I always get the mango passion fruit green tea with aloe jelly. Love it. I honestly thought the price was a bit too high at first but later realized that Share tea gives all drink in one size which is usually large so its all good! The service is quick and fast so there's usually never a long wait! The vibe of the place is very bright and clean.
It's more accurately a 3.5/4 for my 1st ever visit. There are a few things I'll touch on in this short review. First, please greet your guests when they come in. Loudly please, let me know you are me and let me see you. When I come in and have to speak first, I feel like the service is going to be less than great. I'm glad that wasn't the case, but it's something to keep in mind. Second, please make sure your guests know how to order. Ask if they've visited you before or if they get his to order. I loved my milk tea but the sweetness wasn't quite right and then I reread the menu (myself) and saw that there was a sweetness scale, pearl scale and ice scale (which the only thing explained was you can't have less ice in a mojito- which made sense). So all in all, it was a good visit, and I'm pretty sure I'll be back in the future. The two young ladies who helped us were nice, too. I didn't want to omit that.
Happen to come across this boba tea shop while we were in the area for an event. This location is takeout and currently no seating indoors. Area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Drinks are competitively priced for what they offer. Definitely a good checkout if you're in the neighborhood.
I had a disagreement with one of the employees here recently. I ordered a drink with creama (+$1). I got a milk tea that did not look like it had creama mixed in at all. I pointed this out to the employee and she said that sometimes their creama sinks to the bottom of the drink. I told her that that defeats the purpose of creama. Creama/cheese foam is a drink topping that is placed on top of the milk tea. Share tea gives out a special knife to cut into the plastic because creama is meant to be sipped off the top of the drink to give a creamy/cheesy mouthfeel. It is not meant to sink into the drink to blend in with the milk tea. She tried to argue that it gives the milk tea a cheesy taste. The creama would be too dilute to make a difference. I have ordered cheese foam/creama from a wide variety and location of boba places and every single time the creama has been the right consistency, which is to say dense with cream cheese taste but light enough to not sink on the bottom. Share-tea, why are you charging me an extra dollar to make my milk tea slightly milkier? What a rip off. I was offended more that this is clearly a recipe execution problem which they were trying to pass off as creama was supposed to mix with the drink. I probably came off condescending but I used to work in boba and I thought the whole thing and how it was handled was pretty unbelievable. I'm never coming here again. When you are in Carrollton, and when things go back to normal after covid I would recommend checking out Feng Cha: excellent oolong milk tea, cheese foam with Crystal boba. It's fabulous. My second choice in Carrolton is the place across the street called Tealatte. Their hapa hoate (half matcha, have Jasmine milk green tea with coconut flavor) is awesome and they brew their stuff a la carte for you every time, their Jasmine milk tea has incredible flavor. They also have meringues, cool macaroons and it's a great vibe. Both places have cheese foam that sits above the tea. Both places will also replace the sugar in your drink with Splenda if you request it, which Share tea also refuses to do. Tl;dr: Sharetea sucks, never again
Nice little place for tea . They have a small enough menu of different fruity teas . I tried a couple of passion fruit mango tea with grass jelly. Seems like the person taking the order is not listening or the drinks just premade super sweet. Even though I asked for 30 percent sweet it's still super sweet and I also requested least ice but I get a full cup of ice . This happen twice already. But their drinks are not too bad a little refreshing . Maybe no sugar next time .

