She really listened to everything I said, and took every detail seriously. Such a professional group of people that are always there when you need them. I was already thrilled with them BEFORE the wedding day. They are very nice people and extremely accomodating. I swapped sauces on the entee dishes, changed my choices for appetizers, changed the number of attendants by 25 people, added coffee service, changed the number of attendants again, throw in a vegetarian dish... no matter what my changes, they were happy to help. And great response time too. If I sent an email at 2 pm, I'd have an email back before 5 pm. Working with a well run company is fantastic, but of course you're hiring them for the food! I think a lot of people have an idea of what good food is vs. good catered food. If you use Sterns, you just won't have to worry about making that distinction. It is amazing food! Not amazing catered food... AMAZING FOOD! For appetizers we had the antipasto skewers and spanikopita. Delicious and flavorful! We had 2 entrees; pork chops with a balsamic glaze and chicken florentine. Both were cooked perfectly and still juicy! But my favorite item was the creamy mushroom rice. It was like a really rich risotto and I'm not ashamed to admit I used my roll to sop up the remaining sauce. And luckily for me, I was concerned about having enough food, so I ordered more than was necessary. I didn't realize that Sterns already makes a pretty hefty portion, so I had a ton of leftovers. The day after the wedding while everyone was hanging out at my parents' house, people kept sneaking into the fridge to pick at what was left. People were seriously fighting over who got the last pork chop (Grandpa won, because c'mon, who's going to fight Grandpa?!). Lastly, is the event service. We had 2 servers; both prompt, polite, and hard working. Always a smile like they were happy to be joining us. Of course I was late to my own wedding, and I was the only one who knew where things were supposed to go and all that. Since I wasn't there, they ran with it and were ready on cue without instruction needed. I ran into them again when I went to return a few items we borrowed... still smiling. I have received numerous compliments from my friends and family, and I know I'll use Sterns again. I suggest you do the very same!

Even people who normally roll their eyes at these sorts of activities were participating and having a great time. It didn't matter if you were an experienced chef, a novice, a senior leader, or a newbie on the team....everyone loved it! His location was a bit out-of-the-way for our company and took us about a half hour to drive to (which is not a distance we normally travel for dinners/activities). On the way there, some people were complaining about how far away it was, but THE MOMENT chef tre started talking with everyone there was zero additional mention of the drive (and it wasn't mentioned again a single time after the fact). What a great experience!…read more I came here with a group of 19 colleagues for a team building event. Our group was split into two teams at five and two teams are four. Two stayed out to be judges. Each group was provided a mystery box of chicken thighs, and mahi-mahi for protein. We also had broccoli, orange, marmalade, rosemary, and black beans. We all had fun, laughing along with Tre. He is hilarious! The meal he and the other chefs prepared for us, was also delicious. Free-flowing, fun and laughter! Would definitely recommend this venue for other team building events.

The sushi was my favorite and probably the most popular station. They also had a noodle stir fry (my kids loved the coconut shrimp), salad station, taco station (so good), caving station (skipped this) and gnocchi bar (really tasty). The kids had their own food (pizza, sandwiches), but kept coming over to the adult side since our food was so delicious. Dessert was an ice cream bar (always a hit) + some mini desserts that were passed for the desserts (ex lemon cake). The staff were attentive and friendly, although may not be the typical staff for this caterer because when I asked who the caterer was they couldn't tell me. The Nuvo Room is a very cool space. I know raw spaces can be difficult sometimes because you have to bring everything in, but this caterer made it look easy.
