It's a great location and never too crowded. Now I know why, it's an alright spot. It's not bad but it isn't amazing either. Customer service is great. However, they got my order wrong. I asked for additionally mango and no agave on top. My açaí banana berry bowl came with no mango and no agave. I was told mangos were inside but as I took it home to eat it, there was no sight of frozen mangos. I am unsure if I was charged extra for the mangos as well which is disappointing. I wouldn't recommend trying this location. The only great thing I would want more of is the granola which was a small layer in bowl. Everything else didn't taste as fresh. I've been Braum's many times and that's where I get my milk. I can't believe the low prices for such high-quality dairy . I come from the West Coast and other than Tillamook creamery, there is nothing even close to Brahms in terms great bang for your buck. I've been here 4 times now, since it seems all the Smoothie Factory locations near me have recently closed. My experience at Nekter has been a little inconsistent. I have had the "Health Nut" smoothie twice. The first time, it was great. When I ordered it again a few days later, it tasted like chalk and had no real flavor to it at all. To their credit, they re-did it immediately when I asked and then it was fine. The "PB Mocha" is the other smoothie I've had here, twice. It's very tasty but a little bit heavy on the stomach. I wish the smoothies here were a little bit lighter. These definitely are meant to be meal replacements, as I soon discovered. Really love that this place was open at 7am on a Saturday. Perfect time for a night nurse to get off of work and grab a yummy açaí bowl after a long shift. I ordered a açaí banana berry (minus the berries on top). The worker was really helpful and made the açaí bowl to the right amount of sweetness that I like. The açaí bowl was tasty and the sweetness was just right for a person like me who loveeeee sweet stuff. The worker suggested on adding more agave syrup if I wanted it to be sweet and she was right! Btw, this is the only location that opens at 7AM ... I think the one on tollway opens at 8AM instead. Definitely will be coming back here for some more delicious açaí bowl. read more

I was looking for a healthy late breakfast and Nekter hit the spot. It seems like the acai bowls are limited in Dallas/Plano area but Nekter's are excellent. Their bowls are HUGE for the price. I ordered the Acai Banana Berry Bowl which comes strawberries, blueberries, banana, hempseed and granola. I requested almond butter on top to add some protein and I'm not sure they even charged me for it. The fruits were very fresh and the blueberries were perfectly sour. The customer service was great and the store itself was bright and clean. My only gripe is they didn't have enough chairs for the tables. I'm assuming they may have just been in the back.
