First and foremost, the staff at this Molly Tea location is amazing. They were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, though, when compared to other locations, the drinks just aren't as good. The place was still pretty busy. Despite the fact I was there about 10 to 15 minutes before closing, there was a line with maybe 3 to 4 people in front of me, however, I was able to order my drink before they were done for the night. However, a defect of the fact I came so late was the fact that they were completely out of jasmine tea at this time so if you're hoping for something utilizing that, make sure you get there earlier in the day. I particularly went cause I wanted the promotional item, this bag was available if you made a purchase of about $14 or more, and you also purchased the Thai tea. It was completely sold out and the promotion ended the next day. I was super sad about this, however, something like that is a given when the location is popular, I did want to know if they had a certain amount allotted per day so I could come back, and they said they were completely sold out for the entire promotion. They did still have the stickers left, but I was hoping to buy the entire set so just opted for the Snowy Gardenia drink. I prefer my drinks at 100% sweetness, it did not seem like this was sweetened to that level it tasted like it was at 70%, which is standard. The whipped cream was also not as sweet as I typically feel it is. It was still refreshing, and enjoyable, but I was really hoping for consistency here. If they have another promotion, I'm interested in. I'll be sure to make my way back. Parking was super easy at this time which isn't always true. I think in part because 99 Ranch was already closed. There's quite a few spot spots in the front, but the Somi Somi next-door is a bit busy at this time.
I am so glad Molly Tea finally made it to Dallas! I love Molly Tea's aromatic green teas, beautiful tea shop aesthetic, and the efficient service! They also have frequent cute and collectible giveaways including stickers or magnets!
Veryyy overhyped imo, but also not horrible. I went during their BOGO deal which was nice, and we were able to try multiple flavors. My favorite was the White Champaca oolong milk tea, which I felt had more tea flavors than their jasmine based teas. My least favorite was the jasmine apple milk tea which lacked creaminess and tea flavor. It's a solid tea place, wish they had more topping options and people just overhyped it like crazy.
The tea and vibes of this Mollytea are amazing! There was a really long wait due to the popularity and high volume of influencer reviews but I would implore everyone to try their drinks! The associates are kind and efficient and there's a good amount of seats to enjoy your beverage before shopping in the plaza. I recommend the jasmine apple tea!
This place has good milk tea. My husband and I ordered the jasmine milk tea and osmanthus milk tea respectively. While the drinks were not disappointing, I don't think they stand out compared to other tea shops in DFW. The service was efficient. When I came in, there was a line, but they cleared it within 10 minutes. The interior is quite small, and when it's crowded, it gets a little uncomfortable inside. I will wait to come back when the hype dies down.
I'll give them a break on the chaos that was Soft/Grand Opening Week. It's understandable that service was not top notch as there were like hundreds of people lined up outside. As far as the drinks, I like it. If you like the floral/jasmine type of teas, I think you'll like Molly Tea. The drinks automatically came with reduced sugar and ice. This actually helps with the flavors as you can actually taste the tea and not just straight sugar. I tried the two drinks and they were both tasty: Pistachio White Champaca Coconut and Velvety Matcha Supreme. IMO, their matcha is up there with the better places around DFW. I wanted to try the Salted Cheese but unfortunately it was not available when I went. Their packaging is better than any boba/tea place right now. The bag has like an insulation layer to help keep your drinks hotter/colder longer. I don't know how long these huge lines will last but hopefully not much longer... I want to try the other drinks! The line does move pretty quickly so that's plus.
Finally had a chance to tried this new spot , waited for the hype to die down a bit . Somehow it's still packed but not bad in a way and no line. Tried both the Jasmin tea and the matcha tea both are on their most popular drinks and it turned out surprisingly good and aromatic . The place can be narrow in seatings designs . Will definitely come back to try other items .
Efficiency level 10 out of 10! They cleared the long line in 20 mins. That is very good management for being opened for a couple of weeks. I tried their snowy jasmine and the pistachio foam coconut water. I couldnt taste a prominent tea flavor in the snowy jasmine tea. I liked the pistachio foam coco, it was refreshing. I love the pink aesthetic, very cute!