If you drop your drink before you taste it, you're at Unfairtea. If you put your dessert in your tea, it's Eclairtea. If the tea haunts you in your dreams, it's Nightmaretea. And if you think my jokes suck, well, Idon'tcaretea. Sharetea Carrollton has always been one of my favourite locations to come and get a bubble tea and it was a little bit of a sanctuary for me during hard times and long travels. I've been in here many many times over the years, and it has the same owners as the Plano location. Good servers, usually, and they're good people with great products every time and most of the employees are nice. However, the milk tea formula was changed (for all Sharetea locations in North America, not sure about worldwide), so for over a year now the milk teas have tasted like absolute dirt, having formerly been one of the very best milk teas out there. However, they're still great for fruit teas, for sure. I miss the old milk teas though. It's named after the singer Cher, "CherTea" has a theme song: If I could turn back time if I could find a way I'd take back the wrong tea they gave you And get it replaced If you prefer fruity teas, I highly recommend the Whole Lemon Black Tea. It's what it sounds like. A delicious refreshing Lemon Tea with a whole lemon in it. It's the Bubble Tea equivalent of a Whole In One. I've never had a better fruit tea. Make sure you order it with "less ice" though. It no longer has whole lemon and is no longer on the menu, but oh well. Now Cher is going to sing with her bae Sonny, from the TV show "It's Always Sonny In Carrollton." They say we're young and we drink tea We buy 10 then get the 11th free I guess that's so but it costs a lot But at least I'm sure of all the teas we got Babe... let's get tea Babe... Let's get tea Babe... The Kiwi tea with Black tea is also amazing. ShareTea ShareTea is my favorite go to boba chain shop. ShareTea is my favorite chain boba shop mainly because of its value. For a price of a small size drink at other places, ShareTea will give you large size for the same price of a small compared to other places like Kung Fu Tea. The inside of the place is clean and looks nice but tables can be dirty like any other boba shop. The staff can make common mistakes just like any other boba shops. Another thing is their attention to your sugar preference. Sometimes I can order 50% sweetness but it's still really sweet at ShareTea. This goes for every single boba shop out their is their attention to your sugar preference that you order. The same thing applies when you ask for less ice at ShareTea and all boba shops can give you normal ice amount. ShareTea's milk tea taste has a good ratio and balance between tea and creamy taste. When you order a lower sugar level, you will taste will more tea flavor then creaminess. So I prefer getting 50% sweetness because 100% is overly sweet and unhealthy. My most favorite drink on the menu is their taro milk blended. This drink is my favorite because I love taro and it's also really rare to see boba shops to use huge chunks of real taro blended into their drinks. I saw them put real milk in the taro milk blended instead of creamer. The drink is actually not purple colored but white in color that's when you know the drink is not artificial but legit. The drink is thick and filling when you finish it. The drink taste thick and like real taro, it slightly creamy and milky and has some taro flecks in it. Overall ShareTea is my go to spot more boba because of its value for the price. At ShareTea they charge the price of a small size at Kung fu tea or other boba shops for a large plus they give you a generous amount of toppings like your boba and jelly. Not only is ShareTea cheaper but they use real ingredients in some of their drinks.
Love love love sharetea! My fav drink is the Hokkaido milk tea. I'm so happy during this quarantine time, they are offering half and full gallon milk tea to go. I live far from a sharetea and don't want to go into the store since they are always always busy! I like this to have for my work week. I drink more tea than coffee so it's so enjoyable. Especially during the hot summer months!
I always love my ShareTea ever since I was a broke college student in Australia. The tip to ShareTea is knowing what's good because not every drink is amazing, but iykyk. I personally got the Okinawa pearl milk tea which is a milk tea with brown sugar in it and it tasted soooo great. Not too sweet and the brown sugar gave it nearly a coffee flavour. I'd say the only retraction is the pearls. They're chewy, yes, but no flavour. I'd recommend that ShareTea start soaking their pearls in syrup or honey to really give it more flavour. Other than that, brilliant!
Sharers has always been one of the top spots for a special treat. This location has always been one of the tops in DFW. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. Our drinks were perfectly made. There has been a lot of closures in the area so it was awesome to see them open for a visit. read more

went to share tea today for a refreshing summer afternoon drink. It was perfect. Ice blended strawberry tea with a scoop of ice cream on top. They give you the option to blend the ice cream or put it on top. Loving the lychee jelly and I added the boba. So good read more

ah yes. Oolong ice tea with Lychee jelly is....DA BOMB. It was so so good. So tasty, perfectly brewed. My only complaint is that I drank it SO FAST. ugh! Seriously why can't we have bigger containers to drink? LOL I will be back for this repeat order very soon! read more

Not bad. Been wanting to try this tea place since so many were posting pics of it and Austin didn't have 1 then. It does now. Haven't been but this 1 was near all the food stuff so we had to try. It was good. I like the large size. The tea itself wasn't the best tea quality. I think gongcha still has better tea quality. But I still enjoyed my drink. Refreshing. Sweet. Maybe next we can get the ice cream and all those yummy looking drinks others were getting. But we were satisfied and price was just right. Convenient location too. Great after a meal dessert drink. Can't wait to try our recently opened one in town! read more

