For some reason the past couple years the Tiff's Treat in Allen has bad customer service, if you can't be friendly or seem to like your job, maybe you should find something else. You have a customer service job and that requires you to be friendly at all times and smile, greet the customers, be polite. Ordered multiple dozen cookies over 24 hours in advance for delivery. 30 minutes before the end of the arrival window, I called and was told they are about to walk out the door and will be on their way. 14 minutes later I called back and was told they didn't have a driver to deliver them so my only option was to pick them up in person which meant I didn't get them in time for my daughter's teammates. read more

I've used Tiff's Treats often for cookie deliveries to clients, teachers, birthdays, etc but this experience left looking for another treat delivery service. I drove 30 minutes to this location, only to be told the cookies I came for weren't available, after I saw him packing the cookies for other orders. After telling him I saw I whole pan in the back that he was working on upon arrive, he then proceeded to tell me he only have 20 left. I'm not sure what that had to do with me, as I came to place an order. Needless to say, I left with no cookies but was able to order the same cookie on uber eats and recieve them within 40 minutes from the exact location. I emailed their customer service and was advised that the cookies weren't available for walk-ins, however that was never communicated online or in-store. Staff offered no solutions and customer service followed up with excuses instead of taking accountability. Poor communication and no effort to make it right. Definitely lost a customer! read more

The thick, dense, odd cookies today by mistake. Almost like thin scones. Not the chewy, flavorful cookies you always get from Tiffs. Pretty sure today's batch was a mistake. There's no way you intentionally change what works so well lol. Dry, thick, & puffy. Ordered them for the charity offer today & was a bit disappointed you couldn't increase the donation. We love Tiff's cookies. We fell in love with tiffs cookies when we lived in Austin. The cookies are super soft, flavorful, still warm when you pick them up and they just disappear in your mouth. I'm not a huge fan of cookies but I can always eat tiffs cookies. We have tried all their flavors and our favorites are chocolate, snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin and sugar cookies. I would recommend to try their assortment box to try all of their flavors and from time to time they have seasonal flavor. Also a must try! I love the convenience of ordering online and once you arrive. Just text them that you have arrived and someone will come out and bring your box of cookies. And y'all they also deliver for 5$ of charge your yummy cookies. Y'all don't know how many times we have ordered their cookies to friends for various occasions and they were always a hit. And every time the delivery person texted me that they have successfully delivered my order. Really always best customer service. And of course this location didn't disappoint me at all. Super friendly staff! I asked to separate my order into two different boxes and they did everything I asked them to do. Love their packaging! Tbh, I did not think I would ever spend 18 bucks for cookies BUT ohmahgah!!! Their cookies are so delicious! Like ooey gooey with a lil bit of crunch kine. I ate it warm, cooled down, & reheated & they all tasted delicious Customer service was great. The staff was friendly, attentive, & courteous. Picked up several orders & it was ready ON THE DOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH. Ordered through DoorDash, but the store doesn't want to pay for a dasher to deliver. So instead they take more orders than they can manage. We waited over an hour and a half and then decided since it was past 9pm we would drive to pick them up ourselves. We pay for a delivery service, we pay for a tip for the drivers, we should get a timely delivery. If you can't manage to deliver and the store can't afford DoorDash don't offer the service. read more

I didn't think I'd ever pay $16 for a dozen cookies.....but these cookies are amazing! We order from Tiff's quite frequently. Hot, fresh and chewy/gooey, with a great selection. Make sure you pick up some milk, either there at their store, or on the way home. Their delivery service is awesome too. While driving around the Allen/McKinney area, my dude and I came here for a quick sweet treat. My dude had tried Tiff's Treats before at his work but this was our first time to the store. This cookie shop is kind of similar to what you would see at a Mrs. Fields, service a variety of cookies as well as some other treats like brownies, ice cream and milk. What's cool about this shop is that they warm up the cookies and also offer cookie delivery. My dude and I got 4 cookies: two chocolate chip, one snickerdoodle, and one sugar. They were served warm (via microwave) and we got a milk as well. There weren't any tables to enjoy our cookies, so we ate in the car (which is totally cool with us). We both enjoyed our chocolate chip cookies, and sampled the other cookies. He loved the snickerdoodle, while I loved the sugar. Having them with milk made the tasting very good. Overall, this was a good place to get my cookie fix! It's been even that they are served warm, and having the option for delivery, even at night for those munchies. read more

My 8 year old daughter is a cancer survivor but still had residual tumor present. At her latest MRI she got news that her tumor was completely gone! To celebrate my parents sent her cookies and ice cream. Tiffs treats saw the reason and sent gifts of their own. Words cannot express how thankful we are for the gifts to celebrate such a wonderful milestone. We tried contacting the store directly but kept getting routed to corporate. I was thrilled to get a gift from Tiffs Treats when moving into our recently purchased home in Allen. I was not familiar with them but my better or in this review should say my other half was very familiar. All the cookies in the box looked delicious. The peanut butter was to die for.... I can't really explain how it feels to have one cookies delivered in a box to your doorstep. My sister sent these to my daughter for her birthday, but as her parent and legal guardian, I felt obligated to not only help her carry them, but to sample some of them to make sure they were legitimate. What I can say is that if I did not have milk, it would've been a bad day. From the time we opened the box, I cannot believe how good these cookies smelled. They were warm to the touch. I can't begin to explain how good these cookies tasted as I bit into the first one, so I had another just to make sure it wasn't a dream. I never even knew Tiffs treats existed, but now that I've had my first Tiffs treats experience, I will make sure I send cookies to as many friends as I can, then make sure that I visit them shortly afterward to get myself a few cookies. What a spectacular way to celebrate a special occasion, and what an even better way to send love in the form of a warm delicious treat. Cookies were great, delivery was slow and not free like it was suppose to be, and a I got an email later that my card was charged an extra $5.40 because the delivery driver decided they wanted a tip, so it charged my card EXTRA. I had to email corporate to get the issue resolved, so not worth $40 on cookies. Very disappointed and would rather make my own at home. read more

A friend of mine and I came here on a whim after having dinner. We wanted desserts, but the options on the dinner menu were blah. I'm so glad we came to Tiff's Treats because the cookies were so good. We both had the ice cream cookie sandwiches​, and they were delicious. The cookies were warm and a perfect match with the vanilla ice cream. The establishment doesn't have a designated place to sit, so we sat on some steps nearby and ate our cookies.
