I really like the layout of this location. It has tables with small partitions, which makes it my favorite Paris Baguette location in both California and Texas. Since it's located in an Asian area and is a busy store, they also have a great selection of products. The freshness and quality of the bread here are noticeably better than at some of the less-busy locations, such as the one in Houston. Had heard big things about this place. It's a good layout - most of the items are encased behind clear display cases, a few others are bagged up already with twist ties. You can walk the display area, grab a pastry tissue and a pair of tongs and select your items, then take to the counter for checkout. Just wanted to try one thing. Opted for the blueberry cream cheese danish. It was average at best. Nothing starkly wrong with it, however there was no buttery flavor to the pastry. The cream cheese had no sweetness factor, and the blueberries had no distinct tartness. Tasted very corporate, zero sense of homemade that makes you think of grandma or a favorite sweet shop growing up. Definitely no love put into making it. Am willing to come back, it by no means was catastrophic. Hopefully will find a different pastry which has buttery & sweet notes which stand up and make themselves known. read more

Decor is pretty, the matcha is pretty good, i side eyed it at first but after a few more sips it tasted good. The creme brûlée donut was sooo sweet but so good ! The cream was soft and airy. Melted in my mouth like butter (8/10) but then i ate it the next day after having it in my fridge and it tasted even better ! 10/10 , i would get this again. The raspberry creme roll (8.5/10) was really good too ! It was less sweet than the creme brûlée donut which was perfect for me. It was rich, the cream itself was delicious and fluffy and airy. A lovely place to spend your day. They serve great coffees, awesome desserts and snacks. And let me say they have very friendly and cooperative staff. Trust me I didn't even know that it's such a cool, tasty and full of variety place. We had Korean iced coffee, match latte, garlic croissant (they even warm it up for you), and the sweet long donut. Everything tasted so good. They have a huge variety of both sweet and sour items that you can pick on your tray and go on checkout desk. They also do cakes and I spotted some cool ideas already for an upcoming birthday party. They also huge dining space, and three open conference rooms for 3 and more people. And I couldn't stop admiring the ambience, soft music and lights, beautiful greenery, lovely aroma as you step in and people dining there are very nice too, a few were working on their laptops, doing work calls probably on the corner- a lot happening but nothing loud. Dining area & restrooms are always kept clean. We really enjoy the pastries and desserts at Paris Baguette, and their matcha latte is genuinely phenomenal. They have several locations in Collin County -- so it's convenient to visit. However, the prices are definitely on the high side, and it's hard to justify going often. They do have a rewards program, but earning 300 points (about $300 spent) just for a $5 coupon doesn't feel worthwhile. I usually would get a coffee and try a new pastry or cake. They're beautiful but almost always very stale or have an off-putting aftertaste.
