I am surprised by the relatively low rating for a decent boba spot. We went to Ever Taste on a weeknight for dessert after grabbing dinner in the same little plaza. There are a few small tables and chairs, and you'll order at the digital kiosks. I tried both the rice oolong milk tea, which was oolong with a bit of a genmaicha/smoky rice flavor, and the osmanthus oolong milk tea, which had a decently strong floral flavor. While the teas looked really milky, I think the flavor shone through okay. I think any perceived blandness could be attributed to the lack of sweetness - we ordered 25% sweet, which was much less sweet than other boba shops at 25% - just something to keep in mind. The main thing that might be improved upon are the pearls, which were a good sweetness but a bit too hard/chewy rather than bouncy. Other than that, I enjoyed Ever Taste and would consider coming back if I'm in the area.

Whenever we are in the northeast Plano area, we would always swing by Ever Taste for their milk teas. The shop is clean and simple; the sunlight coming through the high windows in the seating area makes the space welcoming. Since we are daily tea drinkers, we enjoyed trying out all their different milk teas. It is too long to list out all the good ones (eg, Gardenia Green, Long Jing, Rice Oolong, etc.), but after a few visits over the past few months, we have settled on our #1 most favorite and have returned many times - Golden Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea (25% sweet, light ice)! There is something distinctly good - even addicting - about all their tea drinks. After chatting with the owners, we learned that they brew each cup on the spot with this tea machine (too technical for us to understand the details, but it sure was fascinating watching the lady make it). Overall, if you are into REAL tea - high quality and fresh - this is the place to be!

Come with little grass jelly. I can't even taste the grass Jelly!

But I'm Not a fan of the updated menu and changes They got rid of my favorite fruit tea drink, the mini tapioca balls, and the stamp cards (rendering all my half filled cards useless) Considering their tea is avg and they use syrups and fake flavors, now that they've taken away my favorite drink and topping, I really don't have a reason to come back here and would prefer to go to another boba shop with better quality teas and fresh ingredients. Also have to note that on the day that I last went they had a promotion for a free boba milk tea with every drink purchase. But they had run low on tea and had to make more. There were only 2 people working and 1 was in the back brewing tea leaving the other to take all the orders and make the drinks. With the promo going that day, there was a long line and wait for drinks. The shop was filled, but no one had drinks. I waited 10 min just to order, and another 15 min to finally get my drinks. Pretty disappointed and it's a bummer because I used to like Sharetea but I probably won't be returning

My brother needed a ride there to meet some friends so I decided to get a drink as well. I ordered the wintermelon with fresh milk and my brother got the mango green tea with lychee jelly. Both of our drinks came out really fast. The wintermelon was so refreshing. The milk doesn't overpower the wintermelon at all. This is a drink you can't leave out too long though because when the ice melts it gets diluted easily and the drink won't taste the same. My brothers mango green tea was really good as well. If you can't decide between fruit tea or milk tea, get a mix of both! The drink was not too fruity but also not too milky. The lychee jelly adds a bit extra sweetness with the lychee flavor as well. They have really added to the menu since I've last been here

The restaurant is cute with wooden tables and benches. Each table has a cup of conversation starter slips; a nice touch for keeping the convos going with friends. I ordered my go to drink--a Thai Iced Tea. I loved the option to control the sweetness and the amount of ice. I went with 50% sweet. The rich flavor of the Thai tea came through beautifully. I am determined to come back and try their Sweet Bear pastries. I love that they have a savory filling option among other sweet choices. They advertise that they are served warm and fresh, taking around 10-15 minutes to prepare, so order ahead if time is an issue. They have a kiosk order system but only one kiosk. I waited a bit because I missed the ordering QR codes posted literally everywhere to save the wait in line. Oops! My tea was out super fast. No complaints. The owners were super nice. I was greeted instantly and offered samples. I love that they have personalized the place with elements of their story. As others said, there isn't an obvious bathroom, so don't count on Sweet Bear for a post-dentist rescue. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!
