Thank you! Best customer service! Cinnamon roll was great! Thank you to the employees who went the extra mile and put the little crown on the cinnamon roll for us. Every year we celebrate our daughter with a cinnamon roll from cinnaholic. And it really meant a lot to us that we opened up our box and saw that. Her dad was really touched by that detail. I got an order of mini cinnamon rolls to go. It was their last dozen. They didn't have a box to fit them and tried to make one out of another box. I was disappointed in the whole process and they weren't even that good, especially for the price. read more

We were looking for a sweet treat and were thrilled when we saw this Cinnaholic store. I've only ever had them in Vegas, so I was happy when I saw this one. I love the cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic because they are definitely satisfying. The store was clean and inviting during our visit. We were the only customers in the store, but we chose not to eat here because we got the feeling that the woman behind the counter didn't want to be bothered. Overall, our cinnamon rolls didn't disappoint. They were warm, sweet, and delicious. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was due solely to the service we received. The woman behind the counter was not friendly or welcoming. She was in the back room when we walked in and she didn't smile or offer much of a welcome. She rushed through our order and handed us our rolls. It seemed to me that she just wanted to get us out of the store quickly so she could get back to her cellphone. We definitely didn't feel welcome based on the service we received. Not sure I'd return to this particular store based on the service we received, but as far as the cinnamon rolls, I definitely recommend them. read more

Cinnaholic is a great place for sweet dessert lovers! Build your own cinnamon roll, choose from an extensive menu, or try other items such as cookies/drinks! The campfire smores roll was loaded with toppings. Keep in mind it definitely is a bit sweet and heavy, so it may not appeal to those with a milder sweet tooth. Service is always friendly, and the ambiance is nice and simple! read more

The cinnamon roll was way too sweet. The frosting was a huge scoop slathered on top. It made the cinnamon roll extremely sweet and all you can taste is frosting. The ambiance is very relaxed and the cashier was very kind. The concept is cool and innovative! However, it was just way too sweet and overpowering. read more

This place had the worst customer service. I'm not sure if there's a language barrier where there are misunderstandings, if the employees just aren't paying attention because they're too busy chatting with each other or if the employees truly just want to rush out of work and don't care about taking the correct order. The worst part is that I gave them a $5+ dollar tip at the beginning of the transaction just to take my order which was all wrong in the end. I took my out of town sister and her kids to the Mckinny Cinnabon (highway 121) to order 5 cinnamon rolls and the only two employees working told me they were closing in 10 minutes as to pursued me to leave and not order. That was strange because it was 6:36pm (based on the timestamp of my receipt) so I guess they close at 6:46pm? I told them our family would just take them to go and eat them at home and not delay them from closing. The two employees were talking to each other while they were taking my order. We spent more than $41 at $8.25 each and got completely different cinnamon rolls than what I ordered and only 4 were input not 5. I pointed out when I got my cinnamon roles they were wrong and that I ordered 5 not 4. They offered me a 5 already made cinnamon role at a charge of $8.25 that wasn't the role we even ordered or wanted. I just took the bag and left with the 4 wrong cinnamon roles. read more

Bought these as half a dozen for a friend's birthday and they were the UGLIEST things I've ever seen. For $50... absolutely annoyed the helll out of me. Why wouldn't you let the buns cool before decorating them??? As soon as I got home and opened the boxes it was a complete mess. No they didn't drop or move you can tell all of the icing and toppings was melted off. No wonder the worker didn't want me to open the boxes there to combine them in one big box.. nah this ruined my gift and ruined my day. Flavor wise this was NOT worth $8 a bun.. save your money. read more

Delicious always sweet ladies taking orders and quick service! Establishment looks clean too!

