Always passed this place today decoded to order a burrito. My initial thought was to order ground beef burrito which they did not have. So ordered " asada " ez online ordering Picked up with no issues. Parking was available. Usually not the case. Both these " shopping centers " have very few spots anyway was extremely hungry couldn't wait to bite in. The beef was " gristle " no taste stood out a bit salty at parts of the burrito it wasn't cheap either $12.95 + tax. just heads up. I probably won't repeat Bummer. One chicken, shredded beef pastor all street style One steak lala style which has crispy outter cheese. All flour tortillas Elite and chips with queso, side of sour cream and one drink. Total was $26, as it was taco Tuesday. Great amount of food, tasty, all came out right and in a decent time. I will be going back with family. Everything was fresh. The elote was best I have ever had. It has great taste and I even added some to my tacos. The only thing I needed was a creamy salsa verde with a little heat. Love LaLa's, we are big fans of Tender, so this was a natural choice. Very flavorful, I am a huge fan of the Asada Torta. The Asada could be slightly better, but overall very good. Love the dipping sauce, their Horchata is pretty great too. The fried cheese that they have on most menu items sets them apart! read more

Good food for Mexican style grub especially around prosper! We had quesabirria tacos which were really good! Also a Campacheno and shredded beef taco, Lala's style is definitely the way to go! We got a small loaded elote as well, which was good, but no heat to it. Their hot salsa wasn't hot to us, but maybe it's because we usually eat pretty hot Chile and salsa. We got a quesadilla and beans for our toddler and he ate it all! We would go back and maybe try some other things too like the tortas. Picked up an Al Pastor taco, LaLa's style, which has crispy cheese under the blue corn tortilla. Mmmmmm so delicious. I also tried the Elote, and it was fantastic. Stopped in for lunch and while it was full we only had a short wait and were able to grab a table as someone walked out. The seating is limited. You order at the counter then take a seat and they bring your food out. We loved the pineapple Fresca drink - we didn't try the horchata. We ordered a smaller loaded elote and it was fantastic! Next our tacos came out. We ordered two to share so we could try both. The asada lala's style was my favorite but the al pastor was good just a little too salty in comparison. A Much Needed Spot for Flavorful Mexican Food! LaLa's Taqueria is a saving grace for quick, decent Mexican food in the area. While it's not quite on the level of Torchy's, which we don't have nearby, it absolutely does the job when you're craving something satisfying. This isn't a spot for fancy plating or elevated dining, it's casual, fast, and flavorful. The prices are a bit steep for what you get, and the chips could use some improvement, but the main dishes made up for it. We ordered the queso, quesabirria taco and an asada quesadilla, and both were really good. The salsas on the side were excellent, finally a place around here that doesn't hold back on flavor. Lala's Taqueria is authentic Mexican style food. The flavors are good and they make their own corn tortillas on site. We enjoyed the guacamole. There are no extra things in the guacamole It is just avocados. Smashed up perfectly seasoned. Came in for breakfast. Wife had the asada and egg taco and the chorizo and egg taco. I ordered a large menudo. Everything was delicious and well portioned. Idk what took me so long to try this place! The food was all delicious and they have free beer! Just until they can get their liquor license so take advantage now. It's a really small restaurant but the interior is bright and welcoming. If you ever visited the previous restaurant that was here, the current interior is a massive improvement! This rating is strictly based off my opinion on the quality and taste of the asada taco and the pastor taco. The cleanliness and customer service is quality, I question the layout of the dining area, but it's not my restaurant. Beginning with the pastor taco (street style), it was very mediocre. The flavor of the pastor did not taste like it was cut from a trompo. If I'm mistaken somebody please let me know. There seeems to be a lack of guajillo achiote and juice flavor. Asada was worse than the pastor. The meat had no seasoning, or at least it tasted like it didn't. I understand some carne asada is cooked without a marinade or seasoning, but when it goes without those items it is normally cooked over wood coals or fire to give it that classic weber/santa maria backyard asadero flavor. Here was the big one. No chips and salsa. Nothing more to say there. One thing I am happy to see is a small business get up and running. The small taquerias remind me of ol Mexico City, minus the $5.00 per street taco price tag. I seem to be against the grain here with all the other reviews with the exception of Luna G. My order looked identical to Luna's except it was in a to-go styrofoam container. I hope this business is successful for a long time and best of luck to the owners. read more
