OMG! I cannot say enough amazing things about this coffee shop!! From the wonderful coffee to the fantastic food and the tasty treats this place hits all the marks. Thankfully it's not closer because I would definitely come here for a Tres Leche latte before I would go to the Starbucks up the street. While there is more than adequate seating and it has a great family atmosphere, my husband and I love to escape to this quaint coffee shop without our Littles so we can take in everything this place has to offer. The service is always quick. The two times we've been we've ordered the same thing - avocado toast and biscuits and gravy. Both are wonderful. The drinks are tasty and strong and perfectly sweetened. This is the perfect local coffee shop!

Cafe au lait was definitely hot and delicious. The eggs perfect bacon crispy and the French toast cinnamon delicious.

Food was delicious. Service was great. If you like regular coffee ask for "hot" coffee! It was not hot so they made us fresh cafe au lait! Could t ask for better service.

The most wholesome owner! Kept coming to check in on us, asking if we needed anything. Came in during a rush and they were still able to make us all feel loved!

    Sweet & Savory

Hands down the best breakfast place. I got the sweet and savory meal! The staff was so welcoming and the lady with short hair and glasses was the highlight of our morning. The place is so clean and the vibe is amazing.

This time around I am giving 5 stars for the special slidersni enjoyed (not the onion rings, they…read moreare left out of the equation here). I ate the popper, lb&j, and the cowboy, which I love (ate the smokehouse in the past and that's also a top choice). The Cowboys pimento cheese was just the right amount of cheese for the slider and the jalapeno cilantro aioli was an outstanding addition to it. The PB&J - I'm a sucker for jam in a burger and the blackberry jam was refreshing and cool and paired great with the bacon in the peanut butter while still complimenting the meat. The Popper had a lot of rosemary lime aioli which was delicious to bite into. I've been here several times and narrowed down to my favorite 4. The sides (waffle fries, extra sugary drinks, onion rings) could be improved but while the sliders are pricy, they leave a great impression. The service is also very kind to lete grab a lot more ketchup packs and you do feel the "butcher" vibes in the food when you're eating.

This place was nestled inside of a food hall which was a cool concept. I ordered the 3 slider combo…read moreand got the following: 1. Cowboy - Beef, pimento cheese, crispy onion straws, jalapeño cilantro aioli - DELICIOUS. the pimento cheese was the star of the show and made the slider taste extra good 2. Smokehouse - Beef, smoked brisket, Cheddar, pickled red onion, house BBQ sauce, rosemary lime aioli - I enjoyed this the only downside was the brisket was dry and made me so thankful for the drink that came with my meal. 3. Popper - Beef, fried jalapeño & cream cheese, pepper jam, bacon, cilantro, rosemary lime aioli - DID NOT ENJOY. Unfortunately the jam that this burgie came with just overpowered the whole thing and not in a good way. It did not mesh with the rest of the ingredients and the popper had no flavor or filling. It just flattened when I took a bite and I got nothing but a mouthful of that terrible jam. The waffle fries were ok just nothing special. The onion rings though....OMG so crisp, so fresh, so flavorful. Would just come back for those. Service was fine, we were the only people waiting to order so it was quick.

The menu is exactly the same which is great! I ordered the Texas Redfish. I did tell the ladies we HAD TO order the Crispy Pork Belly Bites as an appetizer, and I put it on my tab. We had elk tacos, gulf coast ceviche, babyback ribs, chicken fried steak, double cheeseburgers, Texas redfish, caesar salad, ice cream, whiskey bread pudding, & carrot cake. Plenty of drinks, including a wine bottle, 2 haywire's, & a jack daniels. Soft drinks too. The appetizers were fantasic. My double cheeseburger emphasized the meat, well seasoned, right amount of pickles & greens, not overwhelmed with sauce. The tallow fries were as good as it ever gets: crispy, soft inside, must be 2x fried. Outside square had great World Cup fan area. We watched Colombia vs Uzbekistan. My team Croatia lost to England previously, but Haywire soothed my disappointment with an excellent dining experience. BTW: $638.04 with a 20% tip. Great value. This would cost so much more in my home state of California.