The cashier seemed disinterested in what she was doing. We ordered 1 Old Skool and 2 with blueberries and strawberries. Their classic cinnamon rolls are delicious. Depending on the month the icing may be a different color. My husband and I went Saturday night 9/28/24 and ordered 4 Cinnamon Rolls. 2 of them were good, the other 2 were just okay to me. However the 1 star is because of the customer service. Upon walking in 1 lady did greet us, however, the lady taking our order has such a BAD ATTITUDE and it made me because my husband gave a 15% tip and this is the "customer service" we received. As a vegan of 7 years I am always looking for the best vegan eats and sweets. So while I am visiting some friends in Texas I found a Cinnaholic down the road! I first had Cinnaholic in San Jose, CA however they permanently closed very recently which is a major bummer. Anyway, I introduced my friends to the delightful cinnamon rolls here and although my friends are not vegan they loved it! They said if I hadn't told them it was fully vegan they would have never known. We visited the McKinney location and the service was quick, staff were welcoming and polite and had us in and out in less than 10 mins. I loved the year round Christmas tree they have decorated for the spring season :) we ordered an original roll, some baby buns with cake batter frosting and the cookie butter roll. I usually go for the monkeys business which is chocolate and bananas or the s'mores (you can't go wrong with marshmallows and chocolate!) but I wanted something different this time. The cookie butter was absolutely amazing and I went back the next day to get it again! Cookie butter frosting, cookie butter crumbles, oh my! So so good. I highly recommend for any and all who love a good cinnamon roll whether you are vegan or not, this is something you don't want to miss! -cinnamon rolls - signature or build your own -cookie dough - regular, signature or build your own -baby buns - comes with your choice of frosting read more

Okay so basically I feel like the Richardson Cinnaholic location spoiled me and raised my expectations waaaaay too high. Last weekend I went there for the first time and was absolutely blown away! Everything was absolutely perfect. So whenever I saw that a McKinney location, recently opened, I was elated! I mean hello, who wouldn't want to live 10 minutes away from the heavenly place that cinnamon roll dreams are made of? With that in mind, naturally, and perhaps naively, I was expecting to receive the same level of perfection I was met with last week. Sadly, that was absolutely not the case. As you can see from my photo, they DEFINITELY didn't give me anywhere near the amount of toppings I received at the Richardson location. There was more icing than anything else and the other toppings seem to have been an afterthought. Also, the cinnamon roll wasn't as fresh and fluffy as the one I received at the Richardson location. Was it the worst thing in the world? Of course not! It just absolutely did not meet my (perhaps, unfairly set) expectations. After comparing both photos, I really can't wrap my mind around the fact that I paid the same price for both of them, especially since the one from this location is noticeably unimpressive in comparison to the other. Maybe this was just a fluke since they just opened and things will improve after they work out the kinks? Who knows. I truly hope so. But yeah, even though I'm pretty bummed about it, a lesson was DEFINITELY learned. I am willing to give this location another chance in the future, but in the meantime, the next time my craving strikes, I will absolutely make the 20 minute drive to the Richardson location. read more

I am excited to have a place to go to that my entire family can enjoy!! I mean who can turn down a cinnamon roll? I can tell you who can and they are people who are vegan who generally don't have a vegan cinnamon roll option lol. They have everything from basic cinnamon to anything but basic! And they're GOOD! The girls working were so nice. I probably waited less than 10 mins for my order. I saw a lot of people coming in for their online order or doordash pickup so I'm glad to see those are options for when we don't want to wait or want an amazing dessert delivered to us! read more

My sister and I were just looking for a place to get some breakfast and this spot popped up in our page. We thought we would go and try it and had zero regrets. It was so, so yummy and the service was awesome. The owner was so friendly and patient while we took forever to choose what we wanted because of all the great options. It is a little small but there's enough space for one - two couples to sit inside the store if needed. They also have vegan chocolate chip cookies that were fire . Because I am a cookie lover, I enjoyed that even more than the cinnamon rolls but no matter what you choose from here, you cannot go wrong! read more

I just want to say thank you to Delish Bubble tea for NOT being open so I decided to go to Cinnaholic instead. :). What an amazing place. I had the caramel apple roll and it was fantastic! It was almost TOO sweet (which I don't say often!!) but it was so good. I took some items home so we got to try the brownie, cinnadoodle cookie and Texas pecan roll. There was not one that I would not order again. I'm actually happy this is a little farther away or I would be having a serious weight issue! I've done pickup and ordered delivery from Cinnaholic a few of times now. All icing is dairy-free - and options include fruit with cinnamon roll toppings (in-store only) for those seeking/needing gluten-free options. Whether it's a caramel praline, tropical (with banana and blueberries), raspberry/apple/blueberry pie - all flavors have been delicious and make a fun treat - and even sweet gift. I recommend picking up four cinnamon rolls for a group of four and splitting them 4-ways so that you get to try more flavors and figure out which ones you like best:) read more

