Iced hazelnut latte with almond milk
Mason N.

Upon entering, staff took about 6-7min until greeted. Looking at the menu prices. Wow. Extremely overpriced for some mid coffee. Let's start with price being, $7.34, for a small/almond milk/hazelnut latte, not to mention 3/4 of the cup is ice. Next, I ordered a cream cheese empanada(I believe it was around $8) barely any filling. my total came to $18 with tip. I Wasn't too impressed.

Chilaquiles Verde and cappuccino

Great chilaquiles verde and cappuccino at La Finca. Relaxing, modern environment with attentive staff. Food was fresh and delicious.

Stopped by this place driving into McKinney and I have to say the breakfast was just eh I live in the Plano/Frisco area and notice that the McKinney/Prosper area just does not hit the mark when it comes to food. The beans were good and the chilaquiles were good as well, but everything, and I mean everything, needed hot sauce. You're not going here for anything authentic, but it did do the job and fill me up.

Great restaurant to try out! Loved their specialty coffees, homemade pastries (we tried the orange muffin) and the food was fresh and had great flavor!

Mini carrot cake, tasty!
Moniece G.

My son wanted coffee on his way to work so we stopped here to satisfy his craving. The first thing we noticed was that this location (Prosper) does not have a patio like the location in Frisco. However, the level of service and attention to detail are still the same! The interior was clean and well maintained; the decor was a mix of modern and hipster. It is a nice place for a solo coffee, meet up with friends, or for a study group. My son ordered a vanilla latte which he described as smooth and creamy. I had a sweet tooth so I opted for the mini carrot cake instead of a drink. The mini carrot cake was the perfect size to share and was also pretty tasty. If sweets aren't your thing, there are plenty of savory items on the menu in addition to sandwiches and salads if you crave something lighter! I will definitely have visit again to try out some of the actual food items.

Avocado house toast

Great coffee. They always have enough indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. They have a good food menu for breakfast and lunch too. Their breakfast burritos are good and only $5. The house avocado toast pictured was $15 and I don't think it was worth the price.

Potato & Chorizo Burrito

Super quiet (so potentially a great place to read or do computer work) and nicely put together place. VERY clean and accommodating staff. You can dine in, order take away or go through the drive-thru. Over all the coffee was ok. I wasn't a fan of the latte but the dirty chia we ordered was great. The real star here was the BREAD from the avocado toast. They make it in house and it is available to buy a full loaf if you want. The next time I go back I'm definitely going to try their baked goods over the kitchen items. They have a full pasty case with a yummy looking selection.

Guava "empanada"
Batoul Z.

Great place to study just bring a jacket cuz AC is blasting. The empanadas are horrible. The guava one tastes very mid and the crust/ breading is super soft and taste like a piece of white toast. Not at all what an empanada should taste like. The coffees were decent. I enjoyed my flat white and the caramel latte saved the day. Takes a long while to get the coffee even though it wasn't busy.

Chorizo and Potato burrito with black coffee

Simple clean restaurant with a modern nature touches. Plenty of tables for seating for solo, pairs or groups. I had the chorizo and potato burrito and a black coffee. The coffee came out nice and hot but not to hot where you couldn't drink it right away. They served it in a mug which I personally like! Coffe was the medium roast that day and was very smooth and full of flavor. Minimal to no bitterness. (I noticed behind the coffee bar they had the soften grind settings for each coffee they have. For coffee people you know that's a big deal to flavor) The burrito was a good size and came with two house salsas. One is green which seemed to be a traditional tomatillo style and a red which had a little spice but not much. Both sauces were flavorful and not very spicy. The burrito filling had chorizo, potato, egg and beans and we perfectly balanced in flavor. The sauce complemented it nicely. I do recommend!

This place is amazing! I have been in a few times to pickup breakfast to go. I can't believe it's not packed at all times. Fresh, clean, delicious food with a Mexican twist. To me, we love the bacon burrito with freshly made tortillas and the Avacado toast. Also, get the green salsa.

Bacon burrito & black ice tea

Decent breakfast and good service. Very comfortable location to work. Not too quiet or loud. Haven't tried the coffee, but the tea is good and bacon burrito is 7/10, little over cooked but would eat again.

Potato and Egg Burrito.. Excellent!!!

Food is delicious, real chill ambiance not loud, very calming and soothing. Extremely friendly service. I had gotten a haircut by my sister next door at the suites, came next door to find this gem. It's a perfect breakfast spot. I'll be back.

Really delicious food! That's the important part …read more.. I was craving Mexican food and hubby NEVER turns down the chance for Mexican food, so when I suggested Mi Chante he was all in. A new location (Providence Village) just recently opened right down the street from our house and I've been excited to try it. We were near the original location (Prosper) on this occasion so that's the location we ended up trying first. Boy oh boy I really hope the Providence Village location is as great as the Prosper location. All staff we interacted with were super nice. The manager (?) even stopped by our table to check that everything was going well. This used to be a common thing restaurants did many years ago and was a pleasant change of pace/return to good customer service practices. There was not a single thing we ordered that we did not enjoy. Everything was seasoned perfectly and prepared with care. We can't wait to return for more!!

Mi Chante in Prosper has a nice mid-scale feel, though it's not overly decorated like many Mexican…read morerestaurants--aside from the bar area, which has a bit more character. One downside is there's no real waiting area, and the host system uses a paper list. We ended up being forgotten briefly and watched a couple of parties who arrived after us get seated first. The margaritas were very good and definitely a highlight. Chips were solid, but the salsa tasted pretty generic and didn't have that fresh, homemade flavor. For the food, everything was good but not great. The style leans toward Americanized Mexican cuisine and could use a bit more spice and depth of flavor. The mole enchiladas were decent but mild, and the arrachera was well prepared and cooked properly but also a little lacking in seasoning. The rice and beans were quite good, and the dishes were nicely plated. Service overall was fine once seated, and prices felt reasonable for a mid-scale restaurant in the area. Overall, a good spot for a casual Mexican meal, especially if you enjoy a good margarita.
