We both had done our research at home by looking at the menu, Googling some of the terms and trying to decide what we might want to order. We learned Teatte options are very similar to espresso drinks except they are made with tea. The benefits of using tea is rather than having an espresso/caffeine high and then crashing, the tea has a more gradual build in our systems. The caffeine from the tea gradually climbs and then gradually decreases, so you avoid the shaky jitters followed by a coma-like crash. How wonderful is that?! AND when double pulling the taste is smoother and has a more refined taste. We both chose the Dual Phase Pull Teatte. I chose the Maple Sea Salt Teatte and Dani chose the Vanilla Teatte. I confirmed the Maple Sea Salt was dairy free and was delighted to hear it was. The kind woman behind the counter answered our questions and was warm and friendly. We can both confirm our drinks tasted like espresso. There is a slight taste difference, but not much, and it was good. My maple seat salt was a bit too sweet so next time I would skip it and either do vanilla or plain and simply add a raw sugar. Neither of us experienced the shaky jitters, but both felt the gentle boost from the caffeine. I would DEFINITELY choose Greenova next time I am in the area. I would also 100% recommend Greenova over Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the area.

First off, one small detail that really stood out to me: I ordered my drink with no ice, and they filled the cup ALL the way to the top. I've been to other Trung Nguyen locations where I specifically asked them to fill it up when ordering no ice and was told they couldn't/wouldn't do it. Here, I didn't even have to ask, they just did it themselves! It's such a small thing, but it really made me feel like they cared about giving me the best value and experience. The teas are SO refreshing. They're flavorful without being overwhelming and are perfect when you want something lighter than coffee. For the specialty coffees, I've only tried the Sea Salt Coffee and Egg Coffee so far, but both were incredible. The foam on top is honestly one of my favorite parts. It's rich, creamy, and adds such a unique texture to the drinks. I definitely need to come back and work my way through all the other specialty coffees. And the cookies!! They're so soft and delicious. My favorites so far are the Pistachio and Strawberry Matcha cookies, especially because they both have a filling inside. Such a good surprise when you bite into them. The interior is also beautiful. It's extremely clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed without feeling like they're trying too hard. It has that perfect balance of not doing too much, but also not doing too little. It genuinely reminded me of everything I loved about visiting Trung Nguyen in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were amazing as well. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even when I had a custom order. We've been able to talk with Matthew on both our visits and his cheerful demeanor is such a light. Nice to find a place other than Starbucks that can offer a cold brew like that and do it in a more sophisticated manner. I also enjoyed my breakfast sandwiches. I ordered two different kinds total, both with sausage: one on a croissant and one on a biscuit. Neither were anything to look at really, but the taste was very good. They offer lots of places to sit inside and out, with both counter seating and table seating indoors. Lots of places to plug in with your devices. Super clean restrooms. They also have a nook of pretty cool branded merchandise. Not your ordinary coffeehouse, the chain intentionally employs those with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and I was served capably by just those folks each morning I came. It's a really excellent cause that I was only too happy to support given the quality of the place. Parking is plentiful, but it's a little confusing finding the entrance, which actually faces the road and not any of the parking areas. But just park somewhere nearby in the shopping center, walk in the direction of the coffeehouse, and you'll find the door. And I recommend that you do. Definitely worth a stop...or two or three. :)

This spot is located in a small shopping center so there is lot parking available. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the only FOH employee. She was such pleasant woman and very attentive to all of the customers even with being the only server and it was slightly busy. I thought it was really convenient that every table has a tablet attached to it where you place your order straight to the kitchen. We ordered two iced teas (mango and lychee) as well as two sandwiches with fries. Everything tasted great and was presented very nicely. Special shout out on those fries because those were AMAZING.
