I pick up orders after work, and I get it's rush hour, but the service I get if I tip versus if I don't is a bit jarring. Not to mention how magically the food quality gets better (more cut up trailer tenders, included bacon bourbon marmalade and sauces, etc.). The app already charges a service fee, so I make it a point to do a heavy tip at the end of each month and not each order. But with how inconsistent the experience already is, I have no clue if tipping each order would resolve anything. Anyway. I love Torchy's too much to just flat out stop coming here.
