Okay, I learned that not all R&B Teas are equal -- the Carrollton location is one of the better ones. I do enjoy the herbal tea here a lot but it only comes in the XL cup and I am too much of a big back to walk around with a cup I can barely hold. The banana creme matcha I also really enjoy. Any matcha connoisseurs please don't come at me if you don't like the matcha here. I am NOT a matcha girly so I am not a good judge of it. When it comes to the fruit teas though, there have been some inconsistencies. I don't like my drinks too sweet and I'll almost always order 30% sweet. One time it was too sweet, another time it wasn't sweet at all. I'm just not really sure what level to go for now when it comes to fruit teas. Sigh. I typically have good experiences but they services today messed up my drink twice. First time the forgot the milk in my milk tea and then when they remade it they forgot the boba. There stormy dragon fruit drink is definitely a nice summer drink, and the winter melon is really good if you want to change it up. We went on a Sunday with about a hour until closing. It was still somewhat packed when we got there. Pretty popular spot with people talking and having a good time for sure. I believe their AC was broke so, they had a separate fan and AC blowing, but it didn't cause a disturbance or anything like that. Overall experience was great. I found the whole kiosk ordering system weird since we were the only customers in the store, but I also found it better because I could customize and add on things at my leisure. They have a visual menu on their front door and their menu is also projected onto TV screens inside. [SERVICE] Employees are super nice and welcoming. If you need help understanding the menu, don't hesitate to ask. You're able to review your order, and they have a rewards system that you can input your phone number. [BOBA] Highly recommend this place due to the different options of cheese foams that they have (maybe Feng Cha?). I doubt you'll find another boba place that has a variety of cheese foams for you to try. The tea is made very well and like other boba places, you can adjust your sweetness and ice levels. They also have cute robot cups for an additional cost if you want to drink your boba aesthetically. My go-to order is jasmine green tea with pandan foam. The tea and the pandan foam mix really well. I've also tried the durian coffee, which both the foam and coffee are good by itself, but was very overwhelming mixed together. I'm a fan of durian so I would have preferred the durian foam with jasmine green tea instead of their coffee. Great concept though!
