I chose strawberries, pineapple, hempseed granola, coconut and agave on top. I began eating my howl the pineapple was pretty bitter because it was definitely cut too soon. I went back and had the pineapple switched out for strawberry instead and that made a difference. The bowl had a good consistency and I enjoyed it. I would say it's pricy for the fact that they don't give you so much fruit so I'd like to see a little more fruit on my bowl next time. Otherwise the quality of the ingredients were good and I will come back to try some other menu items. I was starving so the only picture i took was after I took a few bites already.

They have a good app that makes it easy to place to-go orders. One time I decided to by pass the app and eat at the actual cafe. Well, that was my intention, but the lady taking my order was so unnecessarily rude and short with me, that I didn't want to stay there. I've encountered a number of employees here while picking up. They've all been really nice and pleasant, but in this one occasion, I dealt with an older woman who from the get go, was oddly mean with zero provocation. I wanted to order a monthly special. I called it the "monthly special bowl" because that's exactly what the sign by the register said. She got exasperated with me because I didn't call it what ever description was listed under the heading and rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. I decided to get the bowl to-go because it was very clear this person was irrationally upset at something. It just felt like it wasn't a good idea to stay. It was a downright bizarre reaction and it felt very unwelcoming. She was the only person working so she went in the back to make the bowl. When the bowl was ready she passed off the bag to me- once again, not making eye-contact and asking exasperated that she had to deal with a customer. I'm very passive and would never call someone out or try to match that kind of energy. I would recommend this lady not deal in a customer facing role. All other encounters with other employees here are great, so this was the only experience I would say detracts from Vitality bowls. I've been happy and satisfied with the bowls and smoothies I've ordered here and I wouldn't let that one experience keep me away from VB, I would just hope that lady gets an attitude adjustment before she drives customers away.

I was helped by a gentleman and he was nice, but clearly not focused on what he was doing. The soft serve I was handed looked like a failed science project. I will probably still give this location another try, but I wish this location would up their game and deliver the their soft-serve and bowls to a higher standard.
