I was feeling rather sad for myself after a lousy morning and knew I needed to treat myself to dinner and dessert in an effort to turn my evening around. I'd actually found Henry's a few days ago while looking for a hot dog spot. I'd already devoured a dinner plate when I arrived so a hot dog was out of the question for this visit but I'm totally doing a hot dog, followed by ice cream on my next visit. My split cone, and patriotic rainbow sprinkled waffle cone was soul satisfying! I sat outside and it melted all over. Not a single f given. I left a sticky mess but totally worth it. I'll surely return in the future and hope these two flavors are staples because they nailed them. I've tasted some great ice cream and to be completely honest, that wedding cake flavor should be award winning if it isn't. The flavor profile combined with the texture components. Sensational! Service was friendly. Highly recommend.

I'm not strictly dairy-free, but I avoid it as much as possible--and when it comes to dessert, that…read moreusually means settling for sorbet or skipping it altogether. But Paciugo? They changed the game. Their dairy-free gelato selection is nothing short of a revelation. Not just a flavor or two off in the corner, but a real, thoughtful spread of creamy, bold, legitimately delicious options. Smooth texture, rich taste, zero sacrifice. I finally get to enjoy gelato like everyone else--without the worry or the regret. Let me be honest though: I fully intended to take a picture on my first visit. I wanted to document this magical moment. But that first bite? It distracted me. I blinked and it was gone. All I had left was a clean cup and a happy sigh. Now I've made it a tradition. I'll keep coming back, and I'll keep trying to get that perfect photo before the gelato disappears again. No promises. Paciugo isn't just a dessert stop--it's a rare find for those of us trying to keep our balance without missing out on joy. The staff is kind, the flavors rotate, and the experience always hits. If you're dairy-conscious but still love indulgence, this is your sweet spot. #HayiaSophiaFaves #DairyOptionalJoy #FriscoGelatoFinds

The staff member we interacted with was super polite and courteous and was able to offer us some samples which we really appreciated! The only downside is that the smells from the bathroom were pretty bad - it was probably just from it being there a while or some kind of cleaner - not too sure. But overall great experience!

The main dish just wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't because it wasn't well made, it was more of a texture preference for me. The potatoes were a little overcooked for my liking, although a friend at our table said his were great. I did, however, love the gigantes! Our table also shared the Trio of Dips (tirokafteri, hummus, and skordalia), the moussaka, the Brazilian steak, and the Aegean stuffed pepper. The tirokafteri and hummus were both delicious. The skordalia wasn't for me, but that's simply because it's essentially a chilled potato dip, not a reflection of the restaurant. The Brazilian steak was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.
