I love their gola kebabs and club sandwiches, they're super well made and have been consistent in quality every time I order them. I also will get an their berry acai bowl which I love. read more

A while ago I ordered a chicken tikka, fully knowing they are slow and take 30+ min to fulfill orders. It took 45 min and the chicken was raw and pink on the inside. When I told them of this, they said they'll make another. 45 min later I got another pink, raw chicken. 1.5 hr later and I have two raw thicken thighs. Just now, I DoorDashed chicken tikka again thinking maybe it'll be cooked this time. Raw chicken again. At this point it's completely my fault that I keep coming back honestly. And if you order ahead and come in to pick it up, they won't start making your order until you show up. There's plenty of reviews below to confirm that this is a normal habit for them. read more

I mean this is the wait time for a full breakfast, I thought I was coming to grab a quick smoothie and keep running my errands. I could have went to a sit down breakfast for this wait time. Never again!! It felt racist, they prioritized everyone else's smoothie but waited for me to walk up and then started to make it! I asked for a refund!! read more

Extremely hot inside, ordered once online and they got the order wrong. They also took forever to help us and make our order, ordered a cream cheese bagel and it took over 20 minutes.. what place on earth takes that long? Don't come here to eat unless you love wasting time and money. read more

Time for a review update? Well..yelp is kinda pushing me into this one since alls I did was add some pics but ya know what, these guys deserve all their props! The food's been consistently high quality and they have maintained it. They've added to their Pakistani menu with chaat which is really good and reasonably priced, on top of their already great food options. My favorite remains the weekend halwa-puri although sometimes they forget the pickled onions which is a minor boo, and their take on the venerable club sandwich. Occasionally they'll have gulab jaman as well which is absolutely killer, but sadly I have not seen it offered recently. I usually do take away as it's not a big establishment and they are often busy during weekends when I find myself here. That said, the inside is nice and they've kept it well maintained and their staff has always been great. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

This place is never open when they say they are. If you've changed your hours then change your online listing or at least post them on the door of your business. The food is great but you're not helping your business keeping people confused about your hours - that's how you lose business. Google says you're open at 7am T-F, even your website says you're open at 7 am T-F....???? It's currently 8:32 am and you're still not open ‍ This must be an 'open when you feel like it' establishment. read more

Cafe Acai - 2 Heavenly Acai Bowls - Acai Bowls Near Me - Frisco, Texas

The store itself is adorable and has a great atmosphere but the service was incredibly slow, it took over 20 minutes for two smoothie bowls when we were the only other people there when we placed the order. Both the orders came out incorrectly and we ended up asking for a refund as the taste wasn't very good either and the bowls were half full of toppings. The woman assisting us was very polite though and gave us a full refund when we asked. Unfortunately don't think we will return. read more

While they were out of ingredients to make the Mango Lassi I wanted, I ended up getting the mango tango smoothie and their breakfast bagel with capers and fish. Suuuper tasty, very fresh, clearly made with real ingredients. The service was very polite and attentive. It was a nice quiet place to sit and write. :) (No photo bc I ate it too fast haha) read more

Ordered 2smoothies. No one was there when we ordered, we got our first smoothie it was watery and looked liked someone ate it since it was 1inch empty from the top. More people came and their food came out but our second one didn't come out still. We were patiently waiting and trying to be understanding that they might have forgot but it was taking way too long so I asked if our second one is ready and they were like sorry we're getting that ready.. but still waited forever, I told them I want to cancel the order since it's been way too long but the guy ignored me and start making the order then! Of course the smoothie wasn't even filled and looked again like someone ate it.. I ordered 24oz but looks like 16oz. All tables looked never cleaned.. never coming to this dirty rude place again . read more

Really nice staff- so friendly! Excellent and fast on our order and beautiful açaí bowl.

The worker was in the back when I arrived. After about 5 mins he came out and did not acknowledge me. I greeted him and he did not respond. When he finally acknowledged me he nodded. I advised him I was there to pickup my online order, which consisted of 2 juices. My order was not ready. Another person patron placed an order about 3 minutes after I was told my order was not ready. That woman ordered the same juices that I did and hers was ready shortly after. I was standing right in front of the worker and said "excuse me sir" to ask how much longer my order would be. He ignored me and walked to the back. I cancelled my order, and immediately left. I order juice from here, every morning but it is usually delivered to me. After experiencing this I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Just like Buddy the Elf qualifies maple syrup as a food category, I think açaí/ smoothie bowls are one of my own food groups. I could eat one every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly content. So when Cafe Açaí was nearby and I was really needing sustenance, it was as easy as realizing New York Santa was an imposter (please refer to the movie Elf if you don't understand). Cafe Açaí is pretty cute, and they have more than just açaí. But as I was looking at the menu for bowls, it was a little difficult to read and decipher, because of the weird way it was laid out. And compared to other açaí places I've been, it seemed that their bowls had less toppings than most places, so it's extra $$ to add them which is never bueno. But besides having meager original toppings, the bowls themselves are HUGE. My cousin and I both got one and neither of us were able to finish them because we were way too full. But they were good- like I said, I'm always happy with açaí! read more

