This is the dining room, simple but elegant

We were visiting Dallas to see Willy Wonka at the COSM ( which if you haven't seen it is a must see) this cute little coffee shop was close by and it did not disappoint. It was very clean inside and outside. They had a wide variety of coffees and unique flavors and the service was more than impeccable..

Iced matcha latte

I got a large iced matcha latte ($6) it was made in 3 minutes. The drink was a little lack luster. Not much matcha taste in the drink. The barista was nice and remade a drink that was made hot instead of iced. The inside was good for a cafe but a bit dark inside. Overall convenient to pickup a drink but wasn't anything special. Drink(50%): 4.5 Staff/service(25%): 7.0 Value(25%): 6.0 Overall: 5.5/10

This place really should be a (3.5/5) but note that it comes from a biased person who doesn't like Blonde Roast Coffees. It's really lovely place where the drinks come out quickly even when the lines are long. The drinks are well-made and beautiful as well. The reason for the low score is the really horrible taste of the beans. They use a blonde roast which makes the coffee extremely acidic. Top it off with overly roasted beans, and it makes the coffee taste burnt and sour.

Coffee

The coffee is fine, but oh my goodness the staff is horrible!! The girl taking the order was visibly staring people down. No smile no thank you nothing. The other guy and girl that were making the coffee they looked up and none of them smiled either. I had to ask if they were all having g a bad day! It was really so offputting. Manager, you should probably pay attention to that! Won't be back.

Small Carmel frappe

A small little coffee shop straight out of the late 90's as it was giving Friend's cafe vibes when we walked in. I don't do much coffee, so I asked the cashier what she would recommend. She said "the white chocolate mocha frapp." I said "Ummmm... I'll take the Carmel frappe instead." It was rich, sweet and thick. It cost $5.00 bucks with less showmanship than McDonald's blended Carmel frappe. I'd recommend it as the flavor was awesome, but I prefer McDonald's. Roni's pick

We had a great first time visit here! Eiland coffee is always great and that's what they serve here, so you can't go wrong. It was pretty quiet in the space as we went before most of the shops were even open in Grandscape. Which is fine, we like when it's a little calmer! I ordered the honey cinnamon latte with oat milk and it was perfect! Not too sweet, and I could still taste the espresso come through. Mom went with us and ended up ordering two drink because she 1.) needed to wake up hahaha, and 2.) she loved the coffee so much she figured she would get a second one here instead of somewhere else later. My daughter just wanted a plain bagel which the man working that morning lightly toasted it for her and she loved it. I was impressed....she chose a bagel over the pastries, but that's a mom win I guess haha. Plain bagel = toddler approved.

mocha lavender latte! if you like your latte sweet and floral, this is for you!

Good coffee, limited number of snacks. But a nice place to seat and chat with someone while sipping some Java.

Great coffee, friendly staff. If you need to hang out and get some work done, it's good for that. Difficult to find on Google maps.

Inside they have a few tables on the first floor across from the matcha pick up area, then theres some merch also which were all super cute mugs to coffee bags and even t-shirts. On the second floor there are also about 6 tables above. Outside has some seats too. I also do love the options where you can switch out the foam flavors or sweeteners to like strawberry foam I believe because that what my friend got and she said it was good! The parking has lots of spaces too.

It's a really cute 2-floor coffee shop and the service is friendly and quick. It provides the perfect space to meet someone over coffee, or to work from the shop. The coffee here has a signature sweet cream, which is delicious, however it disagreed with my stomach both times I had it. The first time I got and iced latte with their regular milk (I'm assuming whole milk). It tore my stomach up!!! The second time I went, I got the same latte but opted for Almond milk instead. Why did it also mess my stomach up?!! It's so upsetting to me, because I love the vibe of this place and the way that the coffee tastes, but unfortunately, my lactose intolerance hates Summer Moon. I don't have this problem with Starbucks, 151, Dutch Bros, or Paris Baguette. It's so disapointing, because I'm a sweet cream iced latte kind of girl, but I think it's a wrap for me.

I ordered a turkey and pepper jack type cheese sandwich. The sandwich I would rate 3 stars. The meat was fine, cheese was ok, but the bread tasted sort of off to me, in spite of looking delicious. Not old or bad tasting, just not tasty. My friend loved her coffee drink. The vibes are what make the location special, though. The place is absolutely perfect for catching up with a friend or studying with many kinds of seating options. I would recommend the drinks over the sandwiches! The dessert options were plentiful though I can't speak to them. They looked promising. One other thing of note - when I went to use the bathroom, there was no one ahead of me in line, but it took a very long time. I probably could have jogged a mile and come back. It sounded like someone was showering in the bathroom, which confused me. I thought maybe the employees had long shifts and there was a built in shower or something and almost went to ask about it. The women's room finally opened, and I discovered it was actually a bidet someone was using . I love bidets, and the person in front of me in line for the bathroom loved them even more. No further comments. Would return!
