The absolute worst smoothie I've had in my entire life and it doesn't help that the employee working had a ton of attitude throughout the whole experience. Got the Viva La Berry with kiwi and there was zero fruit flavor. I don't know what he put in, but I don't think it was fruit. It tasted bitter and muddled and old. It was also way too watery to be considered a smoothie. They don't use high quality ingredients here for sure. I implore you to skip this place. read more

Jugo had yummy bites plus healthy choices so it was a no brainer. My friend had a fruit smoothie bowl and I had the Pineapple Express smoothie. Both were perfectly blended and delicious. Super awesome clean establishment right next to the friendly pizza shop. Glad to see these businesses at grandscape thriving, so much so that when I ordered a prebuilt protein bowl they were out of the acia base, strawberries, and probably bowls at this point. My thing is that if your selling point are fresh fruits and smoothies and you run out of fruits then you let go of your inventory person and allow your team to close because you can no longer accommodate customers with your products. This is by far the worst bowl I have ever had. I tried my best to still eat it but is was such an unpleasant experience especially after paying so much & waiting 30 minutes. Unfortunately I couldn't finish half of it and had to ask for a refund. 1. The açaí base was mainly a concoction of other juices, and some over powering sweetener that leaves a terrible chemical aftertaste & I actually like stevia so I'm not sure what was used 2. They freeze the base overnight so it's an frozen ice texture because of all the juices used. It's was like eating dry ice, not a smoothie base. 3. The goji berries were stale & almost a crunchy texture 4.. The top of the bowl is slim which creates a messy eating experience as all the toppings fall off. 5. After receiving a refund I had to beg for a return receipt. Got all the way back to my car to realize the customer before me was refunded for a juice. So I had to park again and go all the way back inside to finally be refunded. Terrible way to start a Saturday. The 1 star is solely for how sweet Annabelle is. 11 am on a Saturday morning she's making 7 orders (alone), taking orders at the register, serving customers at their table, answering phones guiding customers to the location, & training! I watched her run around for 30 minutes making sure everyone was happy and remaining professional and friendly, while under all that pressure. She offered to make me another bowl but it wasn't the craftsmanship that made it terrible it was the ingredients used so I declined. Side note all the frozen fruit is "great value brand" not organic. The best açaí bowls I've had in Texas. The vibe was awesome at Jugo. My husband loved the viva la berry smoothie and I was delighted by build your own bowl. The açaí base was so smooth and reminded me of a sorbet but healthy. We tried one of the juices too- LFG. Super fresh, watermelon taste. Loved the fact they had all these different choices of bases including pitaya and blue magic with spirulina. Definitely going to make it out here again. I attended this business over the Halloween Week, the Sunday of the Dia de Los Muertos Event. The store was very crowded (which is expected). I completed a mobile order 20 min before going in for pick up. The order wasn't ready after 20 minutes and one of the employee didn't even believe I had an order, I had to show my online order confirmation even though I would think if you have an online order system it would tell you the orders so that they're actually ready. After verifying my order he informs me they don't have any juice only almond milk, I decided it was fine once I had already waited 20 min plus for order and additional 10 to be helped (30 minutes total). The smoothie and two waters was 18$ which would've been okay if the smoothie was actually good. The smoothie tasted incorrectly made I ordered a smoothie without banana I'm pretty sure it only had bananas and mangos as it was a yellow color. I ordered a smoothie with kiwi pineapple and strawberries stated nothing like that only two flavors I tasted were banana and milk. The consistency was the texture of water not a smoothie. This was the worst smoothie I've ever had, I understand the weekend was busy but if you can't properly serve customers on busy event days then you should close your doors or offer a select prepared menu .
