Ambiance-the space is clean and cute. Service-the workers were pleasant and polite. Food-I wanted to try one of the Valentine's item. They are currently offering a heart shaped strawberry mini cake. It has a cream cheese frosting. It's a cute idea and gift for V Day or Galentines. WARNING- It's super sweet though. I would definitely recommend sharing it. This tiny cake packs a SUGAR rush. The taste was good though. The half I ate settled my sweet tooth craving. It's not soft or really moist. More like a crunchy texture. Overall it was a fun experience. This was my first time ever trying Crumbl cookies and I wish I would've taken a bite BEFORE I left the store. The two cookies I received are rock hard. I expected them to be soft in the middle and crunchy on the edges. I hate super hard cookies and I spent $10 so this was a complete disappointment. After a long day of shopping me and my boy went to crumble cookie. After seeing a bunch of tiktoks of people eating the flavors of the week the peach cobbler and skillet cookie was haunting my dreams and thoughts. The skillet cookie was nothing special and not worth the calories or price. However the peach cobbler cookie is possibly the best desert I have ever eaten in my life. The acidity and sweetness of the peaches with the warm hot cookie. Lastly the amazing white cream all over the cookie made me blush and jump around after every bite. I haven't felt this same joy since Britney Griner got freed and it is something I will never forget. read more

Crumbl was bookmarked after my niece described a cookie like a romance novel. I initially was sticker shocked but price is in line with competitors when factoring servings/size. After many visits, Crumbl cookies are decent...some better than others. My niece's fave is the cornbread cookie which took 6 months to be added to menu that changes weekly. Crumbl has issues with consistency as I was not impressed when I first tried cookie. I was able to retry three months later during the mystery cookie promo and it was great. My fave has been the pumpkin and hazelnut cookie. The ordering system must be improved. I have placed several app orders for mini me to pick up and is such a pain. Specifying person who's picking up does no good. We've also ran into this issue at another location closer to mini me. Recently, no one could locate order. They were able to box up using screenshot which was still incorrect. You are also ignored when walking in to pickup counter for order...maybe curbside is best option. The app conveniently adds a tip although picking up order with all the mishaps. If only tip would default to $0 like all other apps. Ordering at the counter seems to be very disconnected as they take your order but you must complete the order using a tablet. I feel the line can move a bit quicker if staff completed this part. Crumbl cookies can be good but must think if pains of ordering is worth it. read more

Really bad customer service! I was there around 3:40 on 10/24/25. I was the only customer in the lobby and there were two employees working up front, no one acknowledged that I was there, finally one of the employees glanced at me but did not say a word. I continue to wait because I could tell they were working on an order. Just because you are working on order does not mean that you couldn't say 'I'll be with you in a minute' or one of them could have stopped to wait on me. I walked out and I will never go back! If that's the way you treat your walk-in customers I can see why the lobby was empty. read more

The cookies are super pretty but taste just ok, and the premium price point is not relative to the taste experience. The service is not friendly. And they charge a hidden service fee. It's unacceptable. Businesses should be up front and transparent if they are going to charge extra amounts post sales and post tax. They should also tell you why. I went back in to confirm there is is no sign to explain the fees. I realize the manager is just going to reply a defensive response (I read the other reviews and the manager tends to respond) but you have to realize customers have values. If those values don't match, this is not the customer base for you. I value integrity. Will not be back. read more

Crumbl Cookies makes me happy. From the pink boxes, to the smell, the amazing customer service & speed, Crumbl does it all so well. In TX we have another cookies comp. who delivers hot cookies, but let me tell you that place is a joke compared to Crumbl! Yes, some of Crumbl's cookies come warm, but even room temperature, OR the next day, these cookies are delicious! I peruse the Sunday reveal on social media or their app & they almost always look amazing. The cookies are such an hearty portion, the dough they use is so tasty & the fact that the flavors change WEEKLY - come on, how could you not be hooked? I will be honest & say there are weeks where none of the cookies appeal to me, but then there are weeks where I want them all. It's probably a good thing I don't want them every week because they make it so easy; the hours, curbside pick-up AND delivery! My all time favorite is the Cinnamon Roll & Cookie Dough Cinnamon Roll, but their weekly "regular" sugar cookie is really yummy too. read more

