My experience at Marble Slab in Daphne was extremely disappointing from the moment we walked in. The customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. The employees didn't greet us, didn't smile, and acted as if we were bothering them just by coming into the store. There was absolutely no enthusiasm or welcoming attitude. To make matters worse, several ice cream flavors were unavailable, leaving very few options to choose from. It's frustrating to visit an ice cream shop only to find that many of the products you're expecting aren't even in stock. The combination of poor customer service, lack of friendliness, and limited ice cream selection made for a horrible overall experience. A simple greeting and positive attitude can go a long way, but unfortunately, neither was present during our visit. I will not be returning to this location, and I certainly can't recommend it based on the experience we had. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both customer service and product availability. read more

I stopped by this ice cream shop and was impressed from the moment I walked in. The service was warm and welcoming, with staff who were quick to help and genuinely friendly. The ice cream itself was creamy, fresh, and packed with flavor definitely some of the best I've had. They offered generous portions at a fair price, which made it even better. Overall, it's the kind of place I'll happily come back to and recommend to friends. read more
