Everything looked good to me and I was trying to make a decision. I counted 7 employees and not one greeted me or offered help. There were a couple other people in the store but there was no line. I asked a young woman for help and she was polite but not at all welcoming. I ordered one pint of Coconut and one pint of Cookie Dough. She was having a difficult time scooping the ice cream into the pint containers, so a gentleman working behind the counter as well, took over. As I watched him pack the containers I thought they looked kind of shallow. At other ice cream stores I frequent, they pack the ice cream solid and heavy. I felt like they just didn't really care, actually. I was friendly and smiling as I'm one of "those people" who wants everyone to like them! I paid for the order and tipped 15% on the register. That was the smallest percent offered unless you said "no tip" or custom. I I typically tip much more but felt like I shouldn't since they were so unfriendly. When I returned home and got the containers out to taste the ice cream, I could definitely see they weren't 16 ounces. I got my scale out to check and indeed, they came up way short. I mean...for the price? $7.99 ...$8 a pint? At least fill it up to get what you are paying for, am I wrong? I won't go back and I'm sure they couldn't care less, but for others who don't frequent centers like this one was in, you may want to know ahead of time what to expect. Taste wise? It was very creamy and good.

They changed the game. Their dairy-free gelato selection is nothing short of a revelation. Not just a flavor or two off in the corner, but a real, thoughtful spread of creamy, bold, legitimately delicious options. Smooth texture, rich taste, zero sacrifice. I finally get to enjoy gelato like everyone else--without the worry or the regret. Let me be honest though: I fully intended to take a picture on my first visit. I wanted to document this magical moment. But that first bite? It distracted me. I blinked and it was gone. All I had left was a clean cup and a happy sigh. Now I've made it a tradition. I'll keep coming back, and I'll keep trying to get that perfect photo before the gelato disappears again. No promises. Paciugo isn't just a dessert stop--it's a rare find for those of us trying to keep our balance without missing out on joy. The staff is kind, the flavors rotate, and the experience always hits. If you're dairy-conscious but still love indulgence, this is your sweet spot. #HayiaSophiaFaves #DairyOptionalJoy #FriscoGelatoFinds

The staff member we interacted with was super polite and courteous and was able to offer us some samples which we really appreciated! My favorite ended up being the mango which was his favorite as well. The shop was about to close but he wasn't even flustered and showed us the same great customer service as if we came in the middle of the day. The only downside is that the smells from the bathroom were pretty bad - it was probably just from it being there a while or some kind of cleaner - not too sure. But overall great experience!

Given it was 12:30pm we were happy to see this place was quite full but still had a table for the 2 of us inside. There is a terrace which might be an option for our next visit. Yea you read that right, we will definitely be back. For lunch we ordered the octopus appetizer which was nice a tender, perfectly grilled and simply served with the most perfect vinaigrette. Nothing more than a little squeeze of lemon over it and you could have brought me a dozen more. But we had to save room for our mains. I chose the gyros salad and my wife the baked haddock with Greek potatoes and string beans. Both dishes were perfect. Not too fancy and just what the doctor ordered. Overheard several tables around us that they were repeat customers so we must have stumbled on to something good. So if you are thinking Greek, check this place out. You won't be disappointed

One was vegetarian (think Falafel, dolmas, etc). But the other one - The Mana You - really caught my eye: pastitsio(!!!), dolmades, chicken souvlaki, gyros, tzatziki and pita bread. + 2 sides, we got the greek beans and Lemon potatoes We opted to add a side greek salad for an additional $4.50. It also comes with a yogurt dip (so good that we asked our waiter for more and he happily obliged. We polished off every bit, but were full and satisfied. Next time I am in the area, we will be back!
