no problems paying an extra quarter or so for good boba. Would be nice if they had some games or cards to hang out but the lack of stuff to do may be intentional to prevent loitering. The third time ... my hubby had went in to buy me the smoothie and told them to make it extra sweet but it was still bland to me. The one thing that disappointed me the most was the Thai tea blast . I don't ever think I had a bland Thai tea ever in my life ... (it was always the opposite = too sweet), but this Thai tea was very bland . Don't get me wrong .
