I found the menu as it was explained to me, confusing. I then proceeded to place orders for what I thought was a doable configuration, then I realized I was barking up the wrong tree. Deciphering a menu should be that hard, but for what ever reason, the menu was more complicated than it needs to be. That aside, I eventually ordered some Passionfruit gelato. It's made to order and frozen with the liquid nitrogen. It was good, but something I probably wouldn't get again. The most best part was the texture. It was very satisfying- like if a cloud became a frozen treat. The atmosphere is pretty noisy and is not really conducive to relaxing. I would get mine to go next time.

However, I decided to give them a go due the the unique flavors on the menu. Luckily for me the owner had a sample of every flavor and I was able to try each one before I committed to buying them. I felt like one of the kids in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory as I experienced each flavor! The flavors were actually pretty good and did not leave a bitter aftertaste; I was sold and proceeded to purchase a dozen of them. Some of my favorite flavors are: cinnamon roll, lemon, cherry almond, butter pecan, frosted animal cookie, and blueberry cheesecake! She has over 100 flavors that she rotates through. I cannot wait to try out some of the other flavors that she has in her rotation. I love supporting local businesses and was thrilled to find out she operates the business with her husband! They are definitely a talented pair, their flavors are unique and delicious! The macarons are very well decorated and presented individually wrapped for sharing! Usually, if I'm coming here it's to be with friends, not to fret over how much ice cream I'm given.