Literally, the most dangerous place to enter. I'm allergic to cinnamon, yes, I know, who on earth is allergic to cinnamon? And who would eat cinnamon rolls, if they're allergic, Me!!!! BUT I LOVE CINNAMON ROLLS. LIKE LOVE THEM. So, I had to try them out. The young girl that worked there was so sweet, and nice, and the icing, I literally just want to eat a bowl of it. Also, they have cookie dough, IT IS PHENOMENAL. Not only did i get a traditional cinnamon roll, I got a scoop of cookie dough. Man, was my stomach hurting, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!! And yes, 10 out of 10 I will treat myself to this every once in awhile, even if I'm suffering for a day after, ITS THAT GOOD. Five hearts for service and yumminess! read more

Cinnaholic McKinney You had me at cinnamon and sugar! I was a little overwhelmed at first with all of the options for icing and toppings but I decided to just go with it and try it all! I've been here a few times so far and I try to get something a little different each time. This time I got the marshmallow icing with brownie bites, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate syrup. It tastes just like s'mores! They have a s'mores option with everything preselected but I mixed it up a little. We also got the cinnasticks. They were really good! You get to pick a flavor of dipping icing with those too. You can go inside and order but if you're in a hurry or you're ordering for someone else to pick up they have a convenient curbside option and online ordering. These cinnamon rolls are to die for! 100% vegan and you'd never know it. I got the TX praline and it was decadent! A warm cinnamon roll topped with their house made pralined pecans and cream cheese icing. It was worth every calorie and I have no regrets. The staff was friendly and did a great job explaining how each special is made. I will definitely be back and am thankful this location is all the way across town or I'd be here way too much. If you have a sweet tooth, I can assume you already know every ice cream cone in town. Cinnaholic is similar to an ice cream shop.. except they're rolling out fresh and ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls. The service is quick, clean and an easy take out option if you aren't looking to hang out there as space is limited. I love their classic 'Old Skool' roll or baby buns. It's obvious this specific shop puts their heart and soul into customer happiness as well. Something harder to find these days. They also have a text opt-in / rewards program where they text you every once in awhile about '$1' roll days or specials. Easy way to brighten your day. read more

so I drove 30 min on my break just to get a roll. I was a little indecisive at first but I finally picked one. I got a peanut butter frosted with strawberry jam, hoping it would taste like a pbj. I get to my car I pop that thang open and go to town . Three bites in I pull a blond hair out of my mouth!!! Lord and behold there was a hair in my roll. I was pissed because when I took it back in , I was offered another one but at that point who would want another right after tasting head and shoulders. Probably will never be back as I show the cashier the hair I get a peep into the kitchen . What do you know the Baker is swinging her pony tail back and forth . Maybe ditch the ball cap and grab an actual hair net please. read more

These are gourmet cinnamon rolls so be prepared to shed from your wallet. But the taste lives up to the price, for the most part. There are some classic flavors or you can customize--I recommend this as there are just so many toppings to choose from. I customized my roll adding vanilla frosting, Oreos, and brownie bites (paid $6.22 including tax), and it smelled amazing in the car. After eating a salty lunch, I dug into the roll and the first bite felt like heaven. But it got excruciatingly sweet very quickly, and I honestly thought my body would run out of insulin! Eating one was already a sweetness overload for me; definitely wouldn't recommend eating two for one person. read more

We love cinnaholic and so happy to find vegan options for when we want a sweet treat! All of the options we've tried are delicious.

Delicious cinnamon rolls. We ordered the Classic and did a "make your own" which was a Maple glaze and pecans, and a blueberry roll. The classic had so much frosting on it that it overpowered the delicious of the dough. We just scraped some of it off with a knife. But if the frosting is what you're craving, then I'd order the original. Service was great and very friendly. I'd definitely return read more
