When I went to order, the employee assisting me said, "Ma'am, I can't hear you, you have to speak louder." While I understand it might have been genuinely hard to hear me, it was her tone and overall demeanor that really missed the mark. Instead of being understanding, she made me feel like an inconvenience and a hindrance just for being there. Exceptional customer service means treating people with kindness, especially when you don't know what kind of day they've had. I love the drinks here, but the attitude today was really disappointing.

First off the manager/owner didn't even look at me when ordering so that already put me off. Secondly they were charging for higher quality matcha in a matcha drink. Idk if that's normal but sounds greedy to me. If you have a matcha drink you should be serving the best not only if you pay extra. Finally it took forever with no warning. Ordered a drink at 1050 AM and waited 45 minutes - still no drink. It wasn't until after someone requested a refund did the owner start telling people it was going to be a 45 minute wait - which is false because I already waited 45 minutes. When I finally went up to ask how many orders until my order, he answered 8. 8 more orders (not drinks) after already waiting 45 minutes. Absurd. Ended up getting my own refund and leaving. I brought my two boys here tonight about 45 minutes before closing to get snow cones…read more Unfortunately, all three of our snow cones had such a strong Pine-Sol taste that we couldn't eat them and had to throw all of them away. Hoping it was just the snow cones, I reordered and paid for ice cream instead. I asked the teenagers working if they had cleaned the snow cone machines with Pine-Sol, and they said no, they had only mopped the floors. The smell of Pine-Sol was so overwhelming that you could smell it outside the trailer even with all the windows closed. I explained that we had to throw away all of our snow cones because of the taste, and I suggested they might want to air the trailer out because the chemical smell was so strong that I was genuinely concerned about the employees breathing it in and all the snow cones were absorbing the taste. Every concern I brought up was met with shrugs and brushed off, which was honestly the most disappointing part of the experience for me. To make matters worse, another family who was there at the same time also threw away everything they ordered except the ice cream. They decided to just get waters because they didn't want to risk ordering anything else. Between the ruined snow cones and the complete lack of concern or accountability from the staff, my boys left disappointed, and so did I. we won't be returning.