Best acai bowls and smoothies in the frisco area! Friendly staff and quick preparation. Lots of flowers to make the store nice

This place is a TRUE gem! Let's start with how all their ingredients are hormone free, antibiotic free, msg free, no added sugars, no dairy, gluten free and HALAL. #iykyk I got the heavenly bowl and it really is HEAVENLY the goji berries and almond butter inside pair so well together. My friend got the Smokey turkey and I can honestly say it's the best turkey sandwich I've ever had. Super fresh ingredients and you don't feel heavy after eating it. We also got the pink tea and a mango smoothie which were supreme! I can't recommend this place enough read more

Terrible service. Ordered at 2:07 pm got my smoothie at 2:50. 43 minutes for a smoothie and a bowl I don't know why god even gave me the patience to wait. I could've waited in the sun in line at Hutchins for all that. Then it's not even that good. Huge mistake please do not waste your time or money with this sad excuse for a business. I see over 6 people moving back and forth between the kitchen and wasted my Sunday afternoon in this sorry excuse for a business. No sense of urgency, no sense of respect for a paying customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

By far the LARGEST açaí bowl you can find in the area. For 10 bucks, it better be good AND it was. I got the heavenly açaí bowl and it had flavor, crunch, lots of fruit, and very filling. You kinda need to read the menu because each one had different stuff that was blended in the smoothie and what is sprinkled on the top of the bowl. The portions were huge for my kiddos but if you get it on the way home, you could fridgerate the other half for later. Definitely a healthy alternative and a bowl is pretty much a meal! read more

I really had high hopes from the food but cannot give 5 stars because of a few reasons. I have not tried the smoothies or acas bowls here. I have ordered the Breakfast menu for the weekend. It was the Puri chole platter with 3 poories, potato curry, chhole curry and Halwa. The halwa is the star in this platter. very authentic and flavorful! The taste is North Indian and not South Indian inspired. This taste is unique for South Asian taste buds. However, all the dishes are extremely oily and does give you indigestion. So, beware of that. I have tried the Kashmiri tea twice. The first time was really good. Pink in color, flavorful and had dry fruit pieces in it. But the next time was really bad, no flavor or color. The Doodh Patti tea is really bad, not suitable for pro chai lovers! I also the tried the Avocado Toast, which is pretty basic. The service is not consistent. One time it was super late and another time super fast. Ambiance is casual and clean. read more

Really tasty bun kabab, chat and panini. Karachi level taste. Paratha was good too. Staff is friendly. Decent ambient.

great food, I personally like the zingers and bun kebab. The seating is a little cramp but food is fine

Good value for money. Food quality is good and so is the service. I usually order anda-Shami burger

Totally fell in love the minute I walked in. We purchased the 'Sunshine and the Milky Way' hands down delicious. It's fresh, fruity, crunchy, the perfect taste. Staff was so sweet. Cute inside decor with seating area. I'm excited to try the other Acai flavors and juices. Not sure if I should try the ginger, cayenne pepper or turmeric shot first. Either way I will be back. read more

I have been ordering the açaí bowls here for a few years now and have always loved them. But now, you don't even get a full bowl anymore. The portion size has gone down the last few times. This time, it was barely over half full. I am being charged over $14 because I added coconut and strawberries, and it's definitely not worth it. It had little chunks of strawberry, so maybe about a half a strawberry finely diced. This time, I asked about the quantity overall and got a shoulder shrug. Doesn't even match the picture on their menu. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Lost a frequent customer. read more

This place is phenomenal! They were able to accommodate a 24-hour order for a small family gathering we were having. We ordered the Ninja Chicken, the smokey turkey, and the Reuben. We got eight sandwiches of each and had them split. They were so delicious. We had about 25 people over (mkx of adults and kids) and everybody had plenty to eat. We had leftovers and we kept snacking on them for a couple days and they were still just delicious. I will return for all my sandwich catering needs. read more

Came here to catch up with a high school friend and was so pleasantly surprised by how yummy this place was! We got the Divine Glow Bowl ($8.95) and it was the perfect blend of sweet berries and banana with granola and coconut on top. It is a tad on the expensive side for smoothie bowls, but we split one and the portion was easily enough for two. Very refreshing and cute interior too! read more
