This boba shop is located inside the Jusgo food court in the corner where Big Bowl used to be. With all these new boba places popping up you'd think it'd be hard to compete right? Well Full has some seriously delicious teas with a fun cup design. Their drinks all come in one size and it's a large boba cup that's tall and slightly thinner at the bottom. Drinks: Wow! I was blown away, I came just because I thought their cups were cool, but surprisingly their teas were REALLY good! The milk tea and jasmine tea flavors came out strong and smooth. The boba had a nice flavor but I did wish it was slightly more chewy. Dare I say they have some of the best milk teas in DFW? I've only been once but FULLL has me wanting moreee. I first heard of FULLL when they opened a location in Downtown Dallas (in the Plaza of the Americas) but didn't think too much about them. FULLL is SO GOOD that I wish they had more locations that are stand-alone. Plano's FULLL is located inside of the Jusgo Food Court (in the back). It's great for pairing with a meal or grabbing before/ after you grocery shop. I got their black tea with sweet cream foam and WAS BLESSED. I love how, with foam drinks, the tea is light and refreshing. As soon as you mix in the foam, it becomes a creamy milk tea drink. Best of both worlds. And they let you customize the sugar and ice levels. The sweet cream foam really makes the drink. I could eat a whole bowl of the sweet cream foam by itself - that's how good it was. It was hard for me to pin down the taste and what it reminds me of but it's as good as buttermilk frosting (that's the best I could do). Will DEFINITELY be back every time I'm in Plano and deal with Downtown Dallas's parking just to get some. Absolutely worth it. Summary: drink 5/5, ambiance 3/5, service 5/5. read more

After eating at the food court, you'll feel plenty full already but why stop there when you can be Fulll? This place has been on my list forever but finally got around to trying it out and have to say it's more than worth the wait. The green milk tea is standard but the black milk tea is the best I've had anywhere. Not sure what about the tea makes it so different but 50 percent sweet makes it work and the milk tea is just creamy enough. Perfectly chewy boba balls complete the drink. They also have a lot of fruity teas that look good too. Also have to mention the cups are long and slender and feel more sturdy. Finally, a boba tea place that serves delicious teas and drinks with REAL QUALITY ingredients. They don't use powder in their taro or milk drinks, and their fruit teas are made with REAL fruit pulp, NOT flavored syrup and other fake/cheap ingredients that other boba places use. Growing up in Taiwan, I have grown to become so cynical about the boba hype in the states and I am just not impressed with the boba shops around here because they're so americanized and use powder/cheap ingredients. I guess I care about authenticity and quality. But I've heard so much about this place, and decided to give it a try today. I will say, I am very impressed. I ordered the orange grapefruit green tea today (30% sugar and no ice) and it was delicious. Tasted so real with quality ingredients. The drink didn't make me thirsty afterwards, and was so refreshing. I have noticed that FULLL tea is much more pricey than other boba shops. Most of their drinks are more than $5 when the average price at other places is around $4. Though, I wouldn't mind paying extra money for quality - I stand for real fruit and real milk tea. FULLL is my all time favorite boba place. The DFW metroplex is only getting more and more saturated with boba places, but FULLL has maintained their spot as my #1 boba place in the area. FRESHNESS: They incorporate fresh fruit juice for all their fruit teas - so much so that there is even a little pulp. It is incredibly refreshing and what stands them apart from every other place that strictly uses flavored syrups. The menu here is pretty simple with just enough selections. This makes it feel like thy give extra attention to each drink. Sometimes I get cross-eyed when there's a ton of items on the menu. In speaking with one of the worker (maybe owner), he said before they opened, thy taste tested all their drinks and decided that fresh fruits is way better than powder and no simple syrup as a sweetener. I ordered what seems like the popular drink, orange green tea. But instead I got the lemon green tea. I think there was a bit of confusion on my behalf because I was trying to ask my daughter if she wanted their lemonade. Fruit drinks are good! Employees not trained or knowledgeable about their drinks though. Today I came and asked the two employees there about their milk tea and asked what tea leaves they used. They said black tea. I asked if it was assam tea or something else and they said no, just black tea. Since they didn't know what tea leaf was used, I ordered something I do know which was the milk green tea with boba, regular sweetness and a full fruit tea. The fruit tea tastes great. I have had their fruit teas many times and they always are good. I was disappointed with the milk green tea. It just tasted like black milk tea. I told the employee about it and she said that is just how it is and I asked if she had other milk green teas that had a stronger green tea flavor. She said they have jasmine green tea on the menu. I asked if that drink has milk and she said no. I wanted a milk green tea that tastes