My wife and I took the grandkids to the Prosper location for a treat after lunch. The kids were so psyched about going there. The girl who waited on our group of kids was very friendly and helpful. They prossessed our order quickly. The cookies looked great, and were delicious, as expected. The store seemed very neat and well organized. hello I just got crumbl for the FIRST and LAST time mind you. I got 3 miniature cookies and a cake l. For the price I think is outrageous especially for the quality and taste of the products. The miniature chocolate chip cookie I received not only came soggy but stale I don't even know you could have both consistency's in one but somehow yall did. My second concern is the basic pink sugar cookie not only was it colder than Antarctica itself but it was EXTREMELY sugary and hard. the frosting and the cookie literally separated from itself. Not to mention the obscure smell of the store .I will give it to them the cake was better than the cookies but still didn't meet standard. For all the hype and reviews I expected better especially with the outrageous price and calories included. Do better crumbl!! read more

Cautious with in-store purchase using Apple Pay. I walked into this location tonight, ordered one single cookie through the in-store order and checked out using Apple Pay. Staff informed me that they did not have my order and yet would not honor my order even after showing my pending proof of purchase on my credit card statement. I volunteered to bring dessert to a Christmas gathering yesterday, 12/21/25. The hostess suggested brownies but I wanted something more special, so I decided to try Crumble. I had some questions about the product I wanted, so I decided to call at around 11 am on 12/22. After being on hold for 30 mins, with no answer, I just went ahead and placed the order online for a 12 pc Holiday box of the candy cane brownie cookies shown online and paid for them online. I received no confirmation of the order and repeated calls throughout the day were unanswered. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, it was not prepared although there were at least 8 employees, all obviously under 19, just standing around, and no other customers in the store. When they brought out my "order" there were 2 regular Crumble boxes with 6 in each box. I stated that I had ordered the Holiday box and was told,"Those are out of stock". No sorry, no explanation of why they were out of stock. And honestly, very unconcerned attitude by these teenage employees. I placed an online order for Thanksgiving. Went the next day to pick up my order. Not only was it not ready the person did not greet me as a customer the staff there were unprofessional and gossiping about another coworker and the pie looked awful!! The cookies look like the picture but the taste themself is quite flavorless and old and often will make you sick soon after eating. I love the fun aspect of a rotating menu. The staff inside were friendly and make sure to ask if you are happy with cookies they give you. The atmosphere inside is cool with signs showing what things are and cookies upfront to show you what you're getting and then you can also see the cookies being assembled in the back. I think overall, I would recommend trying Crumbl once in your life because it's cool but it's not worth getting weekly because often the cookies aren't very good and have way too many calories and make you sick. I'd also like to add that specific to this location I think the cookies here aren't as well done as in other places because often I will see videos reviewing the cookie's but then I will get the same ones here and they won't be cooked properly or have the same amount of icing as the ones at other locations. read more

Drove all the way up to celebrate my daughter's birthday at Crumbl. She went to counter and asked if they did anything for customers on their birthday. The girl at the counter said yes they did but would need to see her ID as proof. She's turning 14 today - 14 year olds don't have IDs. She was wearing her birthday ribbon and the girl told her she wouldn't do anything for her because she couldn't prove it. Wow. read more

This is the third time I have had a terrible experience with this location. I placed an order online this morning to have a delivery made today at 6:30 p.m. After placing the order, the charge showed up on my credit card twice. I called the store to confirm my order and that there was indeed only one. The young gentleman I spoke to confirmed there was one order, he confirmed the address and time for my delivery. As I am driving home from work @630pm I received a phone call with "doordash" on the caller ID. I answer the phone and a lady starts by saying "who is this?" I told her my name was Brenda and the next thing she said was "did you order cookies from the prosper crumble store?" Puzzled I acknowledged yes I had and asked if there was a problem. Without answering she says "where are the cookies being delivered to?" Again, puzzled I said to her "you're the one that called me with doordash you should have my order. What is the problem??" She then starts yelling at me "ma'am ma'am I'm trying to help you!!" By now I am frustrated, confused and want to know why/who is calling. This is when the lad6 says "I am kayla from crumble. Are you SURE you ordered from THIS store??!!" I explained to her Yes and I called to confirm my order. She kept yelling "it isn't showing up on my.ipad!! I AM TRYING TO HELP YOU!" Iexplained to her I didn't realize I needed help then she continues to demand that I give her my full name and the address to where the cookies are being sent. She tells me that she is calling from the door dash person's phone and my order does not show up on her iPad. I did my best to understand how she knew my name and my phone number if my order did not show up. Was I supposed to understand that they use an iPad and that's like the Holy Grail? I then tell her again yes I ordered from the Prosper location. I called this morning to acknowledge and verify my order. She was so baffled- " you called this store???" she asked me multiple times Finally kaya tells me "ok, I will send your order!" I am angry at this point. How on EARTH can she know my order?? Remember she didnt have it on my ipad??! She somehow had my name, phone number, and delivery location....oh...and my order. Just as I placed it at 8am. When I asked for her name she made sure to tell me "Kaylee and I am the store manager!!" in her rude condescending attitude. I then called back and spoke to Braden and ask for the owner's name. He gave me the name Adam Bailey and told me "he comes and goes as he pleases." I left my information and asked for a phone call. I sincerely doubt my money will ever be spent at this location and any other location that is owned by the same person. Do better crumble in prosper. Your manager needs a complete adjustment in her attitude if she's going to work in customer service. read more