I ordered the Matcha and it was honestly really good but of course for price it was a bit expensive. The tea is pretty good and the service is fast so I will applaud them for that!! The cafe itself is really small but pretty!

The service was good and our drinks came out pretty quick but for the price and for how hyped up it is the drinks themselves were just ok. Both drinks did not have a strong tea flavor, which is the whole reason why they were popular in the first place, which was a bit of a letdown. The gardenia oolong tea tasted mostly of milk and the jasmine grape tea was mainly just very sweet grape milk. The inside is small but has decent seating which was good.
so so happy with this place! i ordered the jasmine milk tea and it's one of the best i've ever had. so floral and fragrant, full of flavor. well balanced with the milk as well. despite going opening week, the wait time wasn't even that bad and the staff were so kind and patient with guests. i enjoyed the ambience of the place with the cute pink decor. would 100% go back again! i'd love to try other drinks as well
A friend and I came for the soft opening of Molly Tea. The line was out the door and the small space was crowded with people waiting for their drinks. The space did not have functional A/C so waiting 20 min for the drinks was more difficult than it should have been. The drinks were okay, but already melting when we got them. There is a lot of staff, but they weren't able to keep up with the crowds. The menu board was very challenging to read due to the small font as well. I would probably give it another try when the hustle and bustle of the opening has calmed down. Staff were so swamped they weren't able to chat or give recommendations and the drinks were just ok!

Welcome to Texas, Molly Tea! The servers are welcoming, the atmosphere is busy but pleasant, and the ordering / receiving system is seamless enough for how busy they are. I heard someone asking their friend, "jasmine tea is just green tea, right?" Rather, it's tea, often green tea, infused with the oil from the jasmine flower. It gives a lovely floral overtone to the base tea. I find it pairs really well with green tea. "Molly Tea" gets its name from the Chinese name, "茉莉花茶". That being said, this place has an opportunity to set a good standard for Jasmine Tea in Dallas. I've been to locations in other cities and this place can make me happy with 0-50% sugar, for which the tea flavor is not masked. And I enjoyed my tea at the grand opening. Unfortunately since then, I've noticed that the flavor notes are arriving muddled, even burnt. I'm not sure what happened. Is it an issue with the machine? Is it an issue with the tea supply or freshness or storing conditions? I have no clue but I'm waiting for it to go back to tasting amazing again. Until then, just a bit overpriced. I enjoyed the sea salt thai tea though. :) read more

Came during their soft opening, there was a line about 4 stores long, but it moved fast. Once inside, there was another wait for the drinks. They are located in the plaza with 99 ranch. The Jasmine tea was fragrant. The drink overall felt a bit underwhelming. I prefer chi cha sen over this. If you've never had Molly tea, I still recommend to give them a try. I tried the snowy jasmine, premium jasmine milk tea, and matcha white champaca. My favorite was probably the snowy jasmine. The place was packed, but they had a good amount of seats. Impressed by how fragrant and fresh the tea and materials are. We ordered the jasmine milk tea and the snowy jasmine with no ice and no sugar. The order came out with the perfect blend of tea and sweetness for us. The price is about $1-2 higher compared to other chains but the taste won us over. We are excited to try other flavors. read more

Service was good. Very busy on the weekends but they were quick and efficient with the drink order. Took about 20 ish minutes from waiting in line to ordering and receiving my drink. Very organized in who did what on the station whether is placing sticker onto the cup or calling out orders for people to receive. Also their merch are super cute. Only wish I got their hair clips. read more

Terrible opening-day experience. The store was overcrowded, so I waited outside for 20 minutes and received no phone notification. When I went back in, they said they were closed and had thrown away all four of my paid milk teas. No apology, no refund. Completely unacceptable. read more
