Do not use Tabitha! She is definitely about her coins and she has a bad attitude as well. She is not customer oriented at all!!! I did a tasting and two of the four or five I sampled was okay. I have definitely had better wedding cake but my daughter chose her because she responded faster than other online so I followed her lead. Unfortunately, my daughter had to cancel her wedding ceremony in March 2025 for a personal important reasons that I will not disclose in this forum. The wedding venue gave her back the $1000 deposit no problem even though it was non-refundable because apparently they understood that my daughter and her fiancé are two young people in their 20s trying to start their lives. She called Tabitha and basically was told okay but you're not getting your money back. It was only $100 but it is the principal. It was last week early October. I can understand if it were January/February 2025. She had not started making anything for March 2025 because it is too early obviously. She barely wants to provide anything additional for the cake. If you're requesting add ons to the cake, she will not provide it. You have to do the leg work. She is not willing to go above and beyond for sure. If you want a wonderful tasty cake and great service, look elsewhere. read more

Cake was a low priority for our wedding but Tabitha gave us the bang for our bucks! She doesn't have a traditional brick and mortar cake store to display her work but she definitely has the skills. She has many years of experience and has had some big contracts before (I think she mentioned the Dallas Cowboys). She can meet you wherever and bring samples with her. The main advantage of Tabitha is that her prices are so much cheaper than the other vendors (probably b/c she doesn't run a store) and her quality is just as good or even better. We had a winter wedding with a snowflake motif and she created a simple yet gorgeous cake that matched what we wanted. We also got a Rubik's cube shaped groom's cake but it came out a little flat, haha. That's ok. Oh, and the cakes tasted great too. She helped us adjust the flavors so that the frosting and the fillings won't be too sweet. We froze our top tier for a month and it still tasted amazing. One note: Her size estimation seems to be on the higher end when estimating the number of guests to feed. We got a 4-tier round cake (6,8,10,12 inches) and a 8x8x8 cube, which were estimated to feed about 160 guests. We had 150 guests. In the end, we had the top tier and more than half of the second tier left when many of the guests have already gotten seconds. We're not complaining about it but just keep that in mind when choosing your cake size. In terms of bang for the bucks, Tabitha is the way to go. read more

I met Tabitha through wedding wire, they were tons of other cake companies charging the SAME amount of money for the cake I wanted but I decided to go with her because she seemed to reply faster than the rest. Now, looking back I completely REGRET IT! I coordinated a specific day and time for a tasting with her at a Starbucks and she completely forgot about it!! She claims she had mistakenly scheduled me for the following week and not that day we agreed to meet! This was a completely red flag to me, but she apologized, and my husband said I was being too harsh, so I decided to give her a second chance. We met the next day for the tasting and took different kind of cupcakes for us to taste, and they were DELICIOUS! I was really expecting that exact taste for the wedding on my cake! Unfortunately, that is not how things came out the day of my wedding. I had specifically showed and SENT HER TWICE the picture of the cake I wanted which was not very complicated!! All I wanted is a white cake, three layers, gold eatable glitter splattered around and red roses at the top! She assured me that she could do it. The day of the wedding rolled around, and she brings this extremely SMALL CAKE! Yes, it was three layers, but this size of the cake made my cake look like a complete JOKE! Almost as If it wasn't real. When I questioned her about it she said "I made each slice the standard minimum size for a wedding cake by the amount of guest you wanted it for" "4 inches tall, 1 inch wide, and 2 inches in length" In another note, the cake looked NOTHING like the picture I had showed and SENT HER!! It LOOKED exactly like the pictures of the previous cakes she had done. Does she only have one style? Or what??? Only thing that matched to the cake I wanted was the roses in top which I PROVIDED! Because she made it clear she will not pay for them. I had to send my fellow family members to buy another cake from the GROCERY STORE because I knew it was not going to be enough. Let me tell you that grocery store cake was bigger than hers!! And tasted way better. When I finally tasted her cake, it tasted absolutely NOTHING like the cupcakes I had ate. This cake tasted as if it had been in the fridge for 2-3 days! And was losing its FLAVOR!! I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that she didn't make the cupcakes. When she dropped it off, I clearly expressed my concerns and complaint and all she had to say was "oh. Sorry." And left without a care in the world. I paid $400+ delivery!!!! For a cake for 100 people that looked like it was for 40 PEOPLE and was losing flavor and it was a different design from what I wanted. If you want a cake for 100 people, make sure to buy one for 300 people in order to have an average size looking cake. She was sneaky enough to charge me two weeks before my wedding day the full amount because honestly if she would have brought me that cake that day... I would NOT have paid for it. I'm guessing this has happened to her before and has had complaints in her previous orders. I completely trusted Tabitha with my cake, but she FAILED ME miserably. If you are thinking in buying a cake from her your better off ordering one from the grocery store! I will taste more fresh, larger portions and you get what you ASKED FOR!!! read more

A friend of mine ordered pies from Tabitha for their wedding, so when I was planning my wedding I decided to give her a try. She set up a taste testing, so even though she doesn't have a storefront, we still got that "experience"! She listened to exactly what I was wanting out of our cake and didn't add any extra "fancy" like most cake companies do. Her pricing is incredible, and the taste is even better. We ordered a two tier wedding cake (the champagne cake with raspberry filling is incredible!) and mini pumpkin and apple pies. Arranging payment and asking questions was so easy as she was available any time I needed her to ask questions. When the wedding day came, my husband and I made sure that a piece of our wedding cake, and one of each pie was set aside so we can try it for ourselves (we added pies last minute). Everything was absolutely delicious! I have nothing but good things to say about Tabitha. She worked hard and made me feel like I was the only bride on her schedule.