like green tea. She shrugged and gestured for me to move aside because there was a customer behind me. I stepped aside and when I came back again a second time, I waited in line again. I told her I figured the drink she made me just had too much milk so the green tea flavor is not strong and asked can she add more green tea to my drink. She said she would have to ask her co worker and gestured for me to step aside as there was another customer behind me. I said "ok, but you know I am a customer too." I had already paid and felt like they did not care to make the drink properly. The customer behind me told the employee to go ahead and finish helping me. So the employee took my cup. I asked is it ok for her to take my cup behind the counter and she said yes and took my cup with the straw in it. Then after they went back and forth and then went somewhere else to ask their manager, one employee gave my cup back and asked me to remove my straw, which I did and milk tea dripped all over the floor. The store can be a bit difficult to spot since it's located inside of a food court, but just trust your Google maps, and it will lead you right to the food court store front. For my visit, I got the FULLL milk tea, half sweet, with less ice. The drink comes with boba, grass jelly, and egg pudding, so I didn't need to add any extra toppings, and the store wasn't busy, so our drink came out pretty quickly. I really enjoyed my drink, and found that half sweet was the right amount of sweetness for me. I love this place. I swear by its milk tea and I bring all of my friends here. But, the customer service was not up to par today. There was no other customers, so it was not busy. I usually love the person working in the front and the manager is great at making drinks. Super nice. I always give 10% tips at least even before I get the drink. I actually didn't know where it was located until I saw two girls with it one day while shopping around the area. I drove there right after. First time I tried their grapefruit tea drink and was surprised there was a huge slice of grapefruit in the actual drink. When I left, I was stuck in traffic and drank it all in ten minutes. The second time I've been recently, a friend said to get their milk tea. I end up trying the Fulll milk tea that comes with tapioca, pudding, and grass jelly. I'm in love! My friend and I were eating lunch in the food court and decided to try this place out and I'm so glad we did! Service was quick and the employees were friendly and very helpful. TARO MILK I really like that this drink doesn't have that artificial purple color and it really does taste like taro. It wasn't sweet and it had a great fibrous texture. The subtle sweetness and the thick texture got a thumbs up from me. ORANGE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE I've never been a fan of grapefruit juices, but this drink was really good. While it is nowhere near close to the worst bubble tea I've had, there are definitely much better options in the area and around Plano that I would prefer to go to. I spent almost 10 minutes driving around trying to find a sign outside for Fulll, but dumb old me didn't know it was in the food court. Whoops. Look for the entrance to the food court and don't wander like a lost soul like me! We ordered their Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Regular Black Milk Tea. Compared to other boba places in the area, their regular milk teas are cheaper. When our drinks came out, I almost didn't want to drink it. The cups were really cool! All the drinks came in one size and wow I was amazed by the cups. I know it sounds trivial, but even just the way the cups feel in your hand, you'll feel a difference. Disregarding their über cute cups, the tea was really good. And when I say really good, I mean that Fulll is definitely on my top 3 list for boba places in the DFW area so far. They have high quality fresh tea, and I was very impressed on my first visit here. Literally a one-inch slice of an ENTIRE grapefruit stuffed in a slimmer cup design. Really good boba!!! I tried all other places from Kung Fu, Sharetea, Gong Cha, etc, but still come back to FULLL - a small boba place inside Jusgo food court. What I was impressed the most is their boba which have a soft, chewy consistency, not like other places which usually overcook/undercook them. They also let you customize your own level of ice and sweetness which I think is neat. My favorite would definitely the black milk tea and the grapefruit green tea. Their yogurt is basically the yakult (you can buy this at H-mart and other Asian supermarket) mixed with your choice of juice. Other popular items is their fresh milk but I'm not much a diary person. I love boba places where I can change the sugar and ice levels, and Fulll allows you to do that! I also love boba places with cute cups and Fulll has very long, skinny cups which are very different than the normal boba cup. We got the Taro Milk and a Matcha Latte with Red Bean (70% sugar). The Taro Milk was okay tasted kinda like plain milk with taro pieces at the bottom. The Matcha Latte was just okay too- I like strong a Matcha flavor and it was pretty light. The red beans also weren't cooked all the way through. Even so, it's definitely one of the better boba places in Dallas! The prices are also a lot pricer than usual places (at least for their fruit teas), but the fruit teas do look really good so I think I'll try it next time. read more
