She finished the drink and slid it over with no lid. She said they don't use lids because people might want to add things to their drink, but there was nothing available for customers to add The positives were my drink was good, and the shop is clean with nice merch, but don't expect friendly, helpful service or to feel like your dollar is wanted.

Their focaccia bread is baked there and it is FANTASTIC. I would come back here just for the focaccia. Their coffee is also delicious, I got an authentic Turkish coffee and enjoyed it throughly. We also got an iced caramel latte that was great! It was also very cozy inside with plenty of seating, they played low volume Arabian jazz as well which was a nice touch. Also I had requested the dark roast and the brew was medium roast. I know better than to trouble an employee who does not want to work ha! So I took the brew. It was ok but not what In wanted. I hope Kona Reserve reads this and understands: while you have an adorable store and good coffee, if a coffee lover comes in and requests your hand prepared coffee when that is what you offer, consider giving it to them.
