I opted for the Ube Cloud because I'm Filipino and a sucker for anything ube. Presentation-wise, it was a 10/10--the drink looked amazing! It's also packed with vitamins and a lot of healthy ingredients, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the flavor wasn't quite what I expected. The ube flavor was very faint and didn't have that distinct ube taste I'm used to. Instead, the peanut butter completely took over. The inside of the cup is lined with peanut butter, and that was pretty much the main flavor I tasted throughout the drink. It wasn't bad by any means, but if you're ordering this specifically because you love ube, you might be a little disappointed. The shop itself is modern and inviting, and I could definitely see it being a nice place to chill, work, or study. Service didn't take too long while I was there, although I could see the wait adding up if they were busy. Overall, it was a decent smoothie, just not nearly as ube-forward as I was hoping for. I'd still come back and try some of their other smoothies!

While I understand it might have been genuinely hard to hear me, it was her tone and overall demeanor that really missed the mark. Instead of being understanding, she made me feel like an inconvenience and a hindrance just for being there. Exceptional customer service means treating people with kindness, especially when you don't know what kind of day they've had.
