I have been coming here for over three years. The only reason I continue to buy their drinks is because I enjoy the sushi place in the food court and would like a drink to go with my meal. Having said that, this pales in comparison to legit places like Ding Tea, TP Tea, Feng Cha, etc. I honestly don't even think Fulll uses tea. Mostly just simple syrup. The place is run by teenagers who are glued to their phones. My new year resolution is to refrain from giving them anymore business and instead, go to another boba place before going to the food court. One of the best boba shop in this area. Their fruit teas and assortments of flavored teas is one of the best. I always get their honey green tea with aloe Vera. Very refreshing, thirst quenching and just mixed right. You can either order from the kiosk when the girls are slinging drinks or in person when they are not too busy. The fulll milk tea had everything i wanted, boba and grass jelly and pudding. It was so good. Next time i won't be sharing with my tea with husband. The taro milk tea tastes like it has legit taro in it which is a plus. The Strawberry Green Tea had both the strawberry and green tea flavors mixed well. I asked them for their most popular drink which was the Fulll fruit drink, but I did not like it, I don't know if it was meant to taste bitter, I'm happy that I'm getting the health benefits from it being fruit and all, but the bitter taste was overwhelming. If it's your first time here, be aware that it's located inside an Asian food hall so it might be easy to miss. Their drinks are of high-quality and made well. My friend suggested we try this place out after lunch because he read someone's review on how this is the "best bubble tea place in Dallas" which seemed like a bold claim, but the reviewer had reviewed a lot of bubble tea places so we figured why not. It's a decent size menu, but not overwhelming like some places can be. They boast only fresh ingredients and the price point is on point. I'd say they're priced cheaper than a lot of the other popular chains for what you get so I'm happy to tip more. I ended up going with the FULLL Milk Tea which has the classic milk tea plus boba, pudding, and grass jelly. This drink with these add-ons would probably cost $7 elsewhere but that was all included at ~$5 before tax. At first sip, it did bring back memories of Taiwan and the tea flavor was really good. I'm a fan of places that can provide better tea flavors vs the dairy drowning it out. All in all, very solid and I'd definitely go again to try some other things too. Ice cream milk tea .... Huh? Whaaaat? I'll try it but not my first time. First time at a milk tea place you need to check out the milk tea. Is the base product good? We'll check that box its pretty good milk tea. Sweet! Now I can go back for the main draw, ice cream milk tea. Let me tell you it's a pretty cool experience ;). First off the taste. The vanilla ice cream overpowers the delicate flavors of the tea so you better like the vanilla. Texturally the drink is creamier and as you sip it, chunks of ice cream slip into your mouth creating a cool sensation. I got mine with boba and the two seemed to work in tandem. They put a generous helping of ice cream in there so you should get that through a good portion provided it doesn't melt on you like the wicked witch. As far as the few milk tea places I've tried in the metroplex area this is one of my favorites. I've been here a few times now and the drinks have not disappointed. It's tucked away on level two of the plaza of the Americas on the corner bakery side and is worth the slight detour from the main food court. read more

It's about time I review this place, especially if I always get my fix every time I visit Texas and I've visited a handFULLL of times. My go to is the green milk tea with boba and egg pudding. I am all about the classics (or some would call me basic) but their milk tea is perfectly balanced- just enough tea and milk ratio. I am also someone who likes my milk tea creamy and that is what FULLL gives me, every single time. Talk about consistency! Their ingredients taste fresh. The boba is perfectly chewy. Not too soft and not too hard, just right in between. The egg pudding is just as amazing, with a silky flan texture, not rubbery or overcooked at all. They also have hot options but I've never tried this hot. I'll do it one day but not today even though it's currently pretty cold in Texas this time of the year. 10/10 would recommend! read more

My go-to order is the Fulll Milk Tea, which is a Black Milk Tea with three toppings--boba, egg pudding, and grass jelly. If I'm in a fruit tea kinda mood, I'll get their Grapefruit Green Tea with boba, which contains grapefruit pulp and is also super delicious. The store is located inside the food court to the right of Jusgo, in case any first-timers are having trouble finding it. I usually order ahead through UberEats or GrubHub and either pick up or have it delivered. For those that are extra cautious during these COVID-19 times, I would warn you that the food court usually has some people dining in, if you're worried about that kind of stuff. Those fruit drinks with pulp looked good. I should've gotten those instead of the milk tea. The milk tea wasn't acceptable. It tasted like Lipton flavored milk rather than milk tea. The milk tea was also super powdery. I tasted the powder, and saw all the powder clinging to the inside of the cup after I was done with my drink. Fulll serves the freshest bubble tea in the area! It is tough to find a great bubble tea shop that doesn't use a bunch of syrups for flavors. Everything about this place gave me 5-star vibes. How do I even describe it? Fresh, tasty, wholesome, yum. The fragrance of the tea is pervasive and authentic. The tapioca is chewy and fresh. The fruity options are signature, but the green tea milk tea was yum, too. It's not too sweet, and of course you can always adjust your sugar/ice levels. Even the servers seemed more comfortable speaking Mandarin than English... how's that for authentic? My only hesitation is that it's a little pricey, and the cup is made of such sturdy plastic that it makes me wish I could have a reusable cover and kill the earth a little more slowly with plastic boba cup trash.
