My daughter chose the Strawberry Tiramisu for her birthday and was so excited to finally cut into it after dinner. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. Instead of being light and creamy, the cake tasted dry and stale. I understand a strawberry tiramisu won't have the exact same texture as a traditional tiramisu, but the cream and cake layers were firm and lacked the fresh, mousse-like consistency we were expecting. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It was especially disappointing because this was the centerpiece of her birthday celebration after she had picked it out herself and looked forward to it all day. We'll definitely continue coming back for the breads and drinks we know and love, but based on this visit alone, I can't give more than three stars. I'm hoping this was just an off day because we've always had great experiences otherwise.