Wow this place is jumping at 9:30pm so expect a small wait!!! When we arrived there was a line close to the door. It moves very quickly though. Most of the tables were also packed with patrons. A good thing about Sharetea is they have special drinks seasonally and they have pictures of what some of those drinks look like. Granted I changed my drink a little and it didn't resemble the picture at all! I ordered the Mixed Berry Black Tea with Aiyu Jelly. I had never had Aiyu jelly so the cashier asked if I wanted to sample it. It wasn't bad but o decided to do the lychee jelly Instead. My friends ordered a Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea and Wintermelon add Lemon Juice with Herb Jelly. Everyone loved their drink. If you don't love your drink they will remake it or get you something else One thing to know is that inside is very load and you have to sit close together to have a conversation and even then it's hard to hear each other. Sharetea also has a variety of games available to play and music playing in the background. I love Sharetea and wish we had one close to home. Sharetea in Dallas! YAY. Or rather NEAR Dallas lol. This is in Carrollton, pretty close to the PGBT. Walking in, I was impressed. It's pretty big here but there wasn't anyone inside. Of course, it was a 1pm on a Tuesday, but still.... I wanted to get myself an Okinawa Milk Tea with half sugar but I was told that they don't do sugar modifications on it because it comes mixed already. I said I would be fine doing less scoops of the Okinawa flavor instead (which they do for you in SoCal at least) but was told that was not an option. Welps. Do I got for 100% Okinawa or try something else. Green tea creama it was, half sugar. It took them a while to make (considering that we were the only people inside) but Sharetea usually takes a while regardless of where I am... so can't really say much about that. Flavor for green tea creama is there and the boba was chewy and good~. It's a stronger "subtle" type of green tea, and the sugar level is perfecto for me here. They have a lot of tables and chairs like I said and they also have board games here in case you got time to spare. Also worth a shot but they do stamp cards. However, they don't share with Cali. :P Haha I asked just for the fun of it. read more

This place was big. Employees were nice and patient. Had plenty of seating and possibly games to play. Menu was pretty good. Went with my friend and we will maybe come back again. The noise was obnoxiously, loud. Acoustics maybe? read more