Having heard good reviews from a family member, I stopped by. They are limiting the number inside and masks are required. The workers were masked up as well. I liked the open baking area and the store was clean and modern. There are iPads available right inside to place your order and it's ready in a snap. When I got my Pb chocolate chip cookie, I immediately liked the size but thought the texture was way too soft and while it was good, it was a bit doughy. I did eat it all though and enjoyed it overall. I'll stop in again and try another flavor. If you like your cookies with a bit more crispness or firm texture, you may not like these. Since I proclaimed myself as a cookie connoisseur, I had to try the new crumbl! So if off during COVID-19, you have to wait in line outside, only 10 people are allowed inside and you have to wear a mask. I waited about 15 minutes for my cookies, the combined time out and for my order. They're very organized. I love how you see the cookies laid out at the counter to see which they have available for the day. The cookies. I can say some of them were a hit but not all of them were. It really just depends on your taste! My favorite cookie was the cookies and cream off top! Nothing that I had could compete with that one so if you're coming here, add that to your box ASAP! The cookies and the cream omg it made the cookie so great and moist. The chocolate chip was the next best. It was your basic cookie but still REALLY moist and overall a great cookie. The red velvet to me was very dry and the chilled sugar tasted just like those sprinkled soft sugar cookies in the grocery store. It just kinda tastes like powder. Though I didn't like it, my dad did, it was his favorite. So I definitely think it's worth a try! Great customer service & very fast. They are expensive. They are delicious. And if you want to make delicious stretch, cut cookies into quarters or at least halves and your waistline will thank you later. I save a lot of time by ordering ahead using their app and picking up at the store. They are a huge hit at the office. Sometimes there are crumbs of the Crumbls to bring home to my husband. I had a major sweet tooth recently and asked one of my friends a place to find the best cookies in the area and they recommended this place. I ordered online to go pick it up and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. So they definitely stick to their online order ready times. The inside is super cool and open. You can see where they make everything so you don't have to worry about "what's going on in the back." It is a rather small space and during COVID measures they are limiting the amount of people in so plan on taking it to go. The staff was super friendly and you can see all of them hard at work. As for the cookies: Chocolate Chip Cookie: I had one immediately while driving back to try it still warm and then another a day later to see the difference. The cookie is rather big but perfectly cooked for a soft chewy experience when fresh. The taste profile wasn't fully to my liking, maybe more butter and flour than sugar, but nothing that should deter you from experiencing it for yourself. Honestly; the day old cookie tasted better to me than the fresh one so if you get multiple see which one you prefer. Cinnamon Swirl: (I don't think this was the name of it but I'm going with it.) this was by far my favorite. The base seemed to be a sugar cookie so had a little bit more crunch to it. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and was highly enjoyable to eat. Peanut Butter: This was really good as well. It has a layer of peanut butter in the inside that enhances the flavor profile. Definitely worth it for all peanut butter lovers. Since their menu changes weekly I will be back to try some more specials. So check them out for yourself and see what you think! read more

very sad when I order my cookies on the app for curbside pick up and I sit in my car for 15 minutes waiting. They don't bring them out to me then I go inside. They have my cookies sitting right there on the counter in the boxes then they don't even open the boxes to present me my cookies and show me which I have worked at Crumbl and that is a thing you have to do is open the boxes present the cookies to the customer and then I get out to my car. I open the boxes in the cookies are wrong so then I go back inside and I tell them both of my cookies that I ordered is wrong and I show them on the app that these are not the cookies that I ordered and the young girls look like they're barely out of high school have such an attitude and just seem like it was an inconvenience for them when I'm just there to get what I paid for. read more
