I came in town to visit family and my sister introduced me to this place. I am so in love with the drinks! They have the right balance of flavors. The boba is the right texture too. My favorites were the Guru milk tea and Hokkaido milk tea. The Hokkaido does have an interesting taste at the end and it might not be for everyone, but I enjoyed it. The service is great. It does include the cheese foam cap though which I didn't like because I don't like cheese. I do wish I was warned about that ahead of time when I ordered. Overall, love the look of the place, but probably won't come back because it's super loud. I'm not talking about the customers either. Sticky table tops, trash on the floor. Also, the bathrooms smell like sewage and there was no soap.... There were 3 staff members there while I hung out there with a friend and we were there for about 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon. Cozy but quieter boba shop than I'm normally used to. I feel like your experience may vary depending on what time of day you go. But we went at 9pm on a Thursday and the atmosphere was dead like no music and no other customers. You have to use the self checkout kiosks to order your drinks which was nice because you can see all the customizations and not feel rushed! Then, we sat down at the couches and I guess the owner noticed that we wanted to stay for a while, because he turned the music back on. I went after the administration has changed. The layout is almost the same except for some changes. The menu has definitely changed. There's no coffee or chocolate flavors but that's OK.