4.5/5! What a great place to get boba! It always seems kinda full, and once you try the boba, you'll understand why! I think on a price per boba level, Sharetea has great value. The drinks are giant at such a great cost compared to other competitors. There's a lot of customization options for your drink too -- you can vary how sweet and how much ice you want, in case you're like me and like a little less sweet and with less ice so there's more drink. The workers are super nice and fairly fast on making quality drinks. Like many other boba places, there are a bunch of different card and board games to play with friends, even if some of them are missing pieces. My only qualm about this location is due to how busy it can get, some of the tables can be a little sticky with spilled drinks while the employees are working to get everyone's orders out on time. Of course, they come and clean the tables, but it might take a little. Parking can also be challenging during busy times as well, due to it's popularity. As a study place...I would recommend others in the area. Unless you go during the down times with very few customers, it's always bustling and it might be hard to concentrate. The worse boba in the world. I came here at 11:00am and get my drink. One of the staff tell me that the boba is not sweet enough and then I said I can wait. Then I still get an unsweetened boba. You know how bad the boba taste if they don't absorb enough sugar? And half my drink is boba, then I ask the female staff to change it for me and she said I already drink a lot and here is the pic, they cannot remake one for me. Ok, but what I know is that Sharetea in Denton is much more better than here. Do you think you can give your customer a low quality product and then said you already drink a lot. Then, it is your bad to come at 11:00. "The boba will be ok at 11:20" that is what the female staff said. Alright. read more
I was just in the area and was craving some boba. There's like so many new options out there now but I decided to try this place out. The prices are pretty much the same everywhere. I usually get something fruity but this time I decided to get the classic milk tea. I'm not a big fan of boba so I just got it plane. When my order came out I was so surprised! The cup is huge and it's the same price it is for a regular size at other places. I also really liked the taste of the tea. The ambiance of the place is also a plus. It's a huge store so you don't feel crammed and it's fairly clean inside. I decided to try fat Straws milk tea to compare and it was way too sweet. I could barley finish it. This has been my new go to boba place now! Check it out if you haven't! They have several different drinks to fit everyone's personality. read more
Great spot for quality and tasty drinks. I came when there wasn't a line so it was pretty fast getting our drinks. They have a variety of teas and drinks. I decided on the pineapple green tea with aiyu jelly. It was so refreshing and the pineapple flavor worked really well with the green tea. I was very happy with my drink! They have a lot of good flavors so I'm excited to come back next time and try all the other items on their menu! read more
I ventured out of my comfort zone and tried a new suggestion for a drink. The new strawberry mojito. It was pretty good and even at 30% still sweet. Place is nice and clean. Service was excellent. Usually I get the mango green tea at 30% sugar. read more
It's difficult for me to give them the 5 stars because they don't have the traditional "thai tea" - BUT - everything else I've had here has been fresh and tasty. The concept is minimalist - modern. The drinks are on-trend and use fresh ingredients where applicable. The boba is a good texture (not soggy and swollen, not hard and too-chewy). The drink options themselves are numerous and there's a treat for everyone, even if you don't like "bubble tea" - there's coffee drinks, ice cream add-ins (crema), and fruit-flavors aplenty. I pretty much approve of any of the pearl-milk-tea options. The cocoa crema tastes like melted hot chocolate ice cream. The citrus fruit drinks tend to have pulp in them - if you like that kind of thing. Board games are available to make a Sharetea date turn into a Sharefun date, too! read more
I had my first Sharetea experience in Houston March 2017 and I was like "oh man, Dallas needs one." As if God answered my prayer, I saw a big sign that said "SHARE TEA"; SO, I had to come by even from day 1. //FOOD I've tried 50% of the drinks on the menu; so, my ranking could change any time. However, my TOP 3 drinks are: 1) Mango GT Crema (70% sweetness); 2) Matcha GT Crema (100% sweetness); and 3) Okinawa Pearl MT (can't change sweetness, but it's perf). I actually have not had any of Fruit Tea options; so, I can't say much, yet. I like the amount of ice they put even for regular ice level because that's perfect proportion for my drink. I don't know if I like the amount of pearl they put because they're unhealthy, but so good - so, I can't complain, haha. //ATMOSPHERE Very cozy and typical boba place. They have board games available to play at. Not sure why people would study here because it's not too spacious when there are people trying to sit and chill with their boba, but you are taking up possibly 4 people seats to study, heh. //SERVICE They're truly your "friends"? !!!PSA!!! FOR ALL MY BOBA LOVERS LOOKIN FOR A DEAL They have 50 percent off peach drinks w/ purchase of any regular priced drinks so come through!! $7 for not one but TWO boba teas! Definitely one of our go to boba shops. Lots of variety and customization + pretty fast service. Carrollton location outdoes the others in the area hands down - location, atmosphere, customer service, and quality of drinks have been the best my family and I have had from the sharetea chain. But if you're a little bit more east dallas go for the location in Plano. Richardson is meh :/ Sis got her usual QQ milk tea which never seems to disappoin if ur lookin for somethin with A LOT of toppings. I tried the peach strawberry tea green tea w/ aloe (black tea is also available) which hit the boba cravings especially if ur in the mood for something a lighter. Tip: sugar lvl isn't adjustable for this one but not too sweet and I'm usually one to do 30 percent sweetness. read more

I love Sharetea ever seen I've had it in Seattle. Seeing it over here in Texas is amazing! Now they have multiple locations. I love the oolong milk tea 30% sweet with pearls/herbal jelly no ice. The taste is more traditional than other places. Their Hawaii fruit tea is good too, very tangy. I recommend getting your drink with less sugar. They have great promotions too? Check out their new handheld boba accessories!!! Can carry it around or fit around small heads. Hands free drinking or just carry it around like its better than a bag. For $4.99 you can go grocery shopping, pick out your fruits and drink at the same time. No cup holder needed! read more
This place is a legitimate boba tea spot. They have a generous amount of choices to pick from. Even cooler than that, they have the option to reduce the amount of sugar in the drinks by percentages. The guy at the counter was very kind and patient as I looked through the menu as a first timer. He asked me questions to assure that my order was correct and to my liking, and then it was a short wait to get our drinks, even with a full house. I had the blended taro tea with pudding. It was excellent! I love taro already, and the item came with pudding already; it's almost as if it was specifically made for me. My wife had the blended strawberry drink with jelly, and it was also refreshing and tasty. We also ordered a green tea with kiwi and a lemon jelly. All of them were very good and well balanced.
