However, it's prominent because what they do well is quality, tasty tea. I went in with high recommendations for the location from friends, and they met my expectations wholeheartedly. The girl working the counter was free to answer my questions. I would like to note that customization isn't really an option here, I tried to get the honey oolong tea with fruit added in, and she told me they couldn't do that which is perfectly fine just something to be aware of! The inside is very artful, it's fun to look at with the large centerpiece in the middle of the café, and there's ample seating to sit and chat with friends or get task done. I really love the packaging of the product and being able to carry my drink by the handle they provide. My beverage was ordered with no ice, and filled to the top which if you ordered a drink without ice before you know that isn't always common so I was really glad when I received it! Personally, I don't think it's a bad place to if you want some boba or tea drinks that aren't as sugary. They definitely have a great tea selection and on weekends, they offer some tea tastings. Not only that but they have rotating monthly specials. Watch out though, the weekend nights and Sunday mornings after 12pm is utter madness since everyone is out and about at this time. This place uses less sugar where they start at 75% and you can adjust downwards. The string that comes with each drink, is very aesthetically pleasing to look at. When we went, it was very crowded inside, like all the seats and tables were taken. Which is surprising, since the inside is very spacious for a tea shop. We actually ordered via the kiosk and it took about 5-7 minutes to get our drink. They have a crazy looking machine which brews and extracts the tea. This is my third review. My first one was when the place first opened. My second one was when they were still charging for for bags. And the third one is to update the review up from one star to five stars. Because the last few times I've been there it doesn't seem like they charge for bags anymore. After dinner, we decided to come here for drinks. Apparently, this is a brand that is award-winning for its teas. It was my first time here so the expectations were definitely high. Friday evening and it surely was packed. The space itself is large, especially for a tea shop. Nonetheless, nearly all the seats were full and there was a small line of people at the front. You can either order at a kiosk or with the cashier. I ordered with the cashier. He was very nice and offered recommendations based on whether I wanted a milk-based drink or a fruit-based drink. I opted for the latter. The recommendation was the honey osmanthus oolong tea. The tea tasted great. It was refreshing and had a perfect level of sweetness. You get a delicate fruitiness from the osmanthus that is well balanced from the oolong base. Not relating to the flavor but I liked the cute little sling that they provide with all of their drinks! New place with multi locations in different cities but this is the first in the dfw area! It's known for their teas that are highly rated ( similar to michellen stars). If you walk inside you can easily order in person or on the kiosk tablet. There's lots of seating inside and out. We had this chain in Asia and remember it being just okay. So when we had a chance to try it again in the states we were down. We had three different teas and all were just okay. But I did really like the taro balls that you can add. By far that was my most memorable part. This is a place that among the plethora of boba shops, really takes their tea seriously and to the next level, as the quality of the tea is front and center in their drinks. Best boba texture and quality I've had at any spot in the US to date. Their mango green tea with light ice / sugar is my go to and is super refreshing. I'd recommend sticking to the fruit teas and not the milk teas as the milk easily overpowers their delicate tea flavor here. For milk teas, I typically go to places like TPTea, but come here for fruit tea to capture the most out of their flavor. Updated interior and a lot more space to hangout than the location I've been to in the Bay Area. Only knock is the price which is pretty steep for a drink (usually $7 something if I remember correctly). But perfect for a treat from time to time. read more

We went around 4pm and there was no line at all, but after staying there for a bit towards rush hour we could see the line forming longer and longer. The interior was nice, it's kept clean and has a peaceful, nature inspired atmosphere. It's also cool to see the workers making fresh tea. I ordered the iced osmanthus tea and it was really fresh and delicious in my opinion. Light sweetness was also just right- not too sweet or bitter. My friend also enjoyed their taro milk tea as well, though I think it's more on the denser side. The handle on the sleeve is a nice touch as well. We happened to be in the area, and stopped by to realize that it was their grand opening. Buy 2 drinks and get a pin. Buy 4 drinks and get a magnet. The line was out the door though. For how busy it is, I think it would have been helpful to have a front door greeter. They had a tablet that you can order the drinks from, or one live person taking the orders. The person in front of us happened to be super indecisive, and took over 5 minutes to decide on the drinks. It may be worth having two employees instead of one to help with the flow in these cases. After you order, we weren't given a receipt. You have to somehow remember your number, and also actively check the digital board to see when your order was ready. I guess they're going by the honor system since there is no receipt, so how do they know we're picking up the right order or remember the right order number. It literally took us one hour to get the drinks. Since it was late in the day, I had the taro fresh milk. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh taro at the bottom of my drink. That was a nice change compared to the taro powder I usually get at boba places. As they brew the tea fresh, the drinks were so fragrant. They also have a tea tasting area, but that was also a long line I didn't want to battle through. I love that the drinks have a cute string handle to carry on the go. I've been wanting to try this place since they recently opened a location in DFW. We came by on a Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. It was pretty empty. The interior has a tea bar style feel to it, is spacious, and is pretty. The service was good - the staff were welcoming and drinks came out fast. We ordered at the kiosk, but you can order with the cashier too. We ordered a Taro Milk Tea and a High Mountain Bubble Milk Tea. They just so happened to have a grand opening event going on too, so we got a free pin for ordering two drinks! Both drinks were pretty good.
